Localização maravilhosa,de frente para uma charmosa Praça perto de restaurantes,padarias, lojas de souvenir,perfeito.Tranporte público na porta,e o quarto bastante amplo as mobílias bastantes modernas e práticas. E o mais importante, atenção por parte da equipe do flats foi perfeita,sempre muito prestativa,pronta pra ajudar para que sua estadia seja a melhor possível 👏👏👏nota 10.

O empreendimento está muito bem localizado, quartos bem decorados, pequeno almoço muito bom e acima da média e tem elevador. O atendimento é muito atencioso e profissional. O estacionamento é difícil mas na recepção propõem parques públicos pagos a preços e distância razoáveis. Classificação global muito boa.

We had an exceptional personal circumstance, which led to us asking to cancel the booking within hours of the cut off of the cancellation terms. No regard at all was given to the situation and we were charged in full for a stay which we couldn't attend. The robotic response from management was incredibly dissapointing and distressing and revealed that this business has zero morals or compassion.

The staff was beyond helpful and helped us with transportation and dinner reservations. Our flight was delayed late at night and this was not a problem when checking in.

Rooms are very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable and the windows are soundproof. The location is central to all the attractions and restaurants. The staff go out of their ways to tell you where are the better restaurants in the area. They are very knowledgeable on the best walking routes to the attractions with the least amounts of hills.Morning breakfast was part of our stay and was enjoyable and satisfying.
Let's face it, you will spend little time in your room and more time out and about.
If you want all the room amenities of a luxury hotel, this is not for you.

Highly recommended. This is in a very central location, walkable to so many things. There are lots of restaurants and a great gelato place within a 5-10 min walk. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights in a studio and 3 nights in the Penthouse suite.
The penthouse is very large, modern and comfortable. We were only 4 but you could easily have 6 people. The two twin beds are in a loft area above, so not in the living room and there is a 3rd full bathroom.
It was so nice to have the extra space and not just a hotel room. There is a full table and a seating area. There is a kitchen area, and although we didn't do any cooking, it was nice to have the microwave and the refrigerator.
And the breakfast was so much food delivered to your room. There was scrambled eggs, bacon, ham and cheese. Along with a variety of croissants and bread. Orange juice, milk and coffee.
I highly recommend Chiado Arty Flats. It is such a good value. The Portuguese people are so friendly.

I had the pleasure of staying here for (unfortunately) only two nights. While the modest signage on the front of the hotel makes it a tad difficult to find, the two folks I interacted with at the reception (Caterina and Tomas, who is one of the co-owners) were exemplary, engaging and enthusiastic hosts. You can tell they both really love what they do. My room (1-C) was one of the more spacious ones I stayed in during my almost 3-week trip throughout Portugal. Their breakfast - brought to your room as they have no restaurant in the hotel - was much more than I could eat and I asked them to moderate it and only bring me two croissants (which are amazing!) and some fresh fruit. (I would walk down the street to Flor do Mondo to get some hot cafe con leche and bring it back to the room to enjoy with the croissants.) Tomas and Caterina were amazing in helping me navigate how to find the nearest COVID testing site on a Sunday that also coincided with a national holiday. It was such a pleasure to stay with them, and interact with then, and hear the history of the building and the hotel. And the location is great! If you turn right as you exit the hotel, take the (long) set of steps to the bottom and you find yourself dumped onto Rossio Square - the heart of Lisbon (with a Starbucks near by if you must). And turning left and then going either up or down the street will take you interesting bars, restaurants, squares, churches and more. Great location, spacious rooms, truly authentic and passionate hosts. I will definitely return and you should stay here if you are heading to Lisbon!

Apartamento acolhedor e bastante sossegado para um local tao no coração de lisboa, possui decoração interior bastante diferenciada, evidênciando a procura de contemporaneidade e a decoração mais clássica. Possui tambem um vínculo ecológicos, uma vez que muitos dos matériais sao reutilizaçãode materiais. Bom pequeno almoço, servido no quarto.

Amazing location, right in the middle of the city center. The staff were absolutely great, very friendly and helped us quite a bit for advices on good restaurants around plus sightseeing and they takeof your wants!! Also the room itself was like a 1 bedroom apartment, had everything you can ask for amenities wise plus the breakfast is very good! Highly recommended!

Muy limpio y muy amables en el trato con el cliente. La habitación con una combinación de modernidad utilizando materiales de reciclaje. Es como un pequeño apartamento al que no le falta de nada. El apartamento está muy bien, amplio, la cocina con todo lo básico, el personal muy agradable y detalles en la habitación que no esperabamos. La ubicación está genial. Hay un parking muy cerca algo caro, y otro a 13€ el día a unos 700m. La única pega que vi es que el baño era un poco justo y había bañera en vez de ducha (yo la prefiero)
