The friendliness of the hotel employees, and the size and comfort of the room. Everything was great!

Location was great. Easy access to the highway to get where I needed to be. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had no complaints.

Clean room! Some lights in room didn't work, noisy, elevator and hall not clean, couldn't understand clerk??? Charged for parking???

Clean comfortable room. Lighting is not the best, door to the courtyard needs a better lock.BEWARE this hotel charges EXTRA to park your vehicle. Parking is not free. This is not a downtown hotel where parking can be expected to be expensive. This hotel has ample room for parking. In fact 75% of the parking lot was not being used during my stay. Just another ripoff by a large corporation.

The hotel staff made this hotel a cut above the rest. They were friendly and helpful and I would def. stay here again! The build of the hotel was a little different. Where the elevators were was somewhat inconvenient and almost felt backwards but that was the only thing i wasn't happy with. It was a great stay.

They were able to match price for an extra day staff was very friendly Bathroom was clogged when we got there and there was a bunch of mold in the mini fridge. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in forever
