O hotel é muito bom! Pessoal atencioso. A ilha (estrutura) tá feia, lixo, lojas fechadas. Mas as beleza natural compensa.

La atención de todo el personal es inmejorable! Creo que la mayor fortaleza de este sitio es sin duda su recurso humano. El personal se muestra genuinamente interesado en atender a los clientes y hacer de su estadía una experiencia única e inolvidable. El hotel es muy lindo y limpio. Sin embargo deben prestar atención a algunos detalles que pueden opacar la impresión final que uno se lleva: el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones está prefijado entre 23 y 25°c lo cual es una locura en una localidad con una alta humedad. Aunque es un hotel situado frente a la playa, no todos los clientes quieren estar sudorosos permanentemente...sobre todo si es mujer! Tienen régimen "all included" y la comida es deliciosa y de buena calidad (excepto los postres! Les urge contratar un maestro pastelero). Tienen un staff de entretenimiento que se aplica a fondo en llevar a cabo actividades diurnas en el área de la piscina y en la noche ejecuta bailes y caracterizaciones muy amenos. Un punto negativo -pero no atribuible al hotel- es que si ud quiere ir a la playa a leer...olvídelo, los vendedores ambulantes no le permitirán descansar; estuve menos de 1/2 hora allí y harta de esto, me devolví rápidamente a las instalaciones del hotel donde nuevamente recupere la paz y tranquilidad que buscaba. Tiene un área de spa muy lindo con personal calificado y un pequeño gimnasio. La piscina es espectacular y hay jacuzzis. Es un hotel solo para parejas; no admiten niños. Volvería encantada de la vida

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good installations, Eden Swiming Pool is great, food is acceptable, wifi is good all around the Hotel, the beach is great as well just by crossing the street, the SPA is acceptable, the Gym is very good. Jacuzzi next to the pool is good. There are just a few night events, the bar at the Eden is very good eventhough the beverage selection is limited. In general the Hotel offers great services and acceptable installations, Eden's guests have access to all installations, bars, and restaurants which is a plus in case you want to enjoy different foods and activities. If you want to enjoy the beach and relax, this is the place. Recommended to all tourists visiting Margarita Island.

A pesar de las limitaciones obvias por la situación del país, todos los servicios propuestos por el hotel son 5 estrellas. The staff are awesome... Maximo in Customer Service, Victor in Security, Aaron and the other wait staff, Elvis and the other bartenders, Carlos Paul who helped our Spanish. The beach, sea breezes and relaxing atmosphere was just what we needed. I can't wait to return.

The attention is amazing, they're good people, the place is pretty comfortable and beautiful, i had some problems with the food, i do not recommend to pay to get all the meals at the hotel, the portions are really small, but the food is still good, at least the breakfast is amazing.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and did their best to understand our English and cater to my vegetarian (no meat, fish or eggs)needs the best they could but the actual options were very limited, especially so for an international hotel name and waited up to an hour for lunch in one instance. Had a few accidents as well such as sausage bits in the rice, the hot/cold shower works opposite to the instructions and here on the 4th day and still haven't received a second robe. The staff willingness saved this review.
