Cheguei no hotel 16hs e tive que esperar 20 min pra entrar no quarto, porque estavam limpando. O chão de madeira do quarto era sujo e ao andar descalço os pés ficavam imundos. No banheiro vinha cheiro de fossa. No corredor a mulher da limpeza acumulava num canto os lençóis sujos q tirava dos quartos. Elevador desnivelado dos andares. A única coisa que se salvou foi o café da manhã. Nossos passaportes não foram nem sequer abertos na recepção.

Les doy las gracias por averme aceptado con mi hija pues en otros hoteles me rechazaban, fui a una diligencia al ISSFAM llege a las 11:45 pm muy cansada, el taxista me llevo a varios hoteles y ningun aceptaba niños por la pandemia. HOTEL MUY LIMPIO, SERVICIO EXELENTE Y ESO SOLO ME QUEDE UNA HORAS PERO LO SUFICIENTE PARA DARME UN BUEN BAÑO, RICISIMO EL DESAYUNO Y DESCANSAR! GRACIAS GRACIAS GRACIAS!

Not the best place. It's just enough if you'll stay for two days, not more.Breakfast is pretty poor, and what's served is not labeled, so you can't know what you are eating if you are foreign and you're not familiarized with Mexican food. Also, if you come by car, you have to wait at the gate and wait on the street for someone from the hotel to park it, but there is no one there waiting, you are the one that wait.The front desk personnel is actually pretty kind and friendly.

I stayed here in January 2017. I loved it and am planning to stay there for three weeks while I prepare to emigrate to Mexico City.
The rooms are very spartan. If I wanted plush, I'd stay home. The manager, desk clerks, waiters and housekeeping where great - professional, pleasant and helpful. 99% of the guests while I was there were Mexican businessmen or tourists from other parts of Mexico. I don't want to stay in an American chain hotel and eat prime rib with people like me. The breakfast was delicious. I could, and did, eat black beans and rice at every meal.
The location, internet, cable TV etc were fine. They arranged for me to take tours to various places that picked me up at the door. I could walk most places. Food vendors in front had a dizzying array of tasty choices.
I booked through American Airlines. Great value for the money. I can't wait to go back.

Location was good, but other than that the room was not pretty, the bathroom had a broken window and i could hear the guest in the next room in his bathroom. Also, they gave us a room with a window to the lobby so we could hear the telephone every time it rang.

Stayed 5/20 to 5/24... Had a good experience . Staff was extremely warm and friendly, Service was excellent. bought the breakfast included room package with buffet. Buffet had ample amount of food. hot and cold with freshly squeezed orange juice. One morning I was in the mood for an omelette and they made for me with no hassle. The only complaint I have is that this hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms but they provide fans which worked very well. However there are no screens in the windows so i had some mosquito issues during my stay. I got bitten quite lot which made for a somewhat weary stay over the next few nights. if they are going to have opened windows they should have them screened to keep the pests out. Other wise , i enjoyed my stay. Miguel , Bryan and the rest of the staff are GREAT!!

The worst hotel I have ever been! No air conditioning, no fridge, a lot of noise, clogged shower, old towels, ripped sheets, dirty floor, bugs everywhere, elevator not working properly! Run from this place as fast as you can!

Great location, excellent service. Most staff know enough English to help an ignorant American. We stayed a week in March, very comfy, but note that it's NOT air conditioned, so summer stays may be hot. Good restaurant, the Breakfast buffet is well worth the extra $6 we spent (for two) a day.
