Limpeza não é boa, principalmente dos banheiros. Localização próxima ao metrô porém não possui nenhum tou de comércio próximo ou restaurantes. O restaurante é simples e com poucas opções.

Coloquei uma estrela mas já é muito para um hotel onde não dá para dormir por causa das obras da manhã (Funciona das 7h30 às 19h). Eu aconselho fortemente contra. Até a Fórmula 1 ao lado deve respeitar um pouco mais seus clientes. Também quarto desfeito. Fugir.

Pongo una estrella pero ya es demasiado para un hotel en el que no se puede dormir por las obras de la mañana (Trabaja de 7:30 a 19 h). Recomiendo encarecidamente en contra. Incluso la fórmula 1 de al lado debe respetar un poco más a sus clientes. También habitación sin hacer. A huir.

Deixo um comentário por ter passado uma semana de treinamento no Campanile em uma de suas salas de reunião e também pude aproveitar o bufê da hora do almoço que foi levado em consideração em nosso pacote. Já os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e estão à nossa disposição. Quero enfatizar especialmente a qualidade do catering: cada vez que nos adaptamos aos meus pedidos vegetarianos, os pratos são frescos e deliciosos. Nestes tempos de pandemia, tive a impressão de redescobrir a experiência de um restaurante clássico. As porções são generosas. Vou voltar a treinar lá várias semanas, mal posso esperar para voltar

Hotel atropelado para evitar: os colchões são desconfortáveis, não dá para dormir neles!Único ponto positivo: o restaurante ao lado do hotel. O café da manhã é ótimo, o jantar é normal no estilo da brasserie francesa.O colchão era muito desagradável, dava para sentir todas as molas, era como dormir em varas de metal, doía por toda parte. Depois de ter passado uma noite dolorosa, contei na recepção e me colocaram em outro quarto, mas isso era pior: o colchão era o mesmo do primeiro quarto, as cortinas da janela estavam sujas e havia esgoto cheiro no banheiro. Podíamos ouvir os ruídos da rodovia em ambos os quartos.

Pernoite com a família em quarto de 4 lugares com 2 camas de solteiro e uma cama de casal. O quarto era muito limpo, as fotos foram tiradas quando saímos do lugar!Nosso quarto ficava do lado da estrada, então, para aqueles que têm sono muito leve, isso pode ser um problema porque podemos ouvir os caminhões um pouco, apesar da janela à prova de som. O pessoal foi muito agradável 👍

Muito bons quartos comunicantes, uma casa de banho e uma sala de duche, roupa de cama OK, uma equipa de recepção agradável. À noite testámos o restaurante: pratos muito bons mas serviço muito, muito longo. Tem um parque infantil exterior e outro interior, o que é apreciável tendo em conta a espera. O estacionamento coberto estava cheio quando chegamos, o que fica em frente ao hotel é bastante grande, mas não muito reconfortante à noite.

Muy buenas habitaciones comunicadas, baño y ducha, ropa de cama aceptable, personal de recepción agradable. Probamos el restaurante por la noche: platos muy buenos pero servicio muy, muy largo. Cuenta con una zona de juegos exterior para niños y otra interior, lo cual se agradece dada la espera. El aparcamiento cubierto estaba lleno cuando llegamos, el de enfrente del hotel es bastante grande pero no muy tranquilizador por la noche.

Noche corta con la familia en habitación de 4 plazas con 2 camas individuales y cama de matrimonio. La habitación estaba muy limpia, ¡las fotos fueron tomadas cuando salimos del lugar!Nuestra habitación estaba en el lado de la autopista, por lo que para aquellos que tienen el sueño muy ligero, esto puede ser un problema porque podemos escuchar los camiones bastante a pesar de la ventana insonorizada. El personal fue muy agradable 👍

Corre por el hotel para evitar: los colchones son incómodos, ¡no puedes dormir sobre ellos!El único punto positivo: el restaurante al lado del hotel. El desayuno es excelente, la cena es normal al estilo brasserie francesa.El colchón era muy desagradable, se podían sentir todos los resortes, era como dormir sobre varillas de metal, dolía por todos lados. Después de haber pasado una noche dolorosa, se lo conté a recepción y me metieron en otra habitación, pero esto fue peor: el colchón era el mismo que en la primera habitación, las cortinas de la ventana estaban sucias y había una alcantarilla. olor en el baño. Podíamos escuchar los sonidos de la autopista en ambas habitaciones.

Dejo un comentario por haber estado una semana en entrenamiento en Campanile en una de sus salas de reuniones y también pude beneficiarme del catering a la hora del almuerzo que se tuvo en cuenta en nuestro paquete. Ya el personal del hotel es realmente agradable y está a nuestra disposición. Sobre todo quiero destacar la calidad del catering: cada vez que nos adaptamos a mis peticiones vegetarianas, los platos son frescos y deliciosos. En estos tiempos de pandemia, tuve la impresión de redescubrir la experiencia de un restaurante clásico. Las raciones son generosas. Voy a volver a entrenar allí durante varias semanas, no puedo esperar a volver

No se si serápor la situación del covid pero, La cena un desastre, Para cenar solo daban dos opciones, Nos dijeron que no había más opciones, Vamos con un niño de dos años, No tienen menú infantil o al preguntar no nos lo ofrecieron, Intentamos comunicarnos en inglés , español y alemánpero la comunicación fue bastante difícil, Pedi chiffonade de jamón hungaro que resultó ser 3 lonchas de jamón mal cortado, la mitad de las lonchas eran grasa y corteza, Sacadas del frigotifico ya que se notaba en el sabor al igual que la ensalada con naranja que no estaba fresca(yo en mi casa no me lo comería ni se me ocurriría ofrecérselo a nadie) El solomillo bastante duro, Me hace pensar que es la comida recalentado del medio día o de ayer, Por lo demás normal, Ya veremos el desayuno, No está acorde con el precio,Pongo los trozos de corteza en foto,

This is one of worst hotels i ever stayed. Payed for car parking and founded it damaged at the morning. Staf didnt even offered to give money back for car parking... awoid this place if you want to be safe...

After the check out, another employee (I guess she was the front desk manager) called me and said there was still stuff to pay. I said no, your colleague calculated the balance for all the 3 rooms we had rented, and I paid everything. No, she insisted on a condescending tone you have to pay this, and that ... the list kept getting longer. She refused to check with her colleague or to look at my bill. She clearly wanted to get me angry, I do not know why. In the end I got angry, promised never to come back. Finally the employée that had made the checkout reappeared and confirmed that I had paid the full balance. I thought the manager would apologize but no, she smiled condescendlingly. Price went up more than 100% !!! Stuff was stolen!!! We were travelling with a small truck so we phoned them up to make sure there is parking available for a big vehicle like ours. We told them exactly how long, wide and high it is. They assured us it was no problem. When we arrived we found that the gate to the parking lot was too small for the truck to fit through, so we had to park it illegally on the curb, accessible for everybody. During the night we had stuff STOLEN from the truck!!! It's a dodgy area!! When it came to paying they charged us over 100€, while we thought we booked for 45€!! Because we booked via telephone (when asking about parking for the truck) we had no way to proof this. They simply said the price changes everyday (what kind of hotel is that??). Everywhere on the internet ( their website, Google maps..) it says 45€ / night so you think this is the standard price when it's not holiday season. The room was ok but NOT WORTH more than 100€ !!!!

We always stay at this hotel when we are in Lyon for work. Just minutes from the centre by car in very quiet location. Rooms always clean and comfortable, not luxury but very good for the price. Tea and coffee facilities are available in every room, as well as free WiFi. Breakfast is good value, varied and always fresh. Dinner is not bad, ok for families, with simple food. Staff very kind and always at disposal for the customer. Private parking in a closed area is available for free and there is also plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. Metro station at 5 mins walking distance, even if in the evening the neighborhood looks quite creepy - but we never felt unsafe or in danger, simply not many people around. We would definitely recommend it for business and families.
