Preço razoável, atendimento da recepção bom. Restaurante sofrível!! Pedimos três itens diferentes do cardápio e não tinha nenhum. Fomos jantar em outro lugar. Colchões e travesseiros muito duros. E pra fechar com chave de ouro, quando chegamos da festa por volta de meia noite de um dia de hotel cheio, o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido e vazou água por todo o banheiro. Existem outras opções melhores na região.

O melhor é a sua localização, fica bem perto do centro, a atenção dos funcionários também é boa, é tranquilo e econômico. O ruim os quartos são muito pequenos, o banheiro ainda parece muito apertado, o colchão é muito duro e os lençóis pareciam sujos. Tudo bem se você quiser apenas passar uma noite

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa de 3 noites aqui. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos, os quartos eram limpos e pitorescos. As camas são muito firmes se isso for importante para você. E as paredes são bem finas. Mas uma localização incrível para passeios turísticos CDMX e, em geral, um ótimo valor, ficaria novamente!

Lo mejor es su ubicación, esta muy cerca del centro, la atención del personal también está bien, es tranquilo y económico. Lo malo las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, el baño igual te sientes muy apretado, el colchón muy duro y las sábanas se veían sucias. Esta bien si solo quieres pasar una noche

Had a wonderful 3-night stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and quaint. The beds are very firm if that matters to you. And the walls are pretty thin. But an amazing location for CDMX sightseeing and overall a really great value, would stay again!

La habitación tenía chinches!!! En la administración te cuestionan por el origen, dando a entender que uno es quien las lleva 😡 las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, el baño no tiene división entre regadera y el excusado, provocando que todo se moje. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo lo que hacen en las habitaciones continuas. Un horror de lugar, no vayan!!

It's an alright place to stay but there is no av just a room fan but won't move any air in the room, housekeeping will put new sheets the first day but if you staying 2 or more nights they will NOT replace your sheets no mater what. The food in the lobby's restaurant is good and bathroom supplies always new but the sink will overflow every so often.

It is not an option for staying in Mex City. It's not very clean. Roaches are guests too at nights. Rates are not cheap to justify that.

Such a terrible experience! The bathrooms smell like sewage, you can hear every single noise outside, some guests had this wild party going on and my friend and I had to call the reception twice to get them do something about it, it was 2am! No A/C, the fan barely works and makes this obnoxious noise, it's so hot! The staff won't offer any solutions and actually get mad when you express how dissatisfied you are. Not recommended at all.

Worst hotel ever! The receptionists are very rude when they're not in the mood. They made a reservation For somebody else before we left, and they were asking us to leave the room before checkout time and wait in the reception to get another room that was still occupied The walls are very thin so you can hear everyone and everything. Some guys in a room were drinking and laughing loudly, the staff didn't care about this until I called the reception. The internet service is terrible as well as the fan, I couldn't sleep because it was too hot. Don't get deceived by the facade and the reception!. I will never stay here again!!!!

The worst hotel have ever stayed at. From my room I can hear everything that is said in the lobby and front desk. The stay so late. I dont know how the front office let's people be so loud knowing the rooms have paper walls. The restroom is small. No shower curtains. You can take a shower with out setting the toilet and everything else in the room. Bed is so uncomfortable. My wife and I had a bad experience here.
