Basic clean room. Good shower. Cleaned daily. Animation team are good fun, got you involved. Daily yoga with Miriam(lovely girl) and aqua were great start to the day. The staff were all attentive and friendly. There are slopes as opposed to stairs and a lift for main restaurant. The food is basic varied. Not to all's taste.

We stayed at this hotel, and we were very well treated. Very friendly staff, lovely room with a view, and a perfect location, close to everything. The manager has the hotel running to a very high degree. We had a standard room with a comfortable bed. The food was superb and the atmosphere very relaxed and jovial. Very good value overall, thank you all.

Apesar de alguns dos recursos não estarem a funcionar na altura em que fizemos a nossa estadia, e de algumas "falhas" no serviço de quarto (por ex: não reposição da roupa da cama, limpeza demasiado superficial do chão e casa de banho), a nossa estadia foi excelente. Boa localização, muita simpatia, preços acessíveis e disponibilidade a 100% para qualquer problema.A equipa de animação fez a nossa semana. Sempre muito inclusivos e simpáticos, apesar da barreira linguística. Deixo o meu obrigado especial ao Yousef e a Siham pela atenção especial e envolvimento respeitoso nas dinâmicas de animação em que participámos.Merci 😁👌🏼

Muy mala experiencia. Lo primero no teníamos toallas en ninguna de las 3 habitaciones y tardaron una hora en traerlas, no había fundas en las almohadas es decir que es imposible que estuviesen limpias, las habitaciones sucias fuimos a cenar al buffet y nos recogieron la comida mientras estábamos aún con los platos llegando a cenar y el personal te cobraba y se metía el dinero en el bolsillo llegamos a pagar por la misma cerveza en vaso de plástico 3 precios diferentes. No lo sé recomendaría a nadie

El peor servicio que recibí nunca. Habitaciones sin toallas, el personal tardo 3 horas en ponerlas después de llamar varias veces. Después de dejarnos entrar al buffe libre para la cena, quitaron toda la comida en nuestras narices. Una auténtica vergüenza de hotel

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I, especially would like to thank Hind, who I assume is a manager. The hotel has average facilities. Limited drink and food options are a bit disappointing. The rooms are ok. Not very clean. Some attention to details would make this place a very pleasant hotel.

Algum pessoal muito simpático. Animação empenhada e top para crianças a maior parte da música é preparada mais para locais. Cozinha do hotel buffet uma bagunça, desorganizada e não está preparada para atender tanta gente em especial grelhados e pizzas a comida cheira muito bem, mas carece muito no sabor sendo que hádias melhores edias piores em geralo peixe grelhado é muito bom porque é só grelhar, o produto faz o resto, o tempo de esperaé demasiado a cozinha(buffet) carece também de exaustão, havendo dias que o banho depois de almoço ou jantar é obrigatório, há pelo menos um restaurante em que queria marcar o Bella vista tentei marcar quase a semana toda e não consegui, dá a sensação que se esforçam mas a qualidade do produto não estálá isto falando na cozinha, no bar ocafé é praticamente só água e as bebidas é o mínimo e o básico fraco por sinal o spa estava fechado. Sobre Agadir, tem muito para melhorar e espaço para isso mas vai partir muito pela educação civil, impossível andar na rua sem de 5 em 5 metros sermos abordados por alguém, cidade muito suja, e cheiros muito fortes em especial a suor e urina em muitas zonas, não há muito para ver. E apesar de existir muita polícia e militares, atenção (em zona turística) não dá para ter aquela sensação de segurança verdadeira sendo um pouco difícil aproveitar a experiência de tentar conhecer uma cultura mais difícil e de explorar também. Tirando este ruído todo existempessoas maravilhosas e sempre de sorriso no rosto, que lutam para transformar agadir num melhor sítio para elas e para quem as visita 🤗

Teniamos una reserva para 7 noches y un dia antes me la cancelaron sin ningun motivo. Al llegar me duplicaron el precio si queria quedarme en el hotel ( de 1.209€a 2.899€ ), el personal fue muy arrogante y no me ofrecieron ninguna opcion de solución sino pagar el monto indicado. Tuvimos que recorrer varios hoteles en Agadir y siendo temporada alta fue muy dificil hasta que un hotel tuvo la amabilidad de hospedarnos viendo la dificultad que estabamos pasando. Mala experiencia. No puedo hablar de las instalaciones

Cuartos de un dos estrellas en España,áreas comunes buenas,comida un descontrol para todo,desde encontrar mesa como para coger un plato para desayuno,se acaban vasos y platos,largas colas,poco personal x sala,por lo q tardan más tiempo en preparar mesas, sólo un tipo de cocktail por día,propinas 1'6€ x día de estancia y persona,no hay Nutella ( dato importante para mi hijo),turismo puramente nacional,por lo q todo se orienta a ellos,nadie habla español( aunque afirmen que sí en la descripción del hotel)

I've been there for a week and I loved the place. the hotel is in a good position to visit the city and go to the beach. my room was very nice, the food is good and the staff is kind and polite. Siham, the guest relation helped us with every question and request. She did all the best to make us enjoy our stay. I hope I can come back as soon as possible.

The hotel is nice, good rooms, well maintained gardens, good cleaning, great location and competent and friendly staff. Less well... the all-inclusive is quite limited, the buffets are not very varied, the drinks are of medium low quality. Even worse was the excess of local tourists (ruining huge amounts of food, all too often disrespecting the friendly and hardworking staff and other guests). Finally, although the food is well-prepared, the queues take away your appetite.. especially if you want fries or something grilled on the spot...). The animation team is hardworking and some night shows are interesting, especially the traditional dances. I will not book this hotel again because the city of Agadir, like the rest of the places we've visited, including natural reserves, are not clean... Garbage everywhere... Especially plastic, plastic, plastic... Makes one very sad... Lots of police, not a garbage bin on sight or cleaning staff... Just sad... It's such a marvelous country...

The Hotle was really fun to be at, the reception staff were friendly and helpful with everything that you asked them. The breakfast was really good and the laundry personnel were really fast getting your laundry to your room. The pool are very spacious and have separate pools for peaceful swimming, I enjoyed my time here

Such a fabulous time here. Maryam was out customer relations and was so helpful all the time. The entertainment people where so happy to see you all and included us with all the activities. Aqua swim was so much fun. I needed it after all the lovely food and wine. Rose wine was very nice too. Went to the market by cab from the hotel and there was a nice man that showed us around to stalls we needed, didn't feel threaten at all

Very good value for money.
The room is basic but suitable, the pool is large with plenty of loungers and the food is good with lots of variety and options.
The entertainment team are excellent and try to get you involved in the activities during the day and night.
There are pool towels for use but there are quite small so bring your own too to cover the lounger.
All in all a nice holiday for the money we paid.
The guest services were very helpful and arranged a late check out as our flight was late in the evening.
Areas for improvement would be to label the food in the restaurants,

Muito receptivo, quartos muito bons, desde o mais simples até o mais luxuoso. Variedade de atrações dentro do hotel, piscina grande, vários restaurantes, bares e jogos dentro do hotel. Ótima localização.
