Entendi ... COVID19 ainda está por aí e é necessário tomar precauções. Mas eu tive um melhor serviço em um Motel 6. O café-da-manhã eram intragáveis, a menos que você gostaria de cereais açucarados. O café acabou durante o café da manhã e não foi feito mais café. Isso aconteceu 3 em 5 dias da minha estadia. Outros hotéis ainda oferecem refeições quentes, o Hyatt também deveria. Além disso, eles devem mencionar o que fazer com o seu lixo, já que não estão pegando no seu quarto.

I get it... COVID19 is around still and precautions need to be made. But I've had better service at a Motel 6. The breakfasts were inedible unless you like sugary cereal. Coffee ran out during breakfast and no more coffee was made. That happened 3 out of 5 days of my stay. Other hotels still offer a hot meal, Hyatt should too. Also, they should mention what to do with your trash since they aren't picking it up from your room.

Os quartos estão em dia, a única coisa que não consegui encontrar foi um micro-ondas ou uma tomada USB que me deixou meio chateado. As cortinas eram motorizadas, o que foi um toque muito agradável, o AC esfriou o tempo todo e a seleção de canais de TV também foi ampla. Fique aqui se você quer esticar um pouco mais seu dinheiro, valeu a pena.

É sempre muito bom vim para essa rede de hotéis, eles nunca decepcionam. Os funcionários sempre cordiais, o lugar é sempre muito limpo e o preço também agrada. Eles tem piscina, academia e bar no hotel. Perto do hotel tem inúmeras opções de restaurantes. Recomendo muito!

Room are up to date, the only thing I couldn't find was a microwave or a USB outlet which kinda bummed me out. Curtains were motorized which was a very nice touch, AC ran cold entire time and TV channel selection was broad too. Stay here if you're looking to stretch your dollar a bit further, it was way worth it.

Such a great experience at the Hyatt House in Round Rock. Amy in sales was Awesome and took care of our teams booking and our entire team was super impressed with the wonderful customer service from the entire staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that all families were comfortable and very well taken cared of. Front desk was extremely friendly and professional. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back always to the Hyatt Place for future tournaments.

Su servicio estuvo bien, el problema es que olvide mis anillos de matrimonio en una lámpara. Hable para preguntarpor ellos y dijeron no están. Quedaron ellos me llamarían entre semana y nunca me hablaron.Hastaque volví hablar yo y mis anillos no salieron. Una de las obligaciones de las que limpian el cuarto es regresar todo lo que se le encuentran en el cuarto😡

Se establiço en 2015. Entonces tiene un sientimiento de "hipster", per hecho bueno. Los employados eran muy hamable. 👍
