Dirty rooms, No room service, one of the worst hotel of my life. Don't waste your money.

The hotel needs alot of work like demolish and built again. The room were ok in size but the matress very old the bed made sounds if anybody walked above u or near the room u can hear them clearly the staff were amazing and helpful but i think they did a scam : when u book on the website it doesn't say which room u will get but at arrival they will tell u that u will get the basement room and u need to pay more for better room we paid 30 usd extra total to get the big room the location may seem close on google map to sultan ahmed but that whole area is a hill a very steep one as well u will need a solid 15 mins of walking up and down to reach any place especially the tramway overall my adive is do not absolutely not book this hotel unless u are in very desperate need of it

Edit: if u need to clean ur room u need to give them the keys and they will clean it for u and dont wash ur laundry at this hotel they take quite the amount more expensive than washing it outside

Trip hotel not even worth a half star when we checked in it shocked us. The toilet seat was broken & was not flushing away the toilet paper. When asked the man to come & have a look who checked us in he had the nerve to say do ur business and throw paper in the bin. The TV was not working the bottom 2 draws where nailed up so we cud not open them. The curtains where all ripped in different places. I swear all what I'm saying is the truth please don't waste ur hard earned cash on this discusting hotel the manager came next morning saying we wil upgrade u please be careful all the rooms are not worth the stay the shuttle driver that dropped us off did not know the location of this hotel did not sleep a wink next morning moved in to a better hotel with clean toilet & room

Its only for the backpacker just stay for a night, the room is full of broken furnitures like broken window handle,broken fridge, old stain dirty pillow, sagging mattress ,it's a historical building and one room without any window. Its not a 3 stars hotel, called it a hostle. Very old, run down hostle

This hotel needs alot of work. It's old smell upon entry. You can hear everything that goes on in the building the walls and floors are really thin. Bed sheets, pillows, and bath towels are also old (disrespectful old). This place needs a real upgrade. Even for the low price ($15) it's hard to sleep in this unit I had to cover pillows with my clothes. If you don't believe me make sure you book this hotel with a refund availability. So you are not stuck. This good things about this hotel are the staff are good and the location is also good.
