The room itself was very nice Our room was on the opposite side of the hotel. A very long walk down several corridors to reach the elevator and vice versa.The T.V. didn't have but a few non pay channels to watch when you could get it to work.

Nothing! I got ate up by mosquitoes while sitting in the lobby. I had to ask for towels, because there were none. When asking the staff for anything it was me with attitude and rudeness. The only polite ppl were the bellhops! Me and my family were miserable!

The price Yes the fact that I booked at 1032 am and couldn't check in until after 630 pm and all I got for my 2 day stay was waived resort fee when they k ow we weren't going to use the pool with the current situation going on.

The beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The layout of the hotel. One elevator and our room was located at the farthest point. If walking very far is an issue for you be sure to ask for a room close to the elevator.

The front desk staff placed a $150 incidental fee on my card which was against protocol. I'll never return to this property. Horrible front desk staff.

The room I was assigned for the SECOND TIME. Valet service. We arre 74 with a walker, cane, & suitcases. asked for a room close to elevator. Instead we ended very far away from the elevator, no porter suggest. Key didnt work. An employee and a guest called desk to send key. Nothing. Made it downstairs got new room

The casino and outside decorations are awesome The hotel room is old and noisy especially when the room is near the first floor where the restaurant live music is playing. Many old machines in the hotel make loud noise at night and we could not sleep well. So disappointed.

Room was great. Spacious and clean. Also very quiet. 3 TV's (although I must admit I can only watch one at a time!). Isolated. About three miles to a gas station. Typical inflated casino prices for food (unless you're dropping a lot of dollars). Not sure why there was a resort fee. I didn't get anything more than a normal hotel.

Nothing, I guess if I like casino it would be ok, This hotel was a very old hotel and it need to be updated. It was very dirty carpet need to be clean inside room as well as in hallway. It seem like a 1 star hotel if that. I was very unpleasant with this hotel.

I stayed in Gold strike before and it seems the best hotel over there based on how it looks from outside. It was sold out and this is why I booked in this hotel. IT WAS WAAAAY BETTER THAN GOLD STRIKE...It's CLEANER..NICER but also more expensive.

The hotel was very convenient. Our favorite part was probably the "8 oz Burger Bar." They had excellent Shakes and malts,and EVERYTHING we ate there was fantastic! (We went back for breakfast, and it was also top notch!) The hotel charges a resort fee of $16. If you aren't looking at the fine print, you'll be surprised by the charge.

location Staff (save one nice woman @ front desk) all seemed angry about being at work. Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke pool area in total disrepair buffet food was garbage i got the impression that this place was preparing to shut it's doors

No I room coffee marker. Hike to get to room. No view, that is unless you like looking at Hood vents sticking out of the wall across the ally.
