A few things can be overlooked and still give 5 stars because first after a long rough day and a call to guest services, the employee knew me by name and was expecting me when I walked in the door.....and the shower, dual head shower one fixed the other detachable. Every shower should have this feature but few do. Iron was missing but cleaning attendant gave me one with no hassle. Three days later my deposit still isn't on my card, hairdryer was great. Would love to have traded mine in.....lol, but I didn't! Algumas coisas podem ser negligenciadas e ainda dão 5 estrelas porque primeiro depois de um longo dia difícil e uma ligação para o atendimento ao cliente, o funcionário me conhecia pelo nome e estava me esperando quando entrei pela porta ..... e o chuveiro, chuveiro duplo um fixo o outro destacável. Todo chuveiro deveria ter esse recurso, mas poucos têm. Ferro estava faltando, mas o atendente de limpeza me deu um sem problemas. Três dias depois, meu depósito ainda não está no meu cartão, o secador de cabelo foi ótimo. Adoraria ter trocado o meu em ..... lol, mas eu não fiz!

Se pueden pasar por alto algunas cosas y aún dar 5 estrellas porque primero, después de un día largo y difícil y una llamada a servicios para huéspedes, el empleado me conocía por mi nombre y me estaba esperando cuando entré por la puerta... y la ducha, Ducha de doble cabeza, una fija y la otra desmontable. Todas las duchas deberían tener esta característica, pero pocas la tienen. Faltaba plancha, pero el encargado de la limpieza me dio una sin problemas. Tres días después, mi depósito todavía no está en mi tarjeta, el secador de pelo fue genial. Me encantaría haber cambiado el mío... jajaja, ¡pero no lo hice!

I stayed here for 2 weeks on a work trip and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a great stay. Breakfast was good and the location was close enough to everything. Fiquei aqui por 2 semanas em uma viagem de trabalho e os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e prestativos. Tivemos uma ótima estadia. O café da manhã era bom e a localização era perto o suficiente de tudo.
First, there was hair all over the shower, the temperature of the room didn't stay level; it was either freezing cold or hot, and the stairway steps needed vacuuming. Next, I've never had a paranormal experience before but staying there was the closest thing to it. Constant banging on our door all night. It sounded like people were running above us and we were on the top floor, in the corner of the building. We did not get a wink of sleep and I saw a couple shadow figures as well. Primeiro, havia cabelo por todo o chuveiro, a temperatura do quarto não ficava nivelada; estava frio ou quente, e os degraus da escada precisavam ser aspirados. Em seguida, eu nunca tive uma experiência paranormal antes, mas ficar lá foi a coisa mais próxima disso. Constante batendo em nossa porta a noite toda. Parecia que as pessoas estavam correndo acima de nós e estávamos no último andar, no canto do prédio. Nós não conseguimos dormir e eu vi algumas figuras de sombra também.

Nice clean rooms,big shower,good breakfast in the morning. Breakfast hours could have been a little longer, we're not all early risers. Little pricey but nice place. Nice quartos limpos, grande chuveiro, bom café da manhã. O horário do café da manhã poderia ter sido um pouco mais longo, não somos todos madrugadores. Lugar pouco caro, mas agradável.

Front desk check in was okay. Kind staff but never recognized or thanked me about my Marriott Rewards status. My shower water pressure (3rd Floor) was low and the water was warm at best. My shower also had pink mold as noted in previous reviews. I thought tgis might not be true as this is a new property. Sadly, it is true. Breakfast was supposed to be open and ready at 6:00 a.m.It was 6:30 (weekday) before it was ready. I came to the libby at 5:50 a.m. and front desk staff are no where to be found. I probably wont return to this Marriott location. Maybe opt for the Marriott Courtyard across the highway. O check-in na recepção foi ok. Funcionários gentis, mas nunca me reconheceram ou agradeceram pelo meu status no Marriott Rewards. Minha pressão da água do chuveiro (3º andar) era baixa e a água estava quente na melhor das hipóteses. Meu chuveiro também tinha mofo rosa, conforme observado em comentários anteriores. Eu pensei que tgis pode não ser verdade, pois esta é uma nova propriedade. Infelizmente, é verdade. O café da manhã deveria estar aberto e pronto às 6:00 da manhã. Eram 6:30 (dia da semana) antes de estar pronto. Cheguei à libby às 5:50 da manhã e os funcionários da recepção não estão onde podem ser encontrados. I provavelmente rotina voltar a este Marriott localização. Talvez opte pelo Marriott Courtyard do outro lado da rodovia.
When we checked in, the lady at the desk was so helpful. We were tired after a long drive. Some in our group were hungry, driver exhausted. She gave the info, looked up the number, and helped us find a place open to order food. My teen was so touched that she almost cried at how nice she was! Beds were super comfy, too! Quando chegamos, a senhora na recepção foi tão útil. Estávamos cansados depois de uma longa viagem. Alguns em nosso grupo estavam com fome, motorista exausto. Ela deu as informações, procurou o número e nos ajudou a encontrar um lugar aberto para pedir comida. Minha adolescente ficou tão emocionada que quase chorou de como era legal! As camas eram super confortáveis, também!
Room service sucks. You have to request your room get cleaned if you stay very long. Staff don't care about anything. There's always baseball/softball teams staying there which are loud and obnoxious! Washer/dryers never work and and there's only one! So you have to fight over it. Don't expect to get maul if you have something delivered there because they'll lose it! 3 times for me! I just want to stay somewhere and get peace....FYI extended stay lenexa was worse. O serviço de quarto é péssimo. Você deve solicitar que seu quarto seja limpo se ficar muito tempo. Os funcionários não se importam com nada. Há sempre times de beisebol/softball hospedados lá que são barulhentos e desagradáveis! Lavadoras/secadoras nunca funcionam e há apenas uma! Então você tem que lutar por isso. Não espere receber maul se você tiver algo entregue lá, porque eles vão perdê-lo! 3 vezes para mim! Eu só quero ficar em algum lugar e obter paz .... FYI estadia prolongada lenexa foi pior.

Dio la información, buscó el número y nos ayudó a encontrar un lugar abierto para pedir comida. ¡Mi adolescente estaba tan conmovida que casi lloró de lo amable que era! ¡Las camas también eran súper cómodas!

Loved my stay at this hotel.I was in town for NASCAR and absolutely loved this hotel.There is a pool although I didn't use it.They had an absolutely fantastic complimentary breakfast in the morning!Biscuits and sausage gravy, Belgium waffles, bagels and cream cheese, double chocolate muffins, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, orange juice, cranberry juice, chocolate milk, milk.I ate every morning knowing that we're going out to breakfast anyways couldn't pass it up.The hotel staff was very kind and friendly as well.Everything worked out amazing would definitely go back again! Adorei minha estadia neste hotel. Eu estava na cidade para a NASCAR e adorei este hotel. Há uma piscina embora eu não usei. Eles tinham um café-da-manhã de cortesia absolutamente fantástico de manhã! Biscoitos e molho de salsicha, waffles belgas, bagels e cream cheese, muffins duplos de chocolate, cereais, aveia, café, suco de laranja, suco de cranberry, achocolatado, leite. Eu comia todas as manhãs sabendo que iríamos tomar café de qualquer maneira não podia deixar passar. A equipe do hotel foi muito gentil e amigável também. Tudo funcionou incrível com certeza voltaria novamente!

Me encantó mi estancia en este hotel. Estuve en la ciudad para NASCAR y me encantó este hotel. Hay una piscina aunque no la usé. ¡Tenían un desayuno de cortesía absolutamente fantástico por la mañana! Galletas y salsa de salchicha, waffles belgas, bagels y queso crema, muffins de doble chocolate, cereal, avena, café, jugo de naranja, jugo de arándano, leche con chocolate, leche. Comía todas las mañanas sabiendo que de todos modos saldríamos a desayunar, no podía dejarlo pasar. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y simpático también. Todo salió increíble definitivamente volvería otra vez!

Friendly front desk staff; however, not very helpful. We left the hotel early Sat morning (6:30AM ish) and left our used towels on the floor as directed by the door hanger to get new ones; however, we when returned to the hotel around 4:00PM later that day, our room had not been entered and towels were still on the floor. When we walked in, the lobby was empty and the front desk assistant was there and provided a friendly greeting; however, when we tried calling down to the front desk three times after finding our room had not been touched, nobody answered the phone. I immediately went back down to the lobby and found the assistant standing their drinking a soda. She was friendly in getting my towels; however, I was already frustrated...service and communication needs to improve. The room overall was not very clean...the bedding was not straight and made you question whether it had actually been cleaned. The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom had an overall dirty feel, and their was trash left in the bathroom trash can...which was the only trash can in the room. The walls/door seemed very thin...every noise in the hallway was disrupting. Lastly, several lights in the hallway of our floor were flashing as if they were about to burn out. It is a shame, the lobby and overall appearance of this hotel was nice; however, the room, service, and communication was sub-par and we will likely stay elsewhere when in the area (which we are often).
