Resort nah mais como apenas um hotel normal. Os quartos não são tão agradáveis quanto você espera. Estacionamento com manobrista descuidado. Meu carro cheirava a cigarro. Eu não recomendo este lugar. Não correspondeu às expectativas. A geladeira não funcionou e o cofre estava trancado, não podia usar. Não recomende.

Isso costumava ser uma propriedade da Marriott, agora um timeshare com os vendedores para acompanhá-lo. This used to be a Marriott property, now a timeshare with the salespeople to go along with it. A lady literally became frustrated with me wanting to go to our room after checknin stating she "works on commission". We paid regular hotel pricing, not some free stay with a seminar. Room was not clean, the couch in our suite had stains all over it,service was poor, the only good thing was the massage at the spa

Resort nah more like just a regular hotel. Rooms not as nice as you expect. Valet parking sloppy. My car smelled like cigarettes. I don't recommend this place. Doesn't live up to the expectation. Fridge didn't work also safe was locked could not use it. Don't recommend.

Ao chegar ao hotel tudo é elegante e de tirar o fôlego, mas quando os dias passados percebi que não havia serviço de quarto, nem arrumação, e eles levavam uma hora para toalhas e recargas de café pela manhã. A hospitalidade não é o que se espera ao ser classificado como um dos melhores hotéis de SA. Eu poderia dizer que o melhor atendimento foi recebido pelo estacionamento com manobrista.

Once arriving at the hotel everything is elegant and breathtaking but when the days past I realized that there was no room service, no house keeping, and they took an hour for towels and coffee refills in the morning. There hospitality is not what is expected being classified as one of the best hotels in SA. I could say the best service was received by the valet parking..

* Proprietário do Bluegreen Gold *2ª vez ficando. Muito luxuoso e limpo. Excelente localização e comodidades. Nós tivemos problemas de encanamento em nossa villa. Um banheiro tinha baixa pressão e o outro banheiro tinha uma obstrução de pia e água morna, não quente. Além disso, o quarto 2 tinha 2 colchões muito desconfortáveis. Os beliches são para alguém do tamanho de uma criança. Não cabia confortavelmente um adolescente. Com certeza vou ficar de novo.

2nd time staying. Very luxurious and clean. Great location and amenities. We did have plumbing issues in our villa. One bathroom had low pressure and the other bathroom had a sink clog and warm, not hot water. Also, bedroom 2 had 2 very uncomfortable mattresses. Bunk beds are for someone no bigger than a toddler. Could not comfortably fit a teen. Will definitely stay again.

Lugar legal. Gostaria de ficar aqui novamente, no entanto, tivemos uma luz no banheiro e as cortinas tinham uma parte que estava quebrada e não pendurada corretamente. Eles não estavam limpando os quartos para os hóspedes atuais devido à cobiça. Eles são muito simpáticos e receptivos quando ligamos para falar sobre nossos problemas. O trabalho fora da sala era muito bom. Tem 2 piscinas muito agradáveis também.

Nice place. I would stay here again, however we had a light out in the bathroom and the curtains had a part that was broken and not hanging correctly. They were not cleaning the rooms for current guests due to covid. They are very nice and responsive, when we called about our issues. The work out room was VERY nice. It has 2 very nice pools too.

Fantastic weekend getaway Hotel in San Antonio but it was too hot! Beautiful new hotel. Next to Fiesta Texas. Toured The Dominion and spent time on the River Walk and Alamo. Lights up at night. Nice Mustang rental car to cruise around in!

Elian is a beautiful hotel overlooking the valley. The staff are very nice and accommodating. BUT BEWARE if you leave anything in the room it is gone. My husband inadvertently left 5-6 shirts in a drawer. We called the resort within hours of our departure to inform them of the oversight. We were promised an immediate call back from housekeeping which we never received. Nor were our subsequent 6-7 calls ever returned. Very disappointing that housekeeping is allowed to keep what is left in drawers. To me , it is no better than a thief. I would have thought that a hotel of that caliber had employees with better scruples.

Foi um retiro incrível longe de tudo, mas ainda perto o suficiente de restaurantes e lojas nas proximidades e não muito longe do centro também.Um dos destaques da nossa estadia foi aproveitar o SPA !! Nós esbanjamos e fizemos o pacote Soothe for Two que incluiu uma incrível Experiência Razul Steam e finalizando com uma massagem sueca de casal! Foi incrível! A equipe profissional do Spa é INCRÍVEL !!! Recomendamos ALTAMENTE nossas maravilhosas terapeutas, Gabriela e Karina. Ambos fizeram um trabalho fenomenal e nos fizeram sentir confortáveis e relaxados durante toda a nossa experiência.TODO o serviço no Eilan é impecável desde o Valet, à Recepção / Check-in / Concierge, ao pessoal do Spa, aos empregados de mesa no restaurante. Todo mundo foi fantástico! Também gostamos muito do restaurante para o café-da-manhã, bem como do Starbucks e da loja de presentes. Regresamos al hotel a las 4:30 PM , no habían limpiado la habitación para entonces. Llamé a front desk pedi que limpiarán la habitación y esto fue lo que hicieron ! Pésimo servicio. Ni siquiera limpiaron el cuarto , la cama pésimamente tendida . Muy mal servicio en general

We visited while celebrating our one year anniversary (during the Christmas season - yes, I know, late review 🤦🏻♀️) and what an INCREDIBLE time we had here at the Eilan!! So luxurious, elegant, gorgeous, relaxing, and beautiful! The view was awesome! It was an amazing retreat away from everything but still close enough to nearby restaurants and shopping and not too far from downtown either.One of the highlights of our stay was taking advantage of the SPA!! We splurged and did the Soothe for Two package which included an amazing Razul Steam Experience and finishing with a couple's Swedish massage! It was incredible! The professional Spa staff are AMAZING!!! We HIGHLY recommend our wonderful therapists, Gabriela and Karina. They both did a phenomenal job and made us feel comfortable and relaxed through our entire experience.ALL of the service at the Eilan is impeccable from the Valet, to the Front Desk/Check-in/Concierge, to the Spa staff, to wait staff in the restaurant. Everyone was fantastic! We also enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast as well as the Starbucks and gift shop. We have already been talking about when we can schedule our next trip. 😊 Thank you for being a part in making our anniversary so memorable.
