This hotel is perfect especially if your on a budget and don't care to be beachfront. It's only a 5 minute walk from medano beach. The rooms are nice and clean. We really enjoyed the game room and pool area. The breakfast there was amazing! Also this place has the BEST staff!!

Boas-vindas pessoais muito agradáveis. A propriedade fica a 5 minutos a pé do centro e da praia. Muito limpo e novo. A piscina é limpa (o que não é muito comum nesta parte do mundo), vimos funcionários limpá-lo no início e no final do dia, é confortável e bonito, com uma área de pingue-pongue, um bar aberto à tarde e toalhas limpas em todas as espreguiçadeiras . O café da manhã é muito bom, oferecido pelo hotel em um restaurante e em frente ao hotel. O único problema é o barulho à noite durante o fim de semana. De fato, se você dorme com as janelas abertas, o barulho não está faltando, mas nada insuportável. Super recomendado em vez de os resorts que não permitem que você aprecie o que cabo San Lucas tem para oferecer

Loudest hotel I have ever stayed in!!! Carlos at the grill by the pool was great. Receptionist bold faced lied to us about the live music only playing on Friday nights. No 6 out of 7 nights and it vibrates the room. Music goes on after the live band stops at 10. Public buses start around 6am fireman and ambulances and police sirens never stop. Stay elsewhere. Trust me

Todo el personal muy amable, el hotel muy limpio,las habitaciones amplias, con una terraza vista a la alberca, desayuno incluido delicioso. Cuentan con área de tennis, golfito. A un lado esta un bar, que de jueves a domingo, hay música en vivo.Te prestan toallas,y sombrilla para ir a la playa. La playa medano, la marina ,área turística,puedes ir caminando.☀️⛵🌅⭐😊🤽♀️👌

They forgot to heat the pool! I've had money stolen out of the safe there two times be really careful about how you lock up your money! I like the room I like the swimming pool but I don't like swimming and ice cold penguin temperature water! Would I go there again? No

La ubicación es excelente porque tienes muchas opciones de comidas, locales de compras,la playa Médano está muy cerca y te puedes ir caminando. También es una zona segura, tienes cerca la estación de policía, hospital, bomberos... la comida en el hotel es deliciosa, tiene un excelente gym, sala de juegos... el personal es maravillo, Carlos (del bar), Ivan de seguridad, Mathias, Yesika y demás personal son muy amables... gracias por todo... desafortunadamente no recibimos el mismo trato del sr. Carlos Castañeda, no solo era desatendo sino también fue grosero, su actitud ni fue buena ningún día ... por lo demás ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am currently staying here with a friend and it’s amazing. Clean, great service and lovely free free breakfast. The rooms are super clean and we were saying that if this was in NYC or San Francisco it would at least $500 a night. I highly recommend it you don’t need to stay on the beach.
