We arrived in the late afternoon… extremely unpleasant experience with the extremely small hotel room size, the spider-like animals in the room… dirty walls… weird smells from the grey-ish river outside… very loud concert as well during new year season starting 6pm til midnight. Unable to sleep without putting on my headset. The room is not noise proof as wel. We can clearly hear everything from the corridor outside and our neighbours. The toilets have no paper rolls but using pieces of papers instead. We have to buy toilet rolls from supermarkets. We are travelling as three and with our suitcases open in the room, there is not even enough leg room to walk. I don’t understand where are the good reviews coming from, but this is such a horrible experience, especially thinking about staying additional few days. We paid nearly 300 eur a night (worth of a Hilton hotel experience) for an extremely unpleasant room. No desk, no room to hang our cloths besides one tiny shelf. Belgrade so far has given us no fun travelling experience.
*the big shower head is broken . The small one is unable to be stabilise on the poll, It simply keeps sliding down. I had to hold it up high to shower.
*the hotel is located 30min-1hr walk away from the city centre. Not the best location.

Chic little hotel located in a huge park, right by Danube river. Clients can watch swans, gulls and ducks while sipping their coffee in the morning. However, the breakfast is delicious. It's not to be missed. Parking lot is about 200 meters away but there's a golf car ready to carry the clients baggage to their vehicles (free service). For those who love to run in park in the morning, this hotel seems to be the perfect choice. For those who need public transportation is not a good option, as they have to walk about 15 minutes to the nearest bus station.

Good hotel and clean. Only one problem: there are many spiders and they ate really big! If you afraid from spiders then better not to stay in this hotel. The staff are perfect and all helpful. The room is clean and new.

Very modern nice hotel located literally on the water. Breakfast is very good. Though room we have chosen was not big enough if not to say small. Expected bit bigger. Location is in good quiet green part of Belgrade, but on opposite side of river from Old Town. Walking distance is 2.5 km against declared 1.8 km.

Free parking available 300m away from the hotel, it's not possible to bring your car in front of the hotel, but the staff will assist you with an electric car to bring your baggage.
Good quality breakfast, mini bar available in the room.
