Passei apenas uma noite aqui para trabalhar. Eu escolheria este local? Provavelmente não, mas isso foi um trabalho, então a localização não depende de mim e tudo ao redor que você precisaria e se sentiria seguro.Hotel em si era muito agradável. Spent just one night here for work. Would I choose this location? Probably not but this was work so location not up to me and everything around that you would need and feels safe. Hotel itself was very pleasant. Have everything I needed in spacious comfortable rooms. Room service prompt and very tasty. All staff that I came into contact with were friendly, polite and efficient. Good outdoor area and gym.

Uma excelente equipe neste hotel. Fui aqui para um evento por 2 dias e devo dizer que fez um ótimo trabalho. Agora eu odeio conferências, mas a comida aqui foi excelente, grande seleção e surpreendentemente deliciosa. Eles têm um suprimento infinito de salas de conferências e áreas de lounge para trabalhar. Todos os funcionários aqui tinham uma grande energia. Eu mencionei o bar? Ótimo lugar para visitar e relaxar com o grupo após um longo dia com uma boa bebida forte. A great staff at this hotel. Went here for an event for 2 days and I must say the did a great job. Now I hate conferences but the food here was outstanding, great selection and surprisingly delicious. They have an endless supply of conference room and lounge areas to get work done. All of the staff here had great energy. Did I mention the bar? Great place to visit and unwind with the group after a long day with a good stiff drink. The success of an event always depends on the house staff and this location was on top of it all. 5***** to all of the staff here. Thank you.

Muito bom motel. A uma curta distância das áreas comerciais Galleria. Meu quarto era excepcionalmente limpo e tinha uma pequena varanda com vista para alguns arranha-céus. A água quente era instantânea e abundante. A pressão da água também é ótima. O lobby tem uma área de estar muito agradável. O café da manhã é um pouco caro para o que é. Eu recomendo pedir o café da manhã do serviço de quarto, se puder, e pule o buffet. Foi US$ 25,99 por pessoa para as batatas congeladas re-aquecidas padrão, ovos em pó e salsicha congelada pré-cozida. Que são oferecidos gratuitamente em outros locais Hilton em cidades menores. Eles tinham uma mini seção de salame fatiado, presunto, tomate, mozza e pesto.

Ficou uma noite, Nós realmente sentimos que pagamos pelo nome do Hilton e da Galleria Location. Primeiras impressões, o hotel definitivamente precisa de atualizações. Podíamos ver poeira em tudo. O piso do quarto estava rachado. Não há microondas! A cafeteira é tão desatualizada e mal faria café. A TV estava bem, mas tão desatualizada também, tivemos que pressionar um determinado canal para ver o diretório. O quarto em si não dava o estilo que as fotos aqui mostram. A vantagem do hotel é que as senhoras da recepção são muito úteis, definitivamente uma piscina de bom tamanho e a vista da varanda também foi ótima.

Very nice motel. Within walking distance to the Galleria shopping areas. My room was exceptionally clean and had a small balcony overlooking a few skyscrapers. Hot water was instant and abundant. Water pressure is great, too. The lobby has a very nice sitting area. Breakfast is quite a bit pricey for what it is. I recommend ordering room service breakfast if you can and skip the buffet. It was $25.99 per person for the standard re-heated frozen potatoes, powdered eggs, and precooked frozen sausage. That are offered for free at other Hilton locations in smaller towns. They did have a mini section of sliced salami, ham, tomatoes, mozza and pesto.

Stayed for one night, We really felt like we paid for the name of Hilton and the Galleria Location. First impressions, the hotel definitely needs upgrades. We could see dust on everything. Flooring in the room was cracked. There is no microwave! Coffee maker is so outdated and would barely make coffee. TV was fine but so outdated as well, we had to press a certain channel to view the directory. The room itself did not give the style the pictures on here show. Upside of the hotel is that the front desk ladies are very helpful, definitely good size pool and the balcony view was great as well.

Fiquei neste hotel para o fim de semana da Miss Texas USA 2022! A equipe é muito simpática e acolhedora! Meu quarto estava limpo quando cheguei. Usar uma chave digital é tão bom porque eu não precisava acompanhar uma chave de quarto real. Foi tudo feito do meu celular! O buffet de café-da-manhã valeu bem o dinheiro. Eu me senti segura em ficar aqui com minha filha. Mal posso esperar para ficar novamente!

I stayed at this hotel for Miss Texas USA 2022 weekend! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! My room was clean when I arrived. Using a digital key is so nice because I didn’t have to keep up with an actual room key. It was all done from my phone! The buffet breakfast in the mornings was well worth the money. I felt safe staying here with my daughter. Can’t wait to stay again!

Escogí quedarme en este hotel por la ubicación que tiene. Me arrepiento mucho de mi elección. La atención al cliente fue terrible, nos dijeron que podíamos llegar un poco antes de la hora acordada, eso hicimos y nos hicieron esperar 5 horas en recepción. Ni si quiera nos dieron la habitación a la hora acordada porque según ellos estaban atrasados. Cuando conseguimos hacer el check in pregunte por instrucciones para estacionar el carro, usar la alberca y conectarme a internet y la persona de recepción solo se molesto en decirme que todo venía en mi papeleo de la reserva. Para el colmo mi habitación era muy vieja y estaba sucia

Muy buen lugar, limpio y céntrico en el area de galería, gente amable y profesional en el desayuno. A algunos trabajadores de la recepción les falta un poco de cordialidad y flexibilidad para la gente que es de extranjero y no vienen con toallas para la playa, no hubiera costado nada dar algunas o indicar que en área de la piscina hay para recoger, sin embargo la respuesta contundente fue un simple NO hay. Todas las veces que nos toco esta señora no fue nada amable, sin embargo la que nos tocó el último día hasta nos invitó a visitar su lugar de origen Mississippi para deleitarnos con su gastronomía y visitar el lugar, ella si que gusta de lo que hace.

Contras: A limpeza do hotel não estava de acordo com os padrões do Hilton. As camas eram desconfortáveis. Quarto não era tão limpo. Chuveiro do banheiro não estava tão limpo. TV e frigobar não estavam ligados na chegada. Paredes super coisa que eu podia ouvir tudo fora do meu quarto. Tivemos problemas no check-in. Prós: perto de shopping e restaurantes. Não muito longe das atividades da cidade. Vista da varanda era bom.

Cons: Hotel cleanness was not up to Hilton standards. Beds were uncomfortable. Room was not that clean. Bathroom shower was not that clean. TV and fridge were not plugged in upon arrival. Walls super thing I could hear everything outside my room. Had trouble at check in. Pros: close to mall and restaurants. Not far from the city activities. Balcony view was nice.

I didn't have the pleasure of staying at this hotel since I was asked to attend as an assistant chaperone by my wife who works for a High School in the suburbs of Houston. However, I can definitely opine on the establishment, the service, their catering, amenities and the overall location of the venue. I've lived in Houston most of my life,have experience working in the restaurant and hospitality industry for more than a decade, in addition I have been to a variety of hotels in the area. This is one of the best locations due to the proximity (walking distance) to many eateries, shops, the Galleria, bars/clubs, convention centers, etc. The upgraded streets have made a dramatic impact on me personally since I have avoided this part of the city for nearly 2 years because of the traffic snarl when it was less robust infrastructure. Now accessibility has improved exponentially and the drive was not stressing at all even on a busy Saturday evening. The catering at the prom was phenomenal and the ballroom was immaculate in it's accomodations of such a large crowd of students and staff in a special way. The service was very attentive but not smothering as some other establishments tend to be. Overall it's was a great time and place I highly recommend it.
