Os cabides estavam tão enferrujados que nossos casacos ocasionalmente caíam do cabide. 3. Pedi um travesseiro extra na recepção porque os travesseiros eram tão pequenos e ela me incomodou, apenas citando quantos travesseiros já estavam no quarto e não deu mais porque ela sentiu que tínhamos (embora eles esperassem apenas 2 pessoas e eu trouxe 3 no total) e 4. A ideia de um edredom era um lençol com um cobertor super fino no meio e outro lençol por cima. Paguei $ 213 por um quarto com jacuzzi e esta é a experiência que tive. Definitivamente, não sinto que valeu a pena o que paguei.

Su idea de un edredón era una sábana con una manta súper delgada en medio y otra sábana encima. Pagué $ 213 por una habitación con jacuzzi y esta es la experiencia que obtuve. Definitivamente no siento que valiera la pena lo que pagué.

Most immediately I was irritated by the fact that they charged me 15$ dollars just for one extra guest, an experience I've never personally encountered at another hotel. My irritation with this would have likely subsided if there weren't so many other things that made me feel like the upcharging wasn't worth it. 1. The room was super dusty. You could see the dust on the carpet and it was caked up in the corners. 2. The shower had many questionable stains in the corners. 3. The hangers were so rusted our coats would occasionally fall off the rack. 3. I asked the front desk for a couple extra pillow because the pillows were so small and she gave me a hard time, just quoting to me how many pillows were already in the room and didn't give anymore because she felt we had enough ( eventhough they only previously expected 2 people and I brought 3 total) and 4. Their idea of a comforter was a sheet with a super thin blanket in between and another sheet on top. I paid $213 for a room with a Jacuzzi and this is the experience I got. Definitely don't feel like it was worth what I paid.

Fue un buen hotel. Limpios, siguieron las políticas de Covid 19. El aire acondicionado se estaba rompiendo y no pudimos cortar la calefacción, por lo que la habitación se enfrió un poco a veces, pero lo compensaron con muchas sábanas y cubiertas gruesas.

It was an okay hotel. Clean, they followed Covid 19 Policies. The air conditioner was broking and we couldn't cut on the heat so the room got a little cold at times but they made up for it with lots of sheets and thick covers.

Super decepcionado. Já estivemos aqui antes e eu teria dado a ele 4 estrelas. Desta vez foi diferente. O hotel cheirava a mofo, os quartos eram mais sujos. Meu quarto cheirava fortemente a fumaça de cigarro, embora fosse para não fumantes. Deveríamos ter quartos adjacentes, mas quando chegamos lá, eles não puderam se acomodar. Usamos dois cartões diferentes para a reserva online e o depósito. Perguntamos especificamente qual seria a cobrança e, em seguida, eles cobraram o outro cartão. Pedimos-lhes que o corrigissem e, em vez disso, apenas nos disseram que devíamos ter ouvido mal e que não podia ser reembolsado e cobrado no cartão correto. O hotel era limpo e obedecia aos novos padrões da Covid-19. O quarto era estacionamento agradável e conveniente. A cama era de baixa qualidade; duro e folhas de qualidade muito baixa. Nenhuma cama extra estava disponível. Havia apenas um lençol cobertor na cama, graças a Deus pelo aquecimento do quarto controlado.

The hotel was clean and adhered to new Covid-19 standards. The room was nice and convenient parking. The bed was low quality; hard and sheets where very low quality. No extra bedding was available. There was only a sheet blanket on the bed, thank God for the room controlled heat.

Super disappointed. We have been here before and I would have given it 4 stars. This time was different. The hotel smelled musty, the rooms were dirtier. My room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. We were supposed to have adjoining rooms, but once we got there they couldn’t accommodate. We used two different cards for the online reservation and the deposit. We asked specifically which would be charged and then they charged the other card. We asked them to fix it and instead they just told us we must have heard wrong and that it could not be refunded and charged to the correct card. No apologies and no effort to correct the problem. We will definitely not be back.

Good stay for price. The attention at the front desk could be more polite and serve breakfast instead of a snack with a bottle of water. Overall experience was good.

Comfortable bed front desk staff were rude and not inviting. I witness the gentleman refuse to give a guest extra towels. Also, amenities were closed (ie pool area) and this was not disclosed. The only reason I booked at this hotel was because of the hot tub.

Esta é a nossa 4ª vez visitando aqui ... E cada vez antes, teríamos hiven talvez um 2 estrelas. Eu gostaria agora, em nossa primeira análise, no entanto, que se o Google oferecesse uma estrela negativa, eu a usasse.Estávamos em uma sala fortemente cheirando a fumaça. No meio da noite, tivemos que fechar a porta do banheiro, pois era aqui que o odor vinha do quarto.Como notamos, parece que alguém vive no quarto acima daquele em que estávamos hospedados. Estranho. Esta es la cuarta vez que visitamos aquí ... Y cada vez antes hubiéramos tenido tal vez un 2 estrellas. Sin embargo, deseo ahora, en nuestra primera revisión, que si Google ofreciera una estrella negativa, la usaría.Estábamos en una habitación con un fuerte olor a humo. A media noche tuvimos que cerrar la puerta del baño ya que aquí es donde el olor se originaba en la habitación.Como nos dimos cuenta, parece que alguien vive en la habitación de arriba de la habitación en la que nos estábamos quedando. Extraño. De todos modos, cambiamos de habitación a la mañana siguiente con sus disculpas.Lamentablemente, ya no elegiremos este Best Western en el futuro. :-(

This is our 4th time visiting here... AND each time before we would have hiven maybe a 2 star. I wish now on our very first review however, that if google offered a minus star then I would use that.We were in a room heavily odored with smoke.By middle of the night we had to shut the bathroom door as this is where the odor was originating in the room.As we noticed it seems like someone lives in the room above that room we were staying in.Wierd.Anyway, we changed rooms the next morning with their apologies.Sadly, we will no longer be choosing this Best Western in the future.:-(

Este hotel está em uma excelente localização. Está à direita da rodovia e é perto do shopping center. A equipe é muito simpática e há ainda uma banheira de hidromassagem e piscina no interior. Os quartos são agradáveis e limpos.

Este hotel está en una ubicación maravillosa. Está justo al lado de la autopista y está cerca del centro comercial. El personal es muy amable e incluso hay una bañera de hidromasaje y una piscina en el interior. Las habitaciones son agradables y limpias.

This hotel is in a wonderful location. It's right off the highway and it's near the shopping mall. The staff is very friendly and there is even a hot tub and pool inside. The rooms are nice and clean.

The pool and hot tub are great! My room smelled like cigarettes and I let the staff know and they told me they could smell it but couldn't tell which room it was coming from not happy my baby had to be inhale smoke.
