You lost one star because you have no aircon in your bar or lounge area. It was super hot on the day we were there. Second star goes to offering a high tea but not offering Hotel graded tea. I expected TWG tea but got 5 Roses instead. I would suggest you offering a menu of what you prepared or at least explain what’s on offer.

My boyfriend surprised me with a stay at this place this weekend and it was absolutely Marvelous! Le Franschhoek and the hotel staff are amazing. They go above the norm to make sure you have a fantastic stay.
Linda from reservations is fantastic and she helped sorting out a change to my days and room type after we last minute had to change things due to Covid and the cancellation of our wedding. Linda really went the extra mile showing real empathy and care given what we had been through.
The location of this hotel is amazing and the views exceptional.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. Thank you everyone at Le Franschhoek Hotel for making our stay special.

Este é o lugar onde me sinto feliz! Equipe incrível, ótima localização, faça chuva ou faça sol, as montanhas ao redor traduzem a experiência em um pouco de Suíça.A roupa de cama, as toalhas, etc, são todas de qualidade adequada de hotel, as unidades independentes são bem equipadas, mesmo com uma máquina de café expresso la vazza e muitas cápsulas de café.Franschoek tem muitas opções de atividades, o winetram é recomendado!

Personal increíble, excelente ubicación, llueva o truene, las montañas circundantes traducen la experiencia en una pequeña Suiza.La ropa de cama, las toallas, etc. son todas de la calidad adecuada del hotel, las unidades de cocina están bien equipadas, incluso con una máquina de café espresso la vazza y muchas cápsulas de café.Franschoek tiene muchas opciones de actividades, ¡se recomienda el tranvía!

This is my happy place! Awesome staff, great location whether rain or shine, the surrounding mountains translates the experience into a little Switzerland.The linen, towels etc are all of proper hotel quality, the self catering units are well equipped, even with a la vazza espresso machine and plenty of coffee pods.Franschoek has plenty of activity options, the winetram is recommended!

Un chalet terrible de grande con vistas a las montañas y a los viñedos, espectacular. Igual hay más vida en la ciudad cercana de Stellenbosch porque Franschoek su super pequeño, posiblemente hubiera sido mejor alojarnos allí. El desayuno también lo recuerdo excepcional.
