I just want to ask how much we have to pay, then I got an instantly answer, "In the Mare Nostrum Resort / Sir Anthony Hotel
We do not accept pets/dogs"
So I think is unsure to book in this hotel if the FAQ is not up do date

We have been loyal to The Mediterranean Palace since 1993 which unfortunately has deteriorated badly, after two nights we decided to move to the adjacent Sir Anthony and absolutely adored the remainer of our holiday. The room was magnificent and the customer service was exemplary. Sorry Med we won't be back, The Sir Anthony is all you used to be and we are hoping to return again and again.

Me and my husband had a great time. The staff provides very good customer service . The hotel has a private pool, a wellness spa and the beach is a 5 min walk.
The only reason we are not rating 5 stars is because the bed was very hard, so we didn't slept very well, and when we checked out there was a misunderstanding where the reception insisted we checked out at 12:30 , even though before we even arrived they called us confirming we could check out at 13:30.

Was our first time at the Sir Anthony hotel and it was fantastic. Can’t thank the staff enough and that is everyone single one of them including Maurizio the manager. On Valentines night I proposed to my partner and I planned it with 5 or 6 different members of staff for two days previous to Valentines. They couldn’t do enough for me in organising it down to things like table choice and even getting the couple who were singing on the night to stop playing so I could propose, it was perfect and the most beautiful setting on the night too. Something we will never forget. The hotel itself is beautiful and we will certainly return as soon as we possibly can. Thank you once again for making it so special for us.

3rd stay at this beautiful, well located hotel in last 10 months. Staff can't do enough for you and the food is fab (in my opinion). I've stayed in many hotels in Tenerife in last 30 years and this is my fave so far. It depends what you're after, but we love the peace and tranquillity within hotel and a few steps outside and Safari centre and plenty great bars/restaurants on your doorstep. If you are able to, go for a plunge pool room on 3rd floor where you have your own private sun terrace with loungers and plunge pool. We'll be back!
