Suitable for short period and without children..i am in Zurich for 3 months with my husband and 1 year old baby. Cleaning lady comes once in a week. But one day a new lady was in hurry that's funny she just cleaned my room within 10 minutes including change bedding linen and washroom cleaning..after cleaning i could easily find dust everywhere..and utensils were not sufficient for cooking.

The only problem is that our room looked out on a busy junction, so could not sleep with windows open. No air conditioning. Comfortable bed and nice new bathroom

Definitely place not to be. Only in case of no other solution... No staff in case of problems, smoking rooms, dirty entrance , not comfortable at all. Too noisy from road, too hot , no ac. Ok relation price = quality

Nice and clean very comfortable bed . Only 1 pillow per person! Very noisy as on a very main road junction so one to think about.

Worst place I have stayed... Swiss star are synonym of everything else but stars, this is not even a hotel not apartments, dirty, they don't clean sometimes in weeks, changing sheet is like luxury... Not sure how this is possible in the most rich country in the world! As seen from the picture the TV was not even leveled, there was no way of moving it so in order to watch it properly you had to lean on the side... Also across the place there is a church, and I can assure you, you feel like the bells are ringing inside the room! And the they ring it all day long, and even at night. There are special 15 minutes parties at weekends and at 7 PM when they get crazy on the bells and is really loud! Avoid!!!
