Eu cheguei eo quarto que me foi atribuído não era o que eu tinha reservado online. Eles se desculparam e me ofereceram outra. Este estava sujo (meus pés ficavam grudados no chão). Eles me mostraram um terceiro quarto que eu ainda estava infeliz com mas porque era uma noite de sexta-feira eu soube que eu tive que levar isto como lá seria pequeno mais disponível. Este 3º quarto não tinha sabonete, toalha ou papel higiênico. Eles prometeram entregar o mais rápido possível. 20 min depois eles apareceram, mas sem toalha. Eu disse que iria jantar e recolher a toalha no meu retorno quando eu iria liquidar o saldo devido. Depois do jantar ainda sem toalha. Recusei-me a pagar até ter a toalha. Fui para a cama às 22h30. Às 23h30, o proprietário invadiu meu quarto usando a chave mestra e ordenou que eu pagasse imediatamente ou desocupasse o local. Escusado será dizer que ele não tem a toalha. Comportamento agressivo muito rude. Eu paguei em dinheiro e saí logo de manhã.

Llegué y la habitación que me asignaron no era la que había reservado en línea. Se disculparon y me ofrecieron otro. Esta estaba sucia (mis pies seguían pegados al suelo). Me mostraron una tercera habitación con la que todavía no estaba contento, pero como era viernes por la noche, sabía que tenía que tomarla, ya que habría muy poco más disponible. Esta tercera habitación no tenía jabón, toalla ni papel higiénico. Prometieron entregar lo antes posible. 20 minutos después aparecieron pero sin toalla. Dije que iría a cenar y recogería la toalla a mi regreso cuando liquidaría el saldo adeudado. Después de la cena todavía no hay toalla. Me negué a pagar hasta que me dieron la toalla. Me acosté a las 22 h 30. A las 23 h 30, el propietario irrumpió en mi habitación con la llave maestra y me ordenó que pagara de inmediato o que abandonara el local. No hace falta decir que no tenía la toalla. Comportamiento agresivo muy grosero. Pagué en efectivo y salí a primera hora de la mañana.

I arrived and the room I was allocated was not the one I had booked online. They apologised and offered me another. This one was dirty ( my feet kept sticking to the floor ). They showed me a third room which I was still unhappy with but because it was a Friday night I knew I had to take it as there would be little else available. This 3 rd room did not have soap, a towel or toilet paper. They promised to deliver ASAP. 20 min later they appeared but with no towel. I said I would go to dinner and collect the towel on my return when I would settle the balance owed. After dinner still no towel. I refused to pay until I got the towel. I went to bed at 22 h 30. At 23 h 30 the owner burst into my room using the master key and ordered me to pay immediately or vacate the premises. Needless to say he didn't have the towel. Very rude aggressive behaviour. I paid cash and left first thing in the morning.
