Staff is wonderful, hotel room is great indoor pool is closed.l and breakfast is in a bag thanks to covid. But overall 2 thumbs up.

Nikki as the best asset this hotel has!! She has incredible customer service, always taking the initiative to go above and beyond. From day one of my stay, she made me feel like she had known me for years. Because of her, I will choose this hotel next time I am in Bastrop.

Baratas no 1º andar, meio escondidas, mas ainda assim, sem geladeiras, não muitas mesas de cabeceira / mesas em comparação com outros hotéis, o café da manhã era bom, é uma boa sala de ginástica e piscina. Mas barata.

Cucarachas en el 1er piso, algo ocultas pero aún así, sin refrigeradores, no hay muchas mesas de noche / mesas en comparación con otros hoteles, el desayuno era bueno, es una buena sala de ejercicios y piscina. Pero cucaracha.

Cockroaches on the 1st floor, kind of hidden but still, no refrigerators, not that many nightstands/tables compared to other hotels, breakfast was good, thr is a good workout room and pool. But cockroach.

Prós Quartos limpos e uma excelente localização. A 2,4 km do centro de Bastrop, muito perto do rio Colorado e a 16 km dos parques estaduais de Bastrop e Buescher. HEB Plus e um Walmart estão a curta distância, juntamente com muitos restaurantes de fast food e serviço de mesa.Na cafeteira do quarto, mas sem frigobar ou microondas. Hampton Inn & Suites parecem ser aleatórios sobre os mini-geladeiras e microondas no quarto - às vezes eles têm, outras vezes, não. Avisarei você quando descobrir o padrão.Contras BARULHENTO! Pegue um quarto no último andar, se puder. Você pode ouvir as pessoas no andar de cima pisoteando a noite toda, e novamente pela manhã ao acordar. É mau. Certa manhã, durante minha visita, fui acordado por duas mulheres falando alto (não, elas não estavam no meu quarto). Parecia que eles estavam bem na minha porta, mas não estavam. Eles deviam estar em uma sala adjacente, mas era LOUCO alto.Não tenho certeza se isso é um prós ou contras, mas sua estadia inclui um café da manhã gratuito. Hampton Inn & Suites parece ser aleatorio sobre los mini refrigeradores y microondas en la habitación: a veces los tienen, otras veces, no. Te avisaré cuando averigüe el patrón.Contras ¡RUIDOSO! Consiga una habitación en el último piso si puede. Puedes escuchar a la gente de arriba pisando fuerte toda la noche, y de nuevo por la mañana cuando te despiertas. Es malo. Una mañana durante mi visita, dos mujeres me despertaron hablando en voz alta (no, no estaban en mi habitación). Parecía que estaban justo afuera de mi puerta, pero no lo estaban. Pros Clean rooms, and a great location. 1.5 miles away from downtown Bastrop, very close to the Colorado River, and 10 miles away from Bastrop and Buescher State Parks.HEB Plus and a Walmart are within walking distance, along with many fast food and table service restaurants.In room coffee maker, but no mini fridge, or microwave.Hampton Inn & Suites seem to be random about the mini fridges and microwaves in the room - sometimes they have them, other times, they don't.I'll let you know when I figure out the pattern.Cons NOISY! Get a room on the top floor if you can.You can hear the people upstairs stomping around all night, and again in the morning when you wake up.It's bad.One morning during my visit, I was awakened by two women talking loudly (no, they weren't in my room).It sounded like they were right outside of my door, but they weren't.They must have been in an adjacent room, but it was CRAZY loud.Not sure if this is a pro or a con, but your stay includes a free breakfast.Depending on the day of the week, this chain serves pre-made omelets (yuk), or scrambled eggs (powdered eggs), and bacon, or processed sausage patties.There's a waffle maker, a little bit of fruit, and a variety of cereal.I used the phone app to check in, so I had no interaction with staff.I walked in and walked out, so I can't comment on the customer service aspect.
