A estadia no Magnuson Grand Hotel foi horrível. Nós só passamos 1 noite a este hotel e quando nós nos levantamos pela manhã para tomar uma ducha e usar a pia de banheiro eles não drenariam a água assim meu marido e eu tivemos que tomar banho em uma pressa para ter certeza que a água wouldn ' Derrame no chão. Nós nos disse a recepção sobre ele na parte da manhã e eles disseram que não havia nenhuma maneira que eles poderiam acomodar-nos de qualquer forma e não nos daria um reembolso. Este hotel costumava ser um Holiday Inn. Se você está indo para transformá-lo em um hotel de luxo e cobrar US $ 200 por noite em vez de US $ 70 por noite, então você tem um monte de mudanças e atualizações a serem feitas. Não havia NADA que eu gostei sobre ficar neste hotel e não recomendaria a ninguém que eu sei que eles ficam aqui. Teria valido 400 dólares por noite para ficar em algum outro lugar. I se hospedaram no hotel último ano quando foi um Holiday em e, mesmo assim, foi um pouco shoty apenas porque os edifícios como velhos. Não deixando esse fato sozinho ficar no meu caminho eu fiz reservas, solicitando a pagar em dinheiro garantindo que meu cartão não seria cobrado. Nenhum problema você pensaria. Depois de chegar ao hotel e ter o meu cartão cobrado não uma vez, mas duas vezes a 100% incompetente garota da recepção diz "aqui apenas falar com o meu gerente" e quando uma mulher com um sotaque tão pesado começou a gritar comigo através do telefone eu solicitei um 100 % de reembolso e foi para ir para outro lugar. Eu ainda não tinha ficado a noite ainda! Disseram-me que eles não podem fazer isso por causa de suas máquinas. Eu pedi um recibo e ela disse que sua impressora não pode imprimir o recibo até o dia seguinte. SHADY! Eu também tinha pedido antes de reservar o quarto sobre as horas de piscina, mas quando cheguei lá, fui informado a piscina estava sob tratamentos químicos, SÉRIO, eu teria escolhido um hotel completamente diferente !!! Eu tinha planos para chegar, mas primeiro quando cheguei ao meu quarto estava congelando, não havia controles pessoais para mudar a temperatura do quarto que funcionava, para não mencionar um odor úmido e espesso em todo o lugar, como água de moldagem. A banheira estava manchada de preto, e de manhã, quando eu realmente fui para o chuveiro não havia absolutamente nenhuma água quente eo chuveiro fez este ruído gritando como se algo estivesse morrendo. Eu tive o suficiente, minha conta bancária tinha sido mais elaborado duas vezes, ou seja, sim eles cobraram meu cartão 99 $ duas vezes por uma noite (quando eu tinha reiterado pagando em dinheiro TANTOS VEZES) e se recusou a reembolsar qualquer um quando o quarto custou apenas 69 ... noite. Para completar, apenas me pisou! a menina que trabalha a escrivaninha de frente mentiu a seu chefe sobre carregar meu cartão nada, deixe só duas vezes e isso é quando minha namorada até começou a dizer algo para ela e ela é o tipo quieto. Escusado será dizer que eu acredito firmemente que o inspetor da cidade deve olhar para a estrutura dos edifícios e que o hotel deve ser examinado pelo BBB para o seu decoro. Eu já alertei meu banco da questão para a qual eles disseram que era comum com respeito a este hotel particular, eles clarearam minha taxa de NSF mas não puderam fazer nada sobre o -198 $ que eu teria que lutar o hotel. Isso não é uma coisa ruim, mas por que desperdiçar dinheiro quando você sabe que seu nível de satisfação não será respeitado.

Meu quarto era limpo e a cama era tão confortável (minhas duas prioridades). O estacionamento era gratuito na estrutura de estacionamento. O elevador parou de funcionar durante a minha estadia, mas fomos orientados a usar o elevador de serviço enquanto o elevador de hóspedes estava sendo consertado. Mi habitación estaba limpia y la cama era muy cómoda (mis dos prioridades principales). El estacionamiento era gratuito en la estructura de estacionamiento. El ascensor dejó de funcionar durante mi estancia, pero se nos indicó que utilizáramos el ascensor de servicio mientras se reparaba el ascensor para huéspedes. El personal aquí es mejor que la mayoría de los hoteles que he visitado. Se nota que realmente se preocupan por el servicio al cliente. Hay muchos restaurantes a poca distancia.

My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable (my top two priorities). Parking was free in the parking structure. The elevator stopped working during my stay but we were directed to use the service elevator while the guest elevator was being repaired. The staff here are better than most hotels I've visited. You can tell they really care about customer service. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Esse lugar é ótimo. Tem uma vibração própria. Muito bem feito com uma equipe profissional. Nós estávamos lá NYE tão idk se fosse bcuz do feriado, mas este lugar é quase uma (muito hip) comunidade própria. Uma multidão social jovem, mas madura, parecendo estar se divertindo muito. O quarto era confortável, tudo funcionou como deveria, estacionamento fácil e bem iluminado. Eu nem mesmo tenho reclamações sobre limpeza e esta provavelmente é a primeira vez! Nosso quarto e todas as áreas comuns que visitei foram muito limpos e, obviamente, bem conservados. Altamente recomendado! 5🌟

Este lugar es genial. Tiene una vibra propia. Bellamente hecho con un personal profesional. Estuvimos allí Nochevieja, así que no sé si fue por las vacaciones, pero este lugar es casi una comunidad (muy moderna) en sí misma. Un grupo social joven, pero maduro, todos parecían pasárselo genial. La habitación era cómoda, todo funcionaba como debería, fácil aparcamiento y bien iluminado. ¡Ni siquiera tengo ninguna queja sobre la limpieza y probablemente sea la primera vez! This place is great. Has a vibe of its own. Beautifully done with a professional staff. We were there NYE so idk if it was bcuz of the holiday, but this place is almost a (very hip) community of its own. A young, but mature social crowd, all seeming to have a great time. The room was comfortable, everything worked as it should, easy parking & well lit. I don't even have any complaints about cleanliness & thts probably a first! Our room & all the public areas I visited were very clean & obviously well kept. Highly recommend! 5🌟

Fantastic service by all the staff at the aloft. We liked our stay so much that we extended it an extra night. We also ❤ the elite complimentary drinks and breakfast. Those are additional great perks that made our already excellent stay even better. The bar tender was fabulous and makes some good cocktails. Great property with award winning Marriott Service! This place is 🐩 friendly too which is rare in most South Bend hotel. Our pooch had an awesome time.

Me alojé en este hotel el año pasado cuando era un día festivo, e incluso entonces fue un poco aburrido solo porque los edificios se están poniendo viejos. No dejé que solo el hecho se interpusiera en mi camino al hacer reservas, al solicitar pagar en efectivo asegurando que no se cargara mi tarjeta. No hay problema que pienses. Después de llegar al hotel y haber cargado mi tarjeta, no una, sino el doble de incompetente, la chica de la recepción dice "aquí solo hable con mi gerente" y cuando una mujer con un acento tan fuerte comenzó a gritarme a través del teléfono, solicité un 100 % de reembolso y era para ir a otro lugar. ¡NO HABÍA ESTADO LA NOCHE TODAVÍA! Me dijeron que no pueden hacer eso debido a sus máquinas. Pedí un recibo y ella dijo que su impresora no puede imprimir el recibo hasta el día siguiente. ¡SOMBREADO! También pregunté antes de reservar la habitación sobre las horas de la piscina, pero cuando llegué allí, me informaron que la piscina estaba bajo tratamientos químicos. Tenía planes a los que tenía que llegar, pero primero cuando entré en mi habitación estaba helada, NO había controles personales para cambiar la temperatura de la habitación que funcionaba, por no mencionar un olor húmedo y espeso en todo el lugar, como moldear el agua. I stayed at this hotel last year when it was a Holiday in and even then it was a little shoty just because the buildings getting old. Not letting that fact alone stand in my way I made reservations, requesting to pay cash ensuring my card would not be charged. No problem you would think. After getting to the hotel and having my card charged not once but twice the 100% incompetent front desk girl says "here just speak to my manager" and when a woman with such a heavy accent started yelling at me through the phone I requested a 100% refund and was to go somewhere else. I HADN'T EVEN STAYED THE NIGHT YET!! I was told they can't do that because of their machines. I asked for a receipt and she said her printer can not print the receipt until the next day. SHADY! I also had asked before reserving the room about the pool hours but when I got there I was informed the pool was under chemical treatments, SERIOUSLY, I would have chose a completely different hotel!!! I had plans I had to get to but first when I got into my room it was freezing, there was NO personal controls to change the room temp that worked, not to mention a thick dank odor in the entire place, like molding water. The tub was stained black, and in the morning when I actually went to shower there was absolutely NO hot water and the shower made this squealing noise like something was dying. I had had enough, my bank account had been over drafted twice, meaning, YES they charged my card 99$ TWICE for one night (when I had reiterated paying cash SO MANY TIMES) and refused to refund any of it when the room only cost 69...riiiight. To top it off, just floored me! the girl working the front desk lied to her boss about charging my card at all, let alone twice and that's when my girlfriend even started to say something to her and she is the quiet type. Needless to say I do firmly believe the city inspector should look at the buildings structure and that the hotel should be scrutinized by the BBB for it's decorum. I've already alerted my bank of the issue to which they said it was common in regard to this particular hotel, they cleared my NSF fee's but couldn't do anything about the -198$, that I would have to fight the hotel. Always check the ownership and how the building structure is, big chains like holiday inn and motel 6 will "wash" their bad buildings on to people who think it's a great place. Americans are used to a standard that some cultures DO NOT understand. That's not a bad thing but why waste money when you know your satisfaction level will not be upheld.

The stay at The Magnuson Grand Hotel was horrible. We only spent 1 night at this hotel and when we got up in the morning to take a shower and use the bathroom sink they wouldn't drain the water so my husband and I had to bathe in a hurry to make sure the water wouldn't spill out onto the floor. We told the front desk about it in the morning and they said there was no way they could accommodate us in any way and wouldn't give us a refund either. This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn. If you are going to turn it into an upscale hotel and charge $200 a night instead of $70 a night then you have a lot of changes and upgrades to be made. There was NOTHING I liked about staying at this hotel and would not recommend to anyone I know that they stay here. It would have been worth $400 per night to stay some where else. Don't try to turn a Holiday Inn into a fancy hotel without making changes first because it doesn't work!!!!!!!!!
