Hotel muy céntrico en área de museos y cercano a calles peatonales. Muy buena atención a sus huéspedes. El restaurante cuenta con diversos platillos con o sin chile.Apoyan solicitando a laboratorio para que la prueba de antígenos o PCR se realice a domicilio dentro de las instalaciones del hotel.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, buena ubicación, habitaciones cómodas, almohadas terribles. Eso sí, la ubicación es increíble, por otro lado hay algunos puntos que le bajaron el puntaje. 1. Si bien no es su culpa hay un bar del demonio al lado, con un ruidajo estrenduoso, puedo dormir con ruido y tengo aguante, pero esto se pasó de piñas. 2. Lo que si debería estar bajo su responsabilidad, el restaurante del hotel, tiene room service, comida mala, costosa, pero lo que más me saco de quicio, es que cuando subieron, no llevaban para pago con tarjeta, no podían anotarlo a mi habitación para pago al final, y me hicieron bajar a pagarlo en el restaurante, (lo que hace perder el sentido del room service totalmente), pero además te cobran un porcentaje extra por el room service, osea caos total, sin ningún sentido. 3. Tuvimos dos chicas que limpiaban, se notó, una super mediocre ahí medio tendió la cama, otra suuuuper pulcra (espero que la propina hubiese ido a ella). Respecto a lo bueno, la gente del hotel amable, tiene un bar antiguo al frente divino, el barrio chino diagonal, y estás cerca del zócalo y bellas artes.

Un hotel que lo escogimos por su excelente ubicación. El trato que nos dieron fue amable. La habitación que nos tocó estaba amplia, cómoda, nos gustó que tuviera tina en el baño y con un pequeño balcón.

I have been here so many times. Location is unique and room is very affordable. Maybe the best low-cost hotel in the area (50-70)usd.
Hotel is not great. Old building and furniture. Very noisy location as expected. It should be horrible to be here during an earthquake. But clean and good bed.

Las recamaras del hotel están pequeñas y los cuartos no tienen aire acondicionado. Mi familia y yo fuimos en invierno y tuvimos poco calor. Las camas son sencillas aun así son cómodas. Las ventanas no tienen bonita vista. Yo si regresaría (solo en invierno) prq su atención de todos es muy gentil . La ubicación es excelente.

Good location to explore the historic center, safe to stroll around in the evenings, restaurants and cafes nearby. 16mins to the Zocolaro. Clean rooms, calm during the night, noisier in the evenings. Friendly and helpful staff with recommendations for reliable tour operators. We had a room at the top floor at the end of the corridor, nous level may be different for rooms Tsing the street.

We stayed at the Marlowe Hotel this past year of 2017.Excellent place to stay.The restaurant is excellent.We love their breakfast.rooms were alwaysclean and all items needed available.the staff very courteous.Transportation were always readily available.we just love it and looking forward for future stays.
