Fica bem perto do Centro Santa Fe e do Patio Santa Fe, gosto de caminhar e achei a região segura. O quarto era amplo, no 6º andar, com uma bela vista do horizonte, com espaços bem aproveitados, possui secadora, ferro de passar roupas, material de limpeza, creme corporal e esponja para engraxar sapatos, área para trabalhar com computador, wi-fi, ar condicionado/aquecimento. A equipe é muito simpática, empática e prestativa. Não há acesso ao estacionamento, o pessoal do hotel traz e traz os carros, você paga por cada noite que fica. Precisei pegar um táxi com urgência e solicitaram na recepção, chegou assim que desci e o motorista muito gentil me orientou no que eu precisava saber sobre o local para onde estava indo.

Está muy cerca de Centro Santa Fe y de Patio Santa Fe, a mi me gusta gusta caminar y me pareció segura la zona. La habitación era amplía, en el piso 6, con linda vista al horizonte, con espacios bien aprovechados, tiene secadora, plancha para ropa, artículos de limpieza, crema corporal y esponja limpiadora de zapatos, área para trabajar con computadora, wifi, aire acondicionado/calefacción. El personal es muy amable, empático y servicial. No hay acceso al estacionamiento, el personal del hotel lleva y trae los coches, se paga por cada noche de hospedaje. Necesité usar taxi de urgencia y en recepción lo solicitaron, llegó justo cuando bajé y el conductor muy amable me fue orientando sobre lo que necesitaba saber del lugar al que me dirigía.

Derivado de uma viagem de trabalho, fiz uma reserva no hotel, que fica na região de Santa Fe; À chegada encontra uma fachada simples mas moderna que conduz a uma pequena recepção onde a atenção da pessoa foi muito simpática. Quanto aos quartos, estes são espaçosos e dispõem de espaços para trabalhar a partir do seu computador portátil. Entre as observações que encontrei está a de que o quarto parecia não ter sido limpo na hora do meu uso pois havia vários fios de cabelo no chão, na cama e no banheiro, também neste último ao usar o chuveiro libero uma espécie de ferrugem ou poeira. Finalmente, embora o hotel tenha restaurante, aparentemente o serviço de café da manhã não está incluído. Pelo preço e localização é recomendado apenas como hotel para passar a noite por motivos de negócios.

Derivado de un viaje de trabajo me tocó reserva en el hotel, mismo que se encuentra ubicado en la zona de Santa Fe;al llegar te encuentras una fachada sencilla pero moderna que llega hasta una pequeña recepción donde la atención del persona fue muy amable. Referente a las habitaciones estas son espaciosas y cuentan con espacios para trabajar desde tu computadora portátil. Entre las observaciones que encontré es que la habitación parecía no haber recibido limpieza al momento de mi uso pues había varios cabellos en el piso, la cama y el baño, además en este último al momento de usar la regadera libero una especie de óxido o polvo. Finalmente si bien el hotel cuenta con un restaurante, al parecer no se incluye el servicio de desayuno. Por el precio y ubicación es recomendable solo como un hotel para pasar la noche por cuestiones de negocios.

Falharam no mais básico e no que não deviam falhar, não tinham quartos prontos depois de terem cobrado o quarto. Passamos mais de 40 minutos esperando por um quarto. Várias pessoas na mesma sala. As camas de casal não têm base, por isso o colchão fica pendurado. O preço do hotel merece as instalações e serviços, mas não pode ser que o funcionamento e o mais básico como a cama falhem desta forma. Eu não recomendo a ninguém ficar aqui.

El costo me pareció elevado para la habitación, es una habitación muy pequeña, con cama matrimonial la cual sonaba cada vez q te movías, lo que hizo una noche nada reparadora. El espacio del WC es muy pequeño, y el lavabo lo tiene afuera, en la habitación, lo usas y se mojan tus cosas. Además te cobran el ballet parking a parte, no lo recomendaría

Pésimo servicio, al momento de reservar te dice que tendrás una habitación con una buena vista y al final te dan otra cosa con vista a una construcción donde no te dejan dormir. El cuarto es pequeño y tiene mal olor! También te quieren cobrar por una pasta de dientes y te dicen que no tienen amenidades para poderte dar , a pesar de que reservamos para 3 personas solo nos mandan 1 toalla para los 3 y cuando lo solicitas te dicen que tienen que verificar si pueden dártelo! Aunque le comentes la situación al personal de recepción te dice que no hay opción y que no se puede hacer nada. Marcan mucho la diferencia entre trato de los clientes, si no te llevas con el personal de recepción no te informan nada! Tu adivinas todo .

Fallaron en lo más básico y en lo que no deben fallar, no tenían habitaciones listas luego de haber cobrado la habitación. Pasamos más de 40 minutos esperando por habitación. Varias personas en la misma habitación. Las camas dobles no tienen base, así que el colchón queda colgado. El precio del hotel lo amerita las instalaciones y servicios pero no puede ser que la operación y la cosa más básica como la cama, fallen de esta manera. No recomiendo a nadie quedarse acá.

Hotel con instalaciones bastante nuevas, muy cómodo, con buena atención del personal. La habitación es cómoda y cuenta con buenas amenidades. El baño es algo pequeño y se sale el agua al bañarse, por lo que si se llega a mojar el suelo. Se escucha algo de ruido del exterior, o no sé si estaba de un lado de la torre donde había alguna máquina sonando. El desayuno es cumplidor, con opciones de preparación de huevo, incluye jugo, fruta y café.

El área de mi visita fueron los salones de eventos: lugar impecable y acogedor, espacio amplio para la cantidad de personas, baños super limpios. Se respeta la privacidad de las habitaciones por completo, de hecho no pareciera que estas en un hotel. Cuenta con valet parking y la tarifa es moderada por todo el día (desconozco si es bajo acuerdo con el organizador del evento).
