Ótimo hotel. Custo razoável considerando os preços de Nova York. Reservei um dos quartos menores, mas foi surpreso para encontrar como grande foi, incluindo uma cozinha completa, área de estar e área de trabalho separada. Vista da cidade era soberba e inesperada. Muitos ótimos lugares para comer que estão por perto.A equipe foi profissional e cortês. Eu recomendaria este hotel para quem quiser visitar Nova York.

Absolutamente fantástico!!! Depois de muita procura, estamos tão felizes por termos escolhido o Affinia Dumont para o nosso hotel. Quarto grande com cama de casal queen size, cozinha completa e grandes espelhos / closet. O banheiro é grande e separado, o que torna uma estadia perfeita para um grupo de 3 ou 4 pessoas em um quarto. Excelente localização também. :-) com absolutamente retorno!

A equipe é muito boa. Nós temos um doce no 22 andar. Quarto é bem limpo, mas não o melhor em termos de manutenção. Frig cantarola, o aquecedor é um pouco barulhento. Uma linha está queimada e o banheiro precisa de alguns retoques.Uma coisa, porém, a vista é incrível! Nós temos um quarto de canto, e meu Deus, é incrível. A localização do hotel é boa. Acesso rápido à linha verde.Eu ficaria novamente. Eu dei-lhe 3 estrelas porque acho que o quarto precisa de mais trabalho. É uma bela suíte pelo preço, mas pelo preço, as coisas simples, que são cosméticas, não deixam espaço para desculpas.

Excepcional. Nossa primeira viagem a Nova York sempre & nós ficamos aqui. Fantástico. Nós apreciamos os quartos, serviço, localização e talvez especialmente a vista em 4 de Julho, onde vimos os fogos do nosso quarto. Mais agradável caminhada da Times Square & UNIS & muitos outros locais, incluindo o Empire State Building. Excepcional. Mal posso esperar por um motivo para voltar!

Bom complexo de mini apartamentos, não recentemente renovado, mas equipado com todos os confortos. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, excelentes ligações de transportes públicos e excelente localização em manatthan, camas super confortáveis e excelente limpeza. Absolutamente recomendado, no entanto, para mostrar como melhorar o nível de ruído do ar condicionado e da geladeira da cozinha. WiFi, do meu ponto de vista, também deve ser feito gratuitamente nos quartos.

Nice hotel em ótima localização. Cinco minutos a pé do Empire State Building. Perto do metro, restaurantes e lojas. Se você tem sono leve, talvez considere outro hotel, porque as sirenes podem ser ouvidas a noite toda. Eles oferecem vinho gratuito às 17h, o que é bom.

Great hotel! Everyone was friendly and very accommodating! Parking was easy.. And lots of great restaurants are close by. The room was very clean! Breakfast was served until 11 and was delicious!! Coffee and espresso were served all day!

Nice hotel at great location. Five minute walk from the empire State building. Close to metro, restaurants and shops. If you are a light sleeper, maybe consider another hotel because sirens can be heard all night. They offer free wine at 5pm which is nice.

Good sized room with a comfortable king sized bed. Very functional galley kitchen. Loved the bedding and pillows. Nice desk for working. Staff friendly and helpful. Residential nyc area with many restaurants nearby.

Buen complejo de mini apartamentos, no recientemente renovado pero equipado con todas las comodidades. Personal amable y servicial, excelentes conexiones de transporte público y excelente ubicación en manatthan, camas súper cómodas y excelente limpieza. Sin embargo, se recomienda absolutamente señalar cómo mejorar el nivel de ruido del aire acondicionado y el refrigerador de la cocina. WiFi, desde mi punto de vista, también debería ser gratuito en las habitaciones.

Staff is very nice.We have a sweet on the 22 floor.Room is cleaned well but not the best in terms of maintenance. Frig hums, heater is a little noisy.One line is burned out and the bathroom needs some touching up.One thing though, the view is amazing!WE have a corner room, and my goodness, it is awesome.The location of the hotel is nice.Quick access to the green line.I would stay again.I gave it 3 stars because u think the room needs more work.It is a nice suite for the price, but for the price, the simple things, that are cosmetic, leave no room for excuse.

Outstanding. Our first trip to New York ever & we stayed here. Fantastic. We enjoyed the rooms, service, location & perhaps especially the view on July 4th where we viewed the fireworks from our room. Most enjoyable walk to Times Square & UNIS & lots of other places including the Empire State Building. Outstanding. Can't wait for a reason to return!

Absolutely Fantastic!!! After much searching we are so glad we chose the Affinia Dumont for our hotel. Large room with double queen size beds, full kitchen, and large mirrors/closet area. Bathroom is large and separated which makes it a perfect stay for a group of 3 or 4 in one room. Excellent location too. :-) with absolutely return!

Great hotel. Reasonable cost considering New York prices. I booked one of the smaller rooms but was surprised to find how big it was, including a full kitchen, sitting area and separate desk area. View of the city was superb and unexpected. Lots of great places to eat that are close by.
Staff were professional and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit New York.

This was my first time in NYC and coming home to this hotel every night was great.All of the employees were friendly and, if something was wrong with the room, it was quickly corrected.The amenities offered are great and much appreciated - plus the beds are soft, plush, and comfortable.They host a wine hour every evening as well.I even visited the Oasis Spa while I was there and got the massage and reflexology - amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and, whenever I go back to NYC, I'll be staying that the Affinia Dumont.
