No geral, esta foi uma estadia muito agradável. A equipe foi simpática e atenciosa, as ofertas de alimentos foram um grande valor, e as comodidades eram o que eu esperaria para este ponto de preço. Minha única reclamação foi que o quarto estava extremamente empoeirado. Havia torrões de poeira no teto, alguns dos quais haviam caído na colcha com o tempo, além de uma boa quantidade de poeira acumulada nos móveis.

Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food offerings were a great value, and the amenities were what I would expect for this price point. My only complaint was that the room was extremely dusty. There were clumps of dust on the ceiling, some of which had fallen onto the bedspread over time, in addition to a fair amount of dust having accumulated on the furniture.

Quarto foi muito limpos, a equipe foi nice e muito e muito café.Dei-lhe 4 de 5 porque sinto que a mobília está a ponto de precisar de ser substituída, o colchão estava perto do fim da sua vida útil e o sofá da sala principal estava desgastado, era um sofá-cama onde o o quadro está apenas dobrado e quebrado pelo uso.Tenho certeza de que nem todos os quartos são assim, apenas foi minha sorte no sorteio, e se eles puderem consertar isso será um ótimo lugar

Room was really clean, staff was nice and lots and lots of free coffee.
I gave it 4 out of 5 because I feel that the furniture is at the point of needing to be replaced, mattress was close to the end of it's usable life and the sofa in the main room was worn out, was a sleeper sofa where the frame is just bent and broken from use.
I'm sure not every room is like that, just was my luck of the draw, and if they can fix that it will be a great place

If I could give this hotel a rating of 0 stars I would but that is not an option. I booked a room at this hotel that I didn't even use. I was charged double end end charge another $250. They told me that the additional charge was for incidentals. But the amount was made way more than I paid for in the 1st place.I'm truly disappointed at being a rewards member for this hotel.I truly wish my experience would have gone better but instead it left me feeling disappointed and embarrassed.

Pelo que passamos aqui, temos muito mais do que em vários outros hotéis em que ficamos no ano passado. Conseguimos uma suíte, com sala de estar e cozinha compacta. Todo mundo é amigável e útil. Este é o hotel mais limpo em que estivemos. Além disso, a pressão da água no chuveiro era boa, ao contrário de todos os outros. Se estou pagando para ficar, espero que o chuveiro seja pelo menos tão bom quanto o meu. A cama é muito confortável e a vista é agradável, com montanhas ao fundo. 🥰

Um pouco gasto, precisando de atualizações. O Run 402 estranhamente tem uma porta de banheiro que não pode ser fechada. Não pode ser movido além do banheiro. Melhores amigos perdidos no casamento graças a este estabelecimento. Fiz reservas com 2 meses de antecedência e ligaram na hora para pedir check-in antecipado. Disseram que estava tudo bem. Chamado dia de para ter certeza de que o check-in antecipado ainda estava disponível, o telefone foi atendido por alguém que parecia que eu a acordei e foi informado de que não fazia check-in antecipado, a menos que você fosse um membro do programa de recompensas e fizesse o check-in no hotel. Liguei para uma linha corporativa e foi terceirizada para um call center para uma pessoa que não conseguia me entender. Ligou para o hotel novamente e uma funcionária diferente, Melinda, respondeu que pedi para falar com um gerente, eles disseram que o gerente não estaria até o meio-dia, mas que poderiam atuar como gerente interino até que ele voltasse. Eles disseram que poderiam fazer check-in antecipado, mas o nosso quarto seria 2 rainhas em vez de um rei, o que foi bom. Chegou e foi cumprimentada pela primeira funcionária que disse não saber quem era Melinda e que não faz check-ins antecipado. A bit shabby, needing upgrades. Run 402 oddly has a bathroom door that can't be closed. It can't be moved past the toilet. It's like someone installed a new toilet with the door open without checking that it needs to be shaved slightly to work. Breakfast very good. Room space comfortable. Quiet location. Can walk to restaurants.

Missed best friends wedding thanks to this establishment. Made reservations 2 months in advanced and called at the time to ask for early check in. They said it was fine. Called day of to make sure early check in was still available, phone was answered by someone who sounded like I woke her up was told they didn’t do early check in unless you were a rewards member and checked in through hotel. Called corporate line and it was out sourced to a call center to a person who couldn’t understand me. Called hotel again and a different worker, Melinda, answered I asked to speak to a manager they said the manager wouldn’t be in till noon but they could act as an acting manager until he got back. They said they could do early check in but our room would be 2 queens instead of a king, which was fine. Arrived and was greeted by the first worker who said she didn’t know who Melinda was and they don’t do early check ins. At this point it was to late to book anywhere else in the area. I won’t stay in a Hampton inn ever again. Probably fine as a hotel unless you need any type of customer service or organization. They really should charge 30 dollars a night because that’s about the value I found in this place.

For what we spent here, we got way more than at several other hotels we've stayed at in the last year. We got a suite, with a living room, and kitchenette. Everyone is friendly and helpful. This is the cleanest hotel we've been in. Also, the water pressure in the shower was good, unlike all the others. If im paying to stay, i expect the shower to be at least as good as mine. The bed is very comfortable, and the view is pleasant with mountains in the background. 🥰

Saiu lá hoje. Hotel era bonito e limpo. Da recepção para arrumação o serviço foi maravilhoso. O café da manhã e jantares foram maravilhosos. Eu recomendaria isso a qualquer viajante. Left there today. Hotel was beautiful and clean. From front desk to housekeeping the service was wonderful. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful. I would recommend this to any traveler. Definitely found a home away from home if in the area again. Thank you to all staff for an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time while attending our son & daughter-in-law's wedding. vow renewal. The gentleman who greeted us upon our arrival was very courteous and helpful in getting checked in and letting us know what food services the hotel offered. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Todo como esperado, y de buena calidad por el precio. Homewood es uno de los únicos hoteles que sirve una cena (que es muy conveniente) y esta totalmente acceptable. Lo único es que preferiría que la cena termine más tarde que las 7:30.
