Como proprietário de uma empresa, você pode se safar com um hotel que não é muito bom, se pelo menos puder tratar bem seus hóspedes. Se eles não fossem tão grosseiros e tivessem nos dado as acomodações padrão do quarto de hotel, eu teria dado a eles um 4.Depois de ler o comentário I catalãs iam para esta viagem com baixas expectativas no hotel. A área da recepção foi melhor do que o esperado parecia como se tivesse sido recentemente remodelado. O lote de estacionamento estava cheio de equipamento de construção e reboques que a área inteira ao redor parece estar em construção que estava bem. Eu não sei se foram ocorrências aleatórias ou todos os dias, mas enquanto estávamos lá a polícia foi chamada para remover alguém de uma sala e alguém tocava música sete da manhã no outro dia. O quarto era bom, quarto standard como seria de esperar, exceto para a tampa antiga de cartucho de navalha sentado na borda da banheira de um hóspede anterior. A equipe não foi amigável ou acomodada durante a nossa estadia aqui. Tivemos uma máquina de café no quarto e só foram dadas um único café servir vagem e um pacote de creme e açúcar para duas pessoas. Fomos para a recepção perguntar se poderíamos obter outra cápsula de café e mais açúcar e creme nós fomos repreendidos dizendo que o café da manhã é mais. Nós não têm um balde de gelo no nosso quarto eu liguei para recepção pedindo um balde de gelo eles disseram que sim eles tinham então eu fui para a recepção dois minutos mais tarde para perguntar sobre ele e foi dito que não há baldes de gelo com uma atitude e dado um pequeno copo de plástico e disse para usar isso. Nós teríamos que pedir mais de duas toalhas ou mais de dois travesseiros, mas não queríamos gritar mais, então simplesmente ficamos sem ela. As pessoas que trabalham aqui podem usar o treinamento em hospitalidade, especialmente se quiserem que os convidados retornem.

Quando chegamos aqui, deveríamos estar em um quarto para não fumantes. Alguém estava no quarto fumando. Fomos colocados em outra sala, a eletricidade não funcionou. Fomos colocados em outra sala. Tinha baratas e a geladeira parou de funcionar. O gerente disse desculpe sobre a geladeira, mas a manutenção se foi para o dia. Nós tivemos que comprar um refrigerador para nossa comida e bebidas. Tivemos que ligar para a recepção repetidamente. A televisão não funcionava, não havia toalhas, o ferro estava quebrado. Esta foi uma experiência muito ruim!

Este é o pior hotel que eu experimentei. No momento do check-in e obter uma chave do quarto, procedemos a unidade em torno de nosso quarto onde vimos um grupo de pessoas penduradas por seus carros bebendo, xingando e tocando música no volume total. Em um ponto, um cara até começou a pular para cima e para baixo em seu carro. Foi uma sensação muito desconfortável, especialmente viajando com uma família. Nós não sentimos seguro ou confortável e eu fui para a recepção e falei com eles sobre um reembolso devido às circunstâncias. O sujeito disse que não, e eu até pedi meia restituição e ele ainda disse "não". Assim nós partimos e eu adquiri outro quarto em outro lugar. Salve-se de um hotel decadente, esboçado e não escolher este lugar para qualquer tipo de estadia. Continue procurando mais onde seria meu melhor conselho.

O hotel tem dois nomes: Country Garden e America’s Best Value. Publicar uma resenha duplicada, pois ninguém merece ser enganado por dois nomes em uma única propriedade.Como um viajante frequente a negócios, este hotel foi além de decepcionante e o pior que já vi em anos. À primeira impressão, parecia um hotel de manutenção barata e sem frescuras - nada de errado com isso se você não se importa com toalhas e artigos de toalete baratos. No entanto, foi abaixo da média na limpeza do quarto - coisas nas paredes e tapetes sujos de hóspedes anteriores. As cortinas estavam manchadas. A cereja no topo? Absolutamente horrível experiência quando chegamos lá. O jovem na equipe foi muito rude e quando fomos para baixo para obter cobertores para o nosso quarto naquela noite (uma vez que não havia nenhum na cama) ele não estava lá. Descobri mais tarde que ele deveria estar lá a noite toda. Além de congelar a noite toda, o quarto tinha paredes manchadas, lençóis e toalhas, o aquecedor estava quebrado e nos deram um sabonete sem xampu ou condicionador. As paredes eram de papel fino e era difícil dormir como se pudesse ouvir tudo ao lado. Nós reservamos por alguns dias e desceu na manhã seguinte para cancelar a nossa estadia, mas um membro da equipe diferente foi muito agradável e nos trouxe um quarto melhor no piso inferior, onde o calor funcionou e se certificou de que tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Eles dizem que "pequeno-almoço continental" é fornecido, mas havia apenas cereais e leite. Eu não recomendaria ficar aqui independentemente.

Eles nem mesmo se desculparam por nada. - Recusou-se a reembolsar minha estadia mesmo depois de tudo isso ..Pior estadia em hotel que eu já tive. Espero que este lugar seja condenado.

Escrevi um comentário com base na minha visita há alguns dias que, de alguma forma, não apareceu na página - então, faremos isso novamente.Minha experiência com esta pousada foi provavelmente a pior experiência de hotel que tive na minha vida. Vamos fazer uma aventura juntos: 1. O cheiro da propriedade. Literalmente cheira a esgoto; aquele deveria ter sido meu primeiro sinal, mas por algum motivo, decidi entrar no saguão. 2. O funcionário fez sua refeição em todo o balcão e parecia além de irritado quando entramos e precisava de ajuda. Ele era desdenhoso e extremamente pouco profissional. 3. "Assine aqui" é tudo o que temos. Não houve explicação de quaisquer políticas / regras - nada. Disseram-nos simplesmente para "assinar aqui" ... 4. Ao chegar ao quarto, descobrimos fios de cabelo soltos sobre a cama. Havia mais de um e simplesmente não era um quarto limpo. Pedimos para mudar de quarto. 5. O segundo quarto era ainda pior. O cheiro e a limpeza visual por si só me fizeram esperar na porta por alguns segundos antes mesmo de entrar. Um rebaixamento óbvio, pelo mesmo preço, do que pagamos no primeiro quarto. Enquanto inspecionava a sala, encontrei não apenas uma barata morta, mas um alfinete de segurança aberto no chão. 6. Eu nem mesmo levei minhas coisas para dentro. Eu pedi um reembolso e expliquei que não ficaria lá. Foi ENTÃO me explicou as políticas da pousada. O funcionário foi, novamente, extremamente rude e inútil. Ele contatou seu chefe e aparentemente foi informado (por mensagem de texto) que eles não forneceriam um reembolso e que eu não teria permissão para trocar de quarto novamente. Nesse ponto, fiquei irritado e rude. Como pode alguém, em boa consciência, ou mesmo como proprietário / gerente de uma empresa, cobrar de alguém $ 75 por um quarto que ele não consegue entrar? Eu disse algumas palavras bem escolhidas e saí da estalagem. Eu não ia ficar lá. 7. Meu marido então tentou obter um reembolso. O funcionário disse a ele que a imagem do bug que mostrei estava embaçada e que estavam dentro dos padrões de limpeza do hotel (além de falsos). Meu marido ficou bravo e disse que se o funcionário quisesse eles poderiam ir para a sala agora mesmo e olhar ... o funcionário então disse a ele que não se sentia seguro em entrar em uma sala sozinho com meu marido porque ele estava agindo de forma hostil e o funcionário era frágil. Assim que finalmente foram para o quarto, o funcionário pegou o grampo e o alfinete de segurança e disse que o quarto agora estava limpo.Nós saímos. Eu não ficar aqui e NUNCA recomendaria este lugar a alguém. Nós estávamos em um ponto, recusamos a possibilidade de ficar na pousada, recusamos um reembolso porque agora afetamos a ocupação deles porque eles têm dois quartos que agora não podem ser alugados porque precisam limpá-los. Gostaria de uma explicação de como isso é minha culpa ... SUA pousada era inaceitável e se você deseja que sua taxa de ocupação aumente, você deve A. Contratar ajuda que seja profissional, apesar das condições de sua propriedade e B. Investir em alguns atualizações (mesmo apenas pintando as paredes). Como muitas das pessoas que avaliaram sua pousada - nós nos hospedamos em mais de um hotel, e provavelmente em mais de uma pousada / motel ... como tenho certeza que até mesmo o proprietário e seus funcionários ... me diga como isso lugar era até um pouco até qualquer tipo de padrão.NÃO desperdice seu tempo ou dinheiro arduamente ganho neste lugar. Não que o proprietário ou a gerência entrem em contato, mas você deveria. Para cada revisão aqui. O boca a boca ajuda muito ... as críticas negativas contribuem muito. Sua ocupação nunca aumentará enquanto você continuar a fornecer o tipo de serviço que faz. Atender aos requisitos mínimos do setor de hospitalidade não é suficiente.

Nice room e ótimo preço. Embora o gerente manteve aumentando o preço todas as noites significativamente e não era o fim de semana, então não tenho a certeza por que razão teria sido que muita diferença. Gerente da recepção foi tipo de rude embora. Não gostou da sua atitude. Ele estava discutindo no telefone com outro convidado sobre ela não receber seu reembolso na recepção em frente a todos nós e, em seguida, abruptamente desligou o telefone nela. A máquina de refrigerante é de US $ 3 por um refrigerante e isso é um pouco ridículo. A máquina de venda automática de comida apenas assumiu o seu dinheiro e não vai deixar você comprar nada ou dar o seu dinheiro de volta. O cara da manutenção não tinha absolutamente nenhuma ajuda com isso, ele apenas disse "Desculpe, você está sem sorte. Eu não sei senhora", e encolheu os ombros. Nice room and great price. Although the manager kept raising the price every night significantly and it wasn't the weekend so I'm not sure why it would of been that much of a difference. Front desk manager was kind of rude though. Did not like his attitude. He was arguing on the phone with another guest about her not receiving her refund right at the front desk in front of us all and then abruptly hung the phone up on her. The soda machine is $3 for a soda and that's a little ridiculous. The food vending machine just outright takes your money and won't let you buy anything or give your money back. Maintenance guy was absolutely no help with that, he just said "Sorry you're outta luck. I don't know ma'am," and shrugged his shoulders. If you don't have to interact with the staff the stay is quite nice. They even have room service!

I wrote a review based on my visit a few days ago that somehow did not make it to the page- so we are going to do this again.My experience with this inn was probably the worst hotel experience I've had in my life. Let's take an adventure together: 1. The smell of the property. It literally smells like sewage; that should have been my first sign, but for some reason, I decided to go inside the lobby. 2. The employee had his meal all over the counter and looked beyond annoyed when we walked inside and needed help. He was dismissive and extremely unprofessional. 3. "Sign here" is all we got. There was no explanation of any policies/rules - nothing. We were simply told to "sign here" ... 4. Upon getting to the room, we discovered stray hairs over the bed. There was more than one and it was just not a clean room. We asked to switch rooms. 5. The second room was even worse. The smell and visual cleanliness alone made me wait at the doorway for a few seconds before I even walked in. An obvious downgrade, for the same price, from what we paid for in the first room. While inspecting the room I found not only a dead roach but an open safety pin lying on my floor. 6. I didn't even take my stuff inside. I asked for a refund and explained I wouldn't be staying there. It was THEN explained to me the policies of the inn. The employee was, again, extremely rude and unhelpful. He contacted his boss and was apparently told (via text) that they would not provide a refund nor would I be allowed to switch rooms again. At this point- I got annoyed and rude. How can anyone, in good conscious, or even as a business owner/manager, charge someone $75 for a room they can't bring themselves to go into. I said some choice words and stormed out of the inn. I was not staying there. 7. My husband then went in to try to get a refund. The employee told him that the picture of the bug I showed was fuzzy and that they were up to the hotel standards of cleanliness (beyond false). My husband got mad and said that if the employee wanted they could go to the room right now and look... the employee then told him that he did not feel safe going into a room alone with my husband because he was acting hostile and the employee was fragile. Once they finally went to the room, the employee picked up the bug and safety pin and said that the room was now clean.We left. I did not stay here and would not EVER recommend this place to someone. We were at one point, refused the ability to stay in the inn, refused a refund because now WE affected their occupancy because they have two rooms that are now not rentable because they need to clean them. I would like an explanation as to how that is my fault... YOUR inn was unacceptable and if you want your occupancy rate to increase, you should A. Hire help who is professional despite the condition of your property and B. Invest into some upgrades (even just painting the walls). As many of the people who have reviewed your Inn- we've stayed in more than one hotel, and probably more than one inn/motel... as I am sure even the owner and his employees have... tell me how this place was even a LITTLE up to any kind of standard.Do NOT Waste your time or hard earned money on this place. Not that the owner or management will reach out- but you should. To every single review on here. Word of mouth goes a long way... bad reviews go a long way. Your occupancy will never increase as long as you continue to provide the kind of service that you do. To meet minimum requirements in the hospitality industry is not enough.

Everything about this facility was terrible. I wish I could give negative stars. - The key card to get into my room took 10 tries to work. - The door handle was very difficult to open even for me (large male). - The bathroom smelled of urine throughout the entire stay. - The toilet seat was broken. - Received 3 hard and lumpy pillows that were 12" by 12", they didn't even fit all the way across the bed side by side. I requested more pillows, but was told by the front desk that they couldn't give me any. - THE SHEETS HAD BLOOD SPLATTER ON THEM! Totally unacceptable. - They don't allow pets, even though it did not specify online anywhere. - Staff was completely unhelpful. They didn't even apologize for anything. - Refused to refund my stay even after all of this..Worst hotel stay I've ever had. I hope this place gets condemned.

Absolutely horrible experience when we first got there. The young man on staff was very rude and when we went down to get blankets for our room that night (since there were none on the bed) he wasn't there. Found out later he was suppose to be there all night. Besides freezing all night, the room had stained walls, sheets, and towels, the heater was broken and we were given one soap with no shampoo or conditioner. The walls were paper thin and it was hard to sleep as you could hear everything next door. We booked for a couple days and went down the next morning to cancel our stay, but a different staff member was very nice and got us a better room on the bottom floor where the heat worked and made sure we had everything we needed. They say 'continental breakfast' is provided, but there was only cereal and milk. I wouldn't recommend staying here regardless.

Hotel has two names: Country Garden and America’s Best Value. Posting a duplicate review since no one deserves to be deceived by two names on a single property.
As a frequent business traveler, this hotel was beyond disappointing and the worst I've seen in years. At first impression, it looked like a cheaply maintained and no-frills hotel - nothing wrong with that if you don't mind cheap towels and toiletries. However, it was subpar in room cleanliness - stuff on the walls and carpets dirty from previous guests. The curtains were stained. The cherry on top? BED BUGS!!!
STAY AWAY and do NOT book this hotel. Staff is rude and unhelpful, and they obviously skimp on the cleaning staff. Dirty room and bed bugs are unacceptable.

This is the worst hotel that I have experienced.Upon checking in and getting a room key we proceeded to drive around to our room where we seen a group of people hanging out by their cars drinking, cussing and playing music at full volume. At one point a guy even started jumping up and down on his car. It was a very uncomfortable feeling, especially traveling with a family. We did not feel safe or comfortable and I went to the front desk and spoke with them about a refund due to the circumstances.The guy said no, and I even asked for half a refund and he still said "no". So we left and I got another room elsewhere. Save yourself from a seedy, sketchy hotel and dont pick this place for any type of stay. Keep looking else where would be my best advice.

When we got here, we were supposed to be in a non-smoking room. Someone had been in the room smoking. We were put into another room, the electricity didn't work. We were put into another room. It had roaches and the refrigerator quit working. The manager said sorry about the refrigerator, but maintenance is gone for the day. We had to buy a cooler for our food and drinks. We had to call the front desk repeatedly. The television didn't work, no towels, iron was broken. This has been a very bad experience!

As a business owner you can get away with having a less than great hotel if you can at least treat your guests well. If they weren’t so rude and would have given us the standard hotel room accommodations I would have given them a 4.After reading the review I went into this trip with low expectations on the hotel. The front desk area was nicer than expected looked as if it had been recently remodeled. The parking lot was full of construction equipment and trailers which the whole area surrounding appears to be in construction which was fine. I don’t know if these were random occurrences or an every day thing but while we were there the police were called to remove somebody from a room and somebody was blaring music seven in the morning another day. The room was fine, standard room as to be expected except for the old razor cartridge cover sitting on the ledge of the tub from a previous guest. The staff wasn’t friendly or accommodating during our stay here.We had a coffee maker in the room and were only given one coffee single serve pod and one packet of creamer and sugar for two people.We went to the front desk ask if we could get another coffee pod and more sugar and creamer we were scolded saying that breakfast is over.We did not have an ice bucket in our room i called front desk asking for an ice bucket they said yes they had them so i went to the front desk two minutes later to inquire about it and was told there are no ice buckets with an attitude and given a little plastic cup and told to use that. We would have to ask for more than two towels or more than two pillows but didn’t want to get yelled that anymore so just went without it. The people who work here could use training on hospitality especially if they’d like to see guests return.
