Ótimo local bem no meio da ação, pois há supermercados, opções de café da manhã e jantar ao virar da esquina. Os quartos são grandes, boa pressão da água, boas camas. Como tínhamos um carro, dirigimos até a cidade para tomar café e comer, mas poderíamos estacionar facilmente no hotel todas as noites. Logo após o check-in, Miguel nos classificou com uma caminhada noturna, incluindo a coleta bem feita. O quarto que tínhamos não tem ar condicionado, o que não foi problema, mas como Monteverde é um lugar bastante úmido, fica um pouco úmido no quarto. Deixando a cama e as toalhas meio molhadas. Pouco calor do AC teria ajudado, mas nada para perder o sono. Estávamos no quarto 9, que tem uma ótima vista para o vale com nuvens entrando e saindo.

Great spot right in the middel of the action as There are supermarkts, breakfast and dinner options right around the corner. Rooms are big, good water pressure, good beds. As we had a car we drove down to town for coffee and food but we could easily park on hotel grounds every night. Right after check in Miguel sorted us out with a night walk incl pick up nicely done.
Room we had has no AC which coolI g wise was no problem but as Monteverde is a pretty wet place it gets a bit dampy in the room. Making bed and towels sort of wet. Little heat from AC would have helped but nothing to loose anysleep over. We were in room 9 which has great vieuw into the valley with clouds rolling in and out.

Por exemplo, conseguimos um guia para a floresta nublada em pouco tempo.Delicioso e rico café da manhã local servido à mesa.

Era um lugar agradável para ficar, quarto grande e agradável, mas as paredes eram muito finas, você podia ouvir tudo da porta ao lado, e quero dizer tudo! Embora não seja culpa do hotel o que os vizinhos fazem quando as luzes se apagam, seria bom ter um quarto onde você não ouça todos os sons, feito para uma estadia muito desconfortável. As camas eram confortáveis o suficiente, mas o WiFi era muito intermitente, o que novamente dificultou a diversão de uma noite. Mas o hotel está em uma bela localização e a cidade é linda.

Was a nice place to stay, nice big room, but the walls were very very thin, you could hear everything from next door, and I mean everything! Whiles it's not the hotel's fault what the neighbours get up to when the lights go out, it would be nice to have a room where you don't hear every single sound, made for a very uncomfortable stay. The beds were comfy enough, but the WiFi was very intermittent, which again made it difficult to enjoy yourself of an evening. But the hotel is in a beautiful location and the town is beautiful.

Adorei a nossa estadia aqui. Miguel, o recepcionista, é um cara legal que trabalhou na floresta nublada por muitos anos, então conhece os meandros. Reservamos o dia errado, mas ele tinha espaço e nos deu o maior quarto pelo mesmo preço. Cara estelar e um ótimo lugar. Bom café da manhã também!

Amo este hotel! o melhor lugar em Monteverde. O nosso quarto era grande e super limpo (como realmente um quarto limpo com um chuveiro limpo!). Traga seu xampu e condicionador porque na Costa Rica é só sabonete. Além disso, o quarto tinha um cofre, você realmente não precisa dele porque se sente muito seguro neste lugar. Miguel (o proprietário do local) é um anfitrião fantástico! se você tiver alguma dúvida ou ajuda, pergunte a ele. Ele é um homem humilde, honesto e muito bem-vindo. De todos os hotéis que ficamos na Costa Rica esse é o melhor, recomendo. 15 minutos para um parque, você pode pegar um táxi ou pegar o ônibus, são 700 Colone só de ida. Além disso, fizemos uma tirolesa de aventura 100% ~ 54 $ experiência fantástica. Esteja a salvo! :)

Like all establishments, approach the staff with a smile and friendly word and you get the service. Rooms are comfortable and if you are top floor, expect to hear the weather. Quite a hike to down town. Though there are very good restaurants steps away from hotel including an amazing cafe-bakery.

Love this hotel! the best place in Monteverde. Our room was large and super clean (like really a clean room with a clean shower!). Bring your shampoo and conditioner because in Costa Rica it's only soap. Also, the room had a safe, you don’t really need it because you feel very safe in this place. Miguel (the owner of the place) is- a fantastic host! if you have any questions or help- ask him. He is a humble, honest, and very welcome man. Of all hotels we stayed at in Costa Rica that’s the best, I recommend it. 15 minutes to a park, you can take a taxi or you can hop in on the bus it’s 700 Colone one way. Also, we did a 100% Adventure zip line ~ 54$ fantastic experience.

Loved our stay here. Miguel the receptionist is a great guy who worked at the cloud forest for many years so knows the ins and outs. We booked the wrong day but he had room and gave us his biggest room for the same price. Stellar guy and a great place. Good breakfast too!

Dólar por dólar este é um dos melhores hotéis que já vi na área. O proprietário trabalha muito e oferece um serviço de nível superior. Chegamos tarde sem reserva e ficamos por duas noites. Eles nos alimentaram com o café da manhã que era muito bom (além do queijo, que na maior parte da Costa Rica é como comer um pneu). Se eu voltasse para a Costa Rica, definitivamente consideraria este lugar, pelo menos pela nostalgia.

We were staying in the bungalow, which was ok, but basic. There were some holes in the wall behind the curtains and there was blue light in the bathroom… it is all a bit old fashioned designed but functional. The owner was super friendly and helpful.

Dollar for dollar this is one of the best hotels I’ve seen in the area. The owner works very hard and provides next level service. We came in late with no reservation and stayed for two nights. They fed us breakfast which was quite good (besides the cheese, which in most of Costa Rica is like eating a tire). If I were to come back to Costa Rica, I’d definitely consider this place, at least for the nostalgia.

Este hotel é lindo! A fachada coberta de flores e as passarelas da selva são um toque excelente. O proprietário/gerente não poderia ter sido melhor, mais entusiasmado ou agradável de estar por perto. O nosso quarto era grande, limpo e confortável. O hotel fica a uma curta caminhada de tudo e um dos mais próximos do melhor ponto de observação do pôr do sol da cidade! Nós amamos nossa estadia de três noites aqui!

This hotel is beautiful! The flower-covered facade and jungly walkways are such an excellent touch. The owner/manager could not have been nicer, more enthusiastic or enjoyable to be around. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to everything and one of the closest to the best sunset watching spot in town! We loved our three-night stay here!

Fantástico lodge. Tiene de todo menos televisión y aire acondicionado. No lo vas a echar en falta. No es recomendable salir a pasear por la playa solos, mejor siempre ir acompañados
