Serviço péssimo. Tínhamos reserva há mais de três meses seis quartos, e quando chegámos ao hotel tinham cancelado a mesma, sem qualquer aviso prévio, alegando que o cartão tinha um problema. É um hotel pouco fiável que não recomendo

-Very bad experience, we book for two nights in July but due to poor air condition we ask hotel to cancel the second night they agreed to cancel and refund the amount but until now I didn't receive my money.
-The Air conditioner not working and we suffered a lot because the weather very hot.

Realmente um time top! Do porteiro ao pessoal da recepção na piscina ao restaurante e às faxineiras, todos se esforçam para fornecer um serviço de qualidade! Fomos atualizados para um duplex graças ao bom atendimento da equipe da recepção. Estendemos nossa estadia por 3 dias porque estávamos muito felizes lá. além disso, o hotel beneficia de uma localização muito boa (entre a marina e a medina). Vá lá com os olhos fechados

Tivemos uma ótima experiência neste hotel. Como estávamos com 2 crianças pequenas, eles nos forneceram uma cama de acampamento e uma cama de solteiro em vez de reservar 2 quartos. Super pensativo! Sempre foi amigável. A piscina é muito limpa e as toalhas são fornecidas. O serviço foi excelente e o hotel muito limpo. Very clean rooms. Nice décoration. Nice staf. Renewed rooms but better to choose room with sea view if not, room with street view has too much noisy during night. Restaurant is good 👍

Tivemos uma estadia incrível! Wafa atualizou nosso quarto para uma suíte porque estava disponível, o que era inesperado e generoso. Ela facilitou um check-in rápido e nos mostrou nosso quarto com vista para toda a Marina. O quarto tinha todas as comodidades que poderíamos esperar, incluindo dois banheiros, dois chuveiros e uma banheira luxuosa. Era limpo, moderno e totalmente atualizado. O hotel era calmo e tranquilo. Todos os funcionários foram atenciosos e acolhedores; nossa bagagem foi levada para o nosso quarto, lanches foram fornecidos, nossa lavanderia foi feita no mesmo dia, conforme solicitado. A localização do hotel é fenomenal. É apenas uma faixa de pedestres da Marina com seu calçadão, praia e vários restaurantes. A recepção providenciou um táxi com um dia de antecedência para nos levar ao aeroporto com nossa bagagem confortavelmente. Até o motorista que eles contrataram foi gentil, acolhedor e nos ajudou com nossa bagagem. O check out também foi rápido e tranquilo pelas mãos de Fátima Zahra. Nós absolutamente ficaremos no Marina Bay novamente!

Ótima localização em frente à praia. Tivemos o quarto com vista para a Marina Bay e a praia, foi incrível e de tirar o fôlego. O quarto era muito limpo e era limpo diariamente, reabastecimento de toalhas, sabonete etc. Café-da-manhã foi de alto padrão ... o omelete feito na hora estava delicioso.

Great location opposite the beach. We had the room viewing the Marina Bay and the beach, it was amazing and breathe taking.
The room was very clean and it was cleaned daily, replenishing towels, soap etc. Breakfast was to a high standard... the freshly made omelette's were delicious.

We had an incredible stay! Wafa upgraded our room to a suite because it was available which was unexpected and generous. She facilitated a quick check-in and showed us to our room which overlooked the entire Marina. The room had all the amenities we could hope for, including two bathrooms, two showers and a luxurious bathtub. It was clean, modern, and fully up to date. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. All the staff were attentive and accommodating; our luggage was taken to our room, snacks were provided, our laundry was done within the same day as requested. The hotel’s location is phenomenal. It is just a crosswalk away from the Marina with its boardwalk, sandy beach, and numerous restaurants. The front desk arranged a taxi a day ahead of time to take us to the airport with our luggage comfortably. Even the driver they hired was kind, welcoming, and helped us with our luggage. Check out was also quick and smooth at the hands of Fatima Zahra. We will absolutely stay at Marina Bay again!

Loved the theme decor of Roger Moore-James Bond, through out. Great location overlooking the marina, nice promenade.
However, front, marina-view rooms noisy with street traffic late into the night. Friend had quiet room on back, pool view.
Bedding included top sheet where others often only provide duvet cover. More to American custom.

I really liked the suite I took, so clean, well equipped and spacious with a splendid view. Varied and very good breakfast. Thank you to all the staff (Ms. Fatima at the reception, the cleaning ladies, restaurant ...) for this wonderful stay I highly recommend this establishment which is magnificent

¡Un sitio de 10! El hotel estaba fenomenal, pero especialmente el servicio es excepcional. Todos son facilidades, están súper pendientes del cliente, totalmente superaron nuestras expectativas (Por ejemplo nos llevaron el coche al parking al llegar, y el día de salir al aeropuerto nos lo habían traído a la entrada). Cuando volvamos a Tánger repetiremos en este sitio sin duda. Gracias Mustafa y equipo!

Fantástico hotel en el paseo marítimo de Tánger. Las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y cómodas. La piscina y los salones son muy agradables. Cerca de restaurantes y diferentes comercios y a unos 10—15 minutos andando de la medina. Por ponerle alguna percha, diría que el desayuno ofrece poco por lo que cuesta.

No está mal el bufet tiene poca variedad pero lo que hay está bueno, el personal es amable y la habitación está limpia aunque algunas cosas se ven muy viejas, en general bastante bien, la zona perfecta cerca de la playa muchos restaurantes y negocios

Fui con mis hijas : 3 personas: la 3 cama un catre espantoso. El baño roto y con hongos.Un 4 estrellas sin frigobar ni cofre de seguridad. Pedí un café a la habitación :me lo trajeron después de bañarnos las 3 y que yo bajar al bar a tomarlo. La cena: pobre y mala. Salvo la gente de la recepción(muy amables) el resto del personal espantoso. NO VOLVERÍA.
