Você está com toalhas racionadas (e as toalhas têm manchas de sangue), sem check-out tardio ou check-in antecipado, sem upgrades (mesmo se você tentar pagar por eles). O ar condicionado não fica abaixo de 70 graus, estava quente e abafado e eles nunca enviaram manutenção para corrigir esse problema após várias chamadas para a recepção. A equipe é nova (supostamente) e não conhece as diretrizes/protocolos básicos de hospitalidade, nunca consegue localizar uma manjedoura e simplesmente não se importa em tornar sua estadia agradável. Eles dirão que não têm quartos para fazer upgrade para você também, mas quando você está no aplicativo ou site do Hilton, há uma infinidade de quartos para escolher e, se você conhece as políticas do Hilton, eles nem permitem que você PAGUE PELA ATUALIZAÇÃO.

I enjoyed my stay here! This is one of the best Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are very clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, the free breakfast is warm and tasty, and as a Hilton Honors member, it’s always convenient when they have your mobile key ready before your check in time.

This place does not honor Diamond Member benefits, and has RUDE STAFF! If you are expecting the Hilton hospitality you know and love, do not stay here! You are rationed towels ( and the towels have blood stains), no late check out or early checkin, no upgrades (even if you try to pay for them). The A/C does not get below 70 degrees at all, it was hot and mugging and they never sent maintenance to correct this issue after multiple calls to the front desk. The staff is new (supposedly) and don't know basic hospitality guidelines/protocols, never can locate a manger, and just simple don't care to make your stay enjoyable. They will say they don't have rooms to upgrade you too, but when you're on the hilton app or website, there are a plethora of rooms to choose from and if you know Hilton's policies, they won't even allow you to PAY FOR THE UPGRADE.

Dou 4 estrelas porque nos dias em que estive lá, nem um único dia consegui descansar ou dormir em paz. O serviço e os quartos são muito bons, o problema é que há algo naquele hotel que não te deixa descansar, eles vão dizer que eu sou louco mas não aconteceu só comigo, exatamente a mesma coisa aconteceu com todos os meus grupo que estava lá. Não recomendo se for ficar mais de dez dias, mas se for para um fim de semana é excelente. Já que você não vai poder descansar, eu tenho que ir trabalhar confortavelmente.

Eu amo este hotel por causa da área e da varanda. Eu não gosto das taxas de estacionamento, mas no geral, ótima localização. Perto e conveniente para boa comida, compras e viagens fáceis pela cidade. A varanda foi uma vantagem, estar em vários andares, chutar os pés com meu marido foi relaxante. O serviço foi ótimo, todas as vantagens e itens de bônus foram fornecidos com a suíte.

El servicio y las habitacionesmuy bien, el problema es que hay algo en ese hotel que no te deja descansar, dirán que estoy loca pero no solo me paso a mi, a todo mi grupo que estuvo ahí le paso exactamentelo mismo. No lo recomiendo si vas a estar más de diez días pero si vas por un fin de semana queda excelente.Ya que no vas a poder descansar he ir a trabajar agusto.

I love this hotel because of the area and the balcony. I dislike the parking rates but overall, great location. Close and convenient to great food, shopping and easy city travels. The balcony was a plus, being up several stories, kicking up my feet with my husband was relaxing. Service was great, all the perks and bonus items were provided with the suite.

Minha família, nossos 2 cães e eu ficamos uma noite aqui e estamos extremamente satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. Os quartos são bonitos e limpos. Inclui uma kitchenette completa com pratos, panelas e utensílios. Além disso, uma garagem e segurança. Muitas toalhas, o que é sempre necessário. Por último, uma equipe amigável. Definitivamente ficarei aqui novamente na próxima vez que estiver na cidade!

Quero dizer que este é um dos melhores hotéis que já estive. O quarto era muito bom e limpo. Os quartos pareciam modernos. Parecia que éramos as primeiras pessoas a dormir no quarto. O café da manhã gratuito é ótimo! O estacionamento é seguro, pois há uma garagem de estacionamento apenas com acesso à chave do hotel. No geral, este é um ótimo hotel. Pessoas muito gentis aqui também.

Eu também escrevi esta resenha no Yelp, mas queria ter certeza de que Kenneth recebesse o reconhecimento que merece! Hotel muito confortável para ficar por longos períodos de tempo. Os quartos são espaçosos e as comodidades do hotel são ótimas! Mercado 24 horas para comprar refeições e lanches e uma mini cozinha para cozinhar tudo. A localização também é muito conveniente. E os preços são acessíveis para o que você recebe. Mas a razão pela qual estou escrevendo esta resenha é por causa do gerente noturno, Kenneth. Algumas noites seguidas eu tive que ir lá para uma coisa ou outra e ele não poderia ser mais legal ou mais útil. Ele vai além e apenas fez toda esta estadia. Tanto meu namorado quanto eu tivemos interações separadas com ele e nós dois ficamos impressionados com o cara genuinamente legal que ele é.

Very comfy hotel to stay in for long periods of time. Rooms are spacious and the amenities of the hotel are great! 24 hour market to buy meals and snacks and a mini kitchen to cook it all in. The location is very convenient as well. And the prices are affordable for what you get. But the reason I’m writing this review is because of the night manager, Kenneth. A couple nights in a row I had to go down there for something or the other and he couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. He goes above and beyond and just made this whole stay. Both my boyfriend and I had separate interactions with him and we were both blown away by what a genuinely nice guy he is.

My family, our 2 dogs, and I stayed one night here and are extremely satisfied with our stay. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Included a full kitchenette with dishes, pans, and utensils. Also, a parking garage and security. Plenty of towels, which is always needed. Lastly, a friendly staff. I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town!

I want to say that this is one the best hotel I have every been to. The room were very nice and clean. The rooms felt modern. It felt like we were the first people to sleep in the room. The free breakfast is great! Parking is safe as there is a parking garage with hotel key access only. Overall this is a great hotel. Very kind people here too.
