This is a very great choice for a certain very nice hotel in Lisbon. It is marvelously located in the heart of the city, almost side by side to Marquês de Pombal roundabout and Avenida da Liberdade. So, you would be able to go out every day by walk and reach different places.
Besides that, the hotel have a great staff, always kind and helpful to contribute to make your stay remarkable.
The infrastructure is also of good remark, since the rooms are ample and with variable dimensions (you could check in the lobby if it is possible to get a room in one or in another side of the floor to get more or less space if possible and the rates are equal). Also, there rooms are with a modern decoration.
The breakfast is another great positive aspect of this hotel, since it has a good variety of fruits, cereals, breads and some hot dishes (scrambled eggs included!). Besides, there are also traditional Portuguese sweets (varied day by day) and cakes.

O staff do hotel é extremamente simpático e prestativo. A localização e a limpeza do hotel é muito boa.Apenas uma ressalva, do ar condicionado dos quartos só saía ar quente , mesmo com o termostato no mais frio....

O rececionista nocturno, Wellington Santos, mostra-se sempre prestativo e dá um ar vip ao Hotel, a fazer valer, ao menos pelo atendimento nocturno, um Hotel de 5 Estrelas.

En general, puedo decir que nuestra experiencia en el Dom Carlos ha sido positiva, con la salvedad de que la habitación asignada (408) era muy pequeña por la existencia de un pilar (columna) que entorpecía el acceso a la cama. Esta habitación no es apta como habitación doble. El cuarto de baño ymenage del mismo, correctos y limpios. El desayuno, que estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación, perfecto. En la entrada del hotel deberían instalar una silla salva escaleras o plataforma elevadora para las personas con movilidad reducida. El hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila con suficientes plazas de aparcamiento en los alrededores y cercana al centro histórico. Hay parada de taxi y autobuses muy cercanas.

Muy buena situación, el hotel un poco viejo pero muy bien conservado y limpio, camas muy confortables y desayuno correcto.

El personal muy agradable, la ubicación cerca del centro (20 minutos a plaza do comercio) y a 2 minutos de la parada del bus turístico. Aunque es un poco antiguo está bien conservado. Lo único el desayuno un poco flojo.

The staff is all very nice and helpful. If you're staying for more than a night or if you are sharing a room with a significant other or friend I would advise a different hotel. The rooms were fine but very small. Breakfast was really good. Luckily Lisbon is wonderful so at least you can have some extra encouragement not to stay in the room.

Very good hotel given the fact, that it is 3 stars! Style a bit outdated but rooms are clean, service is good and breakfast is ok. I would definitely book again!

Good place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Rollaway bed was ready when we got to the room. Good breakfast buffet. Glad it lasted until 1130 because we were always getting going late. One suggestion is to provide hair conditioner with shampoo.

The location is near the metro, walking distance to some restaurants, Park and mall and sightseeing bus. Rooms are small but very clean. Comfortable beds😴😴 In general, enjoyed our stay at Don Carlos Hotel in Lisbon. They also have buffet breakfast.
