Partes del edificio no están climatizadas ( pasillos, elevadores, recepción, etc) para el calor de La Paz BCS deberían de estarlo. El hotel es muy simple y cuánta con lo necesario para hospedaje

Excelente custo benefício! Café da manhã muito bom. Um pouco afastado do centro, mas o local é perfeito para caminhadas na orla e próximo à Playa El Coromuel. Estacionamento amplo e quartos limpos e arejados.

Ele esteve aqui há dois anos e ele Hotel era muito bom, hoje infelizmente eles caíram ... não há manutenção e parece velho e negligenciado principalmente as áreas externas, o lobby não tem poltronas para esperar ... Suponho que eles foram removidos devido à pandemia .... Mas isso faz com que a recepção pareça deprimente.

Habia estado aqui hace dos años y el Hotel estaba muy bien, hoy desgraciadamente lo han dejado caer… no hay mantenimiento y se ve viejo y descuidado especialmente las areas exteriores, el lobby no tiene ningun sillon para esperar … supongo los quitaron por la pandemia…. Pero esto le da un aspecto deprimentea la recepcion.

El hotel está muy bien. Desafortunadamente no toman muy en cuenta las medidas contra el covid, la alberca llena a reventar, el área de desayuno también llena y sin sana distancia a la hora de hacer fila, muchos huéspedes sin cubrebocas y nadie les dice nada. Otro detalle, es que la atención por parte de recepción no es tan buena.

Worst experience ever, booked a room 2 weeks ago and had a confirmation number. We called the day of arrival and confirmed we would be there. Upon arrival at 430pm they informed us they gave our room to someone else!!! Completely unacceptable and created alot of unneeded stress after driving for 11 hours! Staff at front desk was completely un helpful and I would fire them all if they worked for me!! Never stay here, save your self the hassle!

Está muy bien para pasar la noche en tu visita a La Paz (una o dos). Está a minutos del malecón y del centro. No pidas mucho, el desayuno es malo, como en todos los hoteles en general de esta cadena, pero tiene una pequeña alberca y una playita (que dice ser privada), aunque está abierta a la calle como debiera ser. El personal no es muy atento. Hay unos maceteros con palmeras al costado de la playa que son un peligro, cuidado al caminar junto a ellos: no te sientes encima porque por lo visto se derrumban y pueden generarte un accidente. En lineas generales, aceptable.

Small room and small bed. Pool was nice and good temperature but I had couple of windy days. American breakfast which was fear. I like the coffee...was strong. Good location to visit Playa Balandra, only 24 minutes do not miss that place.

Quiet hotel not far from la paz centre. Cleaning staff will knock on your doorand after 3 seconds will attempt to break in if you do not have "do not disturb"sign on the door and breakfast is removed 15mins prior to end-time for some reason. Everything else was fine.

Hi there! We stayed with City Express over a month ago and ended up leaving early because we were not satisfied with our stay. We were assured a refund for the nights we didn't stay there. We have had an EXTREMELY frustrating time trying to contact them to get our refund back, they don't respond to emails, answer our calls, or answer Travelocity's attempts to reach out either.City Express has awful customer service and make false promises. I would highly recommend going with another hotel that cares about their customers.

Great people very helpful with whale shark excursion and late check-out. Clean room. Pool was nice but small beach was not.
