Como você pode ver, a equipe é muito rude e pouco profissional depois de tudo. Eu não recomendaria ficar aqui.E fiz minha reserva por telefone, conforme indica o voucher para ligar. Os hotéis erram e não querem admitir isso. O cliente está sempre certo

As you can see, staff is very rude and unprofessional after everything. I would not recommend staying here.And I made my reservation over the phone as the voucher states to call. The hotels mistake and doesn't want to admit to it. The customer is always right

Amenidades não como prometido ... O controle de temperatura da piscina coberta estava desligado quando decidimos dar um mergulho, então estava um frio de rachar e a piscina do spa estava tão quente que parecia que eu estava sendo cozido vivo. O café da manhã foi horrível, eles nem tentaram, tudo que conseguimos foi um saco de papel com um suco de laranja e um dinamarquês! E os funcionários da recepção estão apenas observando você como um falcão enquanto você entra e sai do motel verificando quem está indo e quem está vindo ... não me senti tão acolhedor. Infelizmente eu não gostei da minha estadia e não recomendo.

Amenities not as promised...The indoor pool's temperature control was off when we decided to go for a swim so it was freezing cold and the spa pool was soo hot it felt like i was being cooked alive. The breakfast was horrible they didnt even try, all we got was a paper bag with an orange juice and a Danish! And the employees at reception are just watching u like a hawk as u enter and leave the motel checking who's going and who's coming... did not feel so welcoming. Sadly i did not enjoy my stay and do not recommend.

Fiquei muito feliz por ter encontrado este lugar. Possui piscina coberta. Além disso, nos sentimos realmente seguros e protegidos

Sem água quente sexta à noite OU sábado de manhã! Contatei a gerência na sexta à noite. Disseram que estava consertado, mas ainda não esquentou! Deixei funcionar por mais de 10 minutos. Pelo que paguei por aquela suíte, isso não era aceitável.

No hot water Friday night OR Saturday morning! Contacted mgmt Friday night. They said it was fixed, but it still didn't get hot! I let it run 10+ minutes.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are great except the shower,.there is no door or curtain there so the floor gets wet.
