Excelente experiencia. Me hospede en una habitacion "gobernador" de la cual todo estuvo excelente. Tina de hidromasaje con vista al televisor para relajarse. Decidi comprar desayuno buffet en mi estancia, al principio al ser pandemia no me daba mucha confianza, sin embargo me lleve una grata sorpresa en el restaurant pues un mesero lleva los alimentos a la mesa, como si fuera servicio a la carta.

I can’t understand how a hotel of this size can’t figure out internet access to rooms. Fire IT team who set up or hold whoever okayed not having sufficient access points.

No high speed internet. Very very poorly lit up. They say they are cutting costs due to covid. Do not expect this from a Crowne Plaza hotel !!!

Muy lindo hotel, elegante, muy sobrio, de años sesenta-setenta, enormes lámparasde gran presencia. Con su gran escalinata en semi-curva en el lobby...Elegantisimo!!!! Estuve en un seminario al que me invitaron el fin de semana. Estuvo genial y en un ambiente encantador.

No heat in king suite for 2 nights Cooks could not get our food order right, after 3 tries (both Breakfast & Dinner) Xavier up front was the only bright spot in our visit. U guys need competent help badly.

Everything about this hotel is horrible.When I checked in my room was 17C, and I had no control of the heater.I had 2 maintenance guys have to come in and rewire everything.After this, I had no wifi.I had full wifi signal but couldn't even open a website... I have 3 devices, phone, iPad, laptop... None would work.After hours on the phone with their tech support, I asked if I could just switch rooms.The new room had perfect wifi, but was super hot and the AC doesn't work.I swear nothing in this hotel works.I also had the do not disturb sign on my door, and the housekeeper was knocking for like 5 minutes even though the room was already cleaned.I asked her what she wanted and she had the wrong room.This hotel needs major improvement to their facities.Lobby is all dark, no lights on.Looks like the place is going out of business.Oh and deadbolt missing from door lock, no way to secure room door.This was rooms #1612 and #1726, avoid these rooms.

Very nice and comt hotel. I'm not into the decoration style, it's kind of old but the staff were very helpful and nice. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast was not that good but service was excellent.

The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming and easy to talk to when I had questions. I was up on the higher floor, therefore I didn’t hear the outside world from my room. I would consider going back.

Very beautiful hotel at 6km far from the centre. Good quality in service, kind staff. Rooms very beautiful. Rooms close to the tennis and football camps can suffer of a small noise during the games.
