Me hospedei por 6 noites em set/2017 e o hotel é muito bom, cumpre com tudo que promete, sendo os pontos a destacar: Quarto e banheiro limpo; Cama muito confortável; Lençóis e edredons limpos; Ar condicionado bom (no frio não sei como seria calefação); Segurança através de cartões individuais; Melhor localização impossível, perto de ponto de tram e de metrô e seguro para andar à noite; Espaço do quarto pequeno, mas informado com antecedência; Sem café da manhã.; Atendentes ótimas, um dos melhores atendimentos que tive na Europa;O hotel é de fato confortável, mesmo sendo seus quartos muito pequenos vale a pena e eu me hospedaria novamente com certeza e tenho indicado a amigos.

Pontos negativos: Quarto muito pequeno, sem frigobar, quente, o ar condicionado fazia barulho e pouco refrescava, pagar para guardar bagagem, pagar para fazer check in antes. Pontos positivos: localização, cama e travesseiros confortáveis e limpeza.

It is probably best to avoid booking with this hotel while Covid-19 is re-emerging. Whilst the hotel staff are thorough, prompt and polite on email the company has zero flexibility if you are caught out by short notice Covid-related restrictions and can't travel, as I was. I accepted that a refund was unlikely as this was stated upon booking, but I requested the hotel use some discretion and issue me with a voucher for re-booking (even partial), as I intend to be back in Berlin for work reasons as soon as feasible. They didn't budge, which from my consumer position seems a rather punitive and not very customer-friendly stance. Fortunately there are lots of hotels in Berlin that are in tune with how volatile things are right now, and who offer late cancellation should you be unfortunate enough to have to make that choice. I'll be booking with one of them next time. Travel is risky right now but some people are doing so because they have to, not because they want to. In short, 10/10 for nice staff but 0/10 for an inflexible easyHotel policy.

Good value for money, clean, friendly staff, and all kinds of attractions, bars and restaurants a stone's throw away? Also yes. 👍
This is ideal for (solo) travellers who don't want to stay at a crammed hostel dorm, but who are also satisfied with a small room with just a bed, toilet, shower, and a few coat hangers. There are no cabinets, closets or safes to store luggage/valuables in, but there are lockers in the basement.
Staff is very helpful and front desk is available 24/7.
Very near 2 metro stations and a tram station, very accessible. Rooms are pretty quiet (but be prepared for the regular rumble of the tram line).

Very reasonably priced and well located. Staff are friendly and check in easy. Room is small but cozy and clean, strange bathroom concept but nice enough. Some noise from outside but nothing major. Good value for money.

No pongo un 0 porque no puedo. No hemos estado en el alojamiento. Nos han cancelado vuelos por el Covid y no podemos viajar y el alojamiento no tiene flexibilidad ninguna. Un NO desde el principio fue su respuesta. Le hemos mandando el vuelo cancelado y siguen diciendo que NO. Encima la única opción que te dan es que pagues 35€ para poder cambiar las fechas en una situación que es de total incertidumbre. Se aprovechan de la situación y no dan facilidades a no ser que sueltes más dinero. No recomiendo en absoluto este alojamiento que se aprovecha de una situación más que complicada...

EasyHotel é sempre a mesma coisa. Já estive em outros e o de Bruxelas continua o melhor dos que já estive. Os quartos são muito pequenos, mas é limpo e sempre bem localizado. Check-out as 10:00 da manhã. O quarto estava limpo, as opções de restaurantes na região são boas, mesmo que chegue tarde. Tem meios de transporte públicos, com uma caminhada chega aos principais pontos turísticos. Para um final de semana, tomar banho e dormir é ok.

A pesar del tamaño justo de las habitaciones, cuentan con todo lo imprescindible para visitar la ciudad. La limpieza es muy buena, las camas son cómodas, es tranquilo y seguro. La zona es ideal para el turismo, esta cerca de todo, metro en la esquina,numerosos restaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo y bien conectado con otros destinos de la ciudad. Relación calidad-precio es muy buena.

Good value for the price. Rooms are very small, but fine for 2-3 nights. Bed is wide enough and comfortable, although the pillows were too soft for us. The room was street fronted, but still not too noisy, only the tram was a bit annoying especially at the night. In the bathroom the sink is too tiny, it's difficult to even wash your face and teeth. Staff is very kind and helpful, we had an issue with our room (some strange rattling noise from the AC), but after we reported it, in 5 minutes we got another room. Overall it was all good, we'd return anytime.

The rooms are a little too small and you feel suffocated because of only 1 window.. also it was summer and hot and A.C. doesn't work too well, and we booked the room for 2 people but the rules said that only one device can access wifi,, Will go to some other place next time..

Small, modern rooms. A bit too cramped but the bed is cozy. The bathrooms are in the same room, separated by a glass wall so I'd only recommend it to couples.
The staff is nice and helpful and the place is clean.
There are a lot of good and well priced restaurants close by and the place is next to the tram and close to the subway.
It was also well priced.

Hotel muy centrico, a 2 paradas de alexanderplatz linea u8. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero la cama es grande. No incluye wifi pero puedes contratar 5 dias por 15€. No incluye servicio de habitaciones pero si la estancia es de 1 semana, si hay 1 limpieza gratuita.El cambio de toallas es gratuito y se solicita en recepción,al igual que el secador.

I was really satisfied with my stay here for 5days at a reasonable price like middle sized hotels. The room is a bit small unlike my expectation but the bed is very comfortable so i forgot the size of the room in my mind. The staff were very friendly and smile when passing by the reception :) I would like to visit here again in the future.

The good. It is central, near the underground, the reception is lovely and the instructions are clear (in terms accessing internet, etc). The room is clean, the bed comfortable.The bad: the room is really cramped with no where to store your luggage. There are adequate electronic sockets and a TV. It's not a room to "live in". You just really sleep and go.
