Hotel para executivos. O quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis. O serviço de consierge é excelente. Sempre tinham um carro disponível para nos levar nos lugares. O SM mega mall é bem perto e vale a pena. Somente a noite nas áreas fora do hotel que não inspira muita segurança.Fui em família e o q mais gostamos foi a piscina, buffet e facilidade para ir ao shopping. É longe do aeroporto, reserve 2 horas até lá pelo trânsito.

Foi uma pena que a minha estadia no Marco Polo Ortigas não foi por lazer e prazer, mas pelos protocolos da Covid. It was unfortunate that my stay at Marco Polo Ortigas wasn't because of leisure and pleasure, but was due to Covid protocols. The food options, including its quality and serving size, were something I did not enjoy and was a bit frustrating.Hopefully, I get to stay again soon under different and better circumstances, and experience the well-known Marco Polo brand and its famous offerings.Special mention to Concierge staffs, Kim and Chris, Telephone Operator Faye, and Kitchen staff Eicah --- keep up the good work! Marco polo hotel is Great. Rooms here are very clean and you will feel safe especially with the global pandemic staying here will feel you at ease. Staff here is also very accomodating and cheerful even though wearing a mask you can see their smiles thru their eyes

I was quarantine, I can't go outside my room and I need to print very important documents. Janzy and Dennise help me, they print the documents that I needed and delivered it to my room. I really appreciate their service.

I am an OFW preparing to go back to work and the staff treated me well as a real guest and not just someone staying for quarantine. They were very nice and accommodating, you can feel their sincerity in their service and their smiles behind their masks. Thank you for a beautiful stay! I loved the very first ever checking in here at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila. It was a nice and comfortable place. Room are ready and cleaned,food is good. I liked also to recognized the friendly and very helpful Staff named Cris and Kiko. And also Kuya Guard. They make may checking process very smooth and stress free. Yes, it is good everything are neat and clean. Nice and relaxing during my quarantine they are served well and very hospitality and polite and they are helpful. While I was staying I have a concern for the food that they did not serve hot broth that we also need, amd especially a little bit of fruits that our body needs. These are things need to be improved. But everything is well. Thank you for your great and hospitality.

Está ubicado en un edificio de 40 plantas y el hotel ocupa a partir de la 24. Las vistas desde las habitaciones y desde la terraza del último piso son espectaculares. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y cuentan con todo lo esperable en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Cuenta con una piscina climatizada que merece la pena visitar, así como con sauna y gimnasio. El buffet del desayuno es sencillamente espectacular y el restaurante chino que está dentro del hotel es de una calidad sobresaliente, aunque algo caro. El personal del hotel fue en todo momento muy amable y servicial.
