Hands down best hotel in Hattiesburg. I always recommend to my friends and family out of town. Not your typical Microtel much less hotel. Very very clean and great service. Conveniently located walking distance from great restaurants.

We stopped here overnight on our way to New Orleans. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfy beds, the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly staff members. Would definitely stop here again when traveling I-59 again.

Horrível horrível serviço horrível. Gestão terrível, MIKE foi muito rude conosco. Ele tentou nos expulsar por causa de uma porta batendo e nós entrando e saindo. Não podemos controlar a porta, ela bate na porta!!!!!!! Também desde quando em um hotel eles podem controlar quantas vezes você entra e sai. Ele nos disse para ficar no quarto. Como senhor quem é você para nos dizer. Ele estava registrando nosso movimento. Ele chamou a polícia e nos colocou no aluguel sem aluguel. Nunca ficaria aqui novamente de qualquer maneira!!!! Cara muito racista. Ele deveria perder o emprego.

Sujo. Não mantido. Não é seguro. Portas em cada extremidade do corredor não trancadas de forma confiável, porta de acesso à escada (sem câmera) aberta com uma das dúzias de latas de cerveja na lata transbordante (pior do que uma na foto). A porta do quarto não travava com segurança no fechamento mais suave. Trava de segurança solta e não funcional."Café da manhã continental" não significa nada quente, nenhum cereal... bem, significa apenas alguns muffins e alguns pacotes do Jimmy Dean, e iogurte na geladeira do dormitório, uma cesta de tangerinas, café e bebidas em copinhos.Pessoas legais no balcão aumentam de uma estrela. Restaurantes a uma curta distância, bastante bem iluminados, mas ainda solitários e não à vista da frente da pousada, são uma espécie de ponto brilhante.

Sucio. No mantenido. No es seguro. Las puertas en cada extremo del pasillo no están bien cerradas, la puerta de acceso a la escalera (sin cámara) está abierta con una de las docenas de latas de cerveza en la lata desbordada (peor que una en la imagen). La puerta de la habitación no se trabó de manera confiable al cerrarse con un movimiento más suave. Pestillo de seguridad suelto y no funcional."Desayuno continental" significa nada caliente, nada de cereal... bueno, significa solo unos pocos muffins y algunos paquetes de Jimmy Dean, y yogur en el refrigerador del dormitorio, una canasta de mandarinas, café y refrescos en tazas pequeñas.La gente agradable en el mostrador lo sube de una estrella. Los restaurantes a poca distancia, bastante bien iluminados pero aún solitarios y no a la vista del frente de la posada son una especie de punto brillante.

Microtel está limpio y el personal es hospitalario. Está ubicado a poca distancia a pie del asador Longhorn y The Olive Garden. ¡Hay una sala de lavandería y una sala de ejercicios y Door Dash hace entregas aquí!

Microtel has horrible service but I went over to Baymont and the atmosphere was wonderful. There was music playing when I walked and they gave us a gift bag. The head manager at Microtel is very rude and I am glad that we found a better place to stay. If you need a room in Hattiesburg go to Baymont they are under new management.

Horrible horrible horrible service. Terrible management,MIKE was very rude to us. He tried to put us out because of a door slamming and us coming in and out. We can not control the door, it slams on its on!!!!!!! Also since when in a hotel they can control how many times you go in and out. He told us to stay in the room. Like sir who are you to tell us. He was logging our ever move. He called the police on us and put us on the no rent lease. Would never stay here again anyway!!!! Very racist man. He should lose his job.

Dirty. Not maintained. Not safe. Doors on each end of hall not reliably locked, stair access door (no camera) propped open with one of the dozen beer cans in the overflowing can (worse than one in picture). Room door didn't reliably latch on softer swinging close. Safety latch loose and non-functional.
"Continental breakfast" means nothing hot, no cereal...well, it means only a few muffins and a few Jimmy Dean packages, and yogurt in the dorm fridge, a basket of tangerines, coffee, and fountain drinks in little cups.
Nice folks at the counter bump it up from one star. Restaurants within walking distance, fairly well-lit but still lonely and not in sight of front of the inn are a bright spot of sorts.

Microtel is clean and the staff is hospitable! It's located in walking distance to the Longhorn steak house and The Olive Garden. There is a laundry room and an exercise room and Door Dash delivers here!

Foi muito bom. Devido às restrições do covid, eles não podiam entrar e limpar os quartos diariamente, mas estavam lá todos os dias para ver se você precisava de alguma coisa, tirar o lixo, dar toalhas limpas, etc. eles lidaram com isso também devido a restrições de covid. Nós ainda apreciamos croissants de bacon ou salsicha com ovo e queijo, café fresco quente, grãos ou aveia, frutas variadas, iogurte, etc .... A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa, o lugar era bem conservado e limpo. Eu ficaria aqui novamente. Compras e tudo mais a uma curta distância. . . .

Os funcionários da recepção foram excelentes. Hotel é muito antigo. Manchas nos corredores. Parede de gesso rachada e quebrada no banheiro. O elevador não está funcionando ... o ar-condicionado não funciona ... ficava diminuindo a temperatura ... quando eu cheguei, eram 72 f, subiu para 75 f ... fique no Hampton do outro lado da rua, gostaria de ter teve!

Fue muy agradable. Debido a las restricciones de covid, no podían entrar y limpiar las habitaciones todos los días, pero estaban allí todos los días para ver si necesitabas algo, sacar la basura, dar toallas limpias, etc. Me encanta el hecho de que todavía sirven un buen desayuno y la forma manejaron eso también debido a las restricciones de covid. Todavía disfrutamos croissants de tocino o salchicha con huevo y queso, café recién hecho, sémola o avena, frutas variadas, yogur, etc. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, el lugar estaba bien cuidado y limpio. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo. Compras y TODO lo demás a poca distancia....

Desk staff were great. Hotel is very dated. Stains in hallways. Cracked and broken drywall in bathroom. Elevator not working....AC does not work....kept turning down temp..when I arrived it was 72 f, it got up to 75 f....stay at the Hampton across the street, I wish I had!

It was very nice. Due to covid restrictions they could not come in and clean the rooms daily but were there each day to see if you needed anything, take out trash, give fresh towels, etc. I love the fact that they still serve a nice breakfast and the way they handled that also due to covid restrictions. We still enjoyed bacon or sausage croissants with egg and cheese, hot fresh coffee, grits or oatmeal, assorted fruits, yogurt, etc.... The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was well kept and clean. I would stay here again. Shopping and EVERYTHING else in within walking distance....

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Very convenient. Next door to an Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse. A Wendy's is across the street. A Chinese buffet is on the other side of the Olive Garden. Rates are reasonable as well. We have stayed here numerous times on our way to the beach in Florida, and will continue to do so.

Perfect, super clean and comfortable, everything well organized, the breakfast very good.Without doubt we will rest here whenever we travel.I really exceed the expectations because it cost us less than $ 80 and it was great. I recommend it 100%. And I can not leaveto congratulate the people who are responsible for cleaning and keeping this motel so cozy. CONGRATULATIONSPerfecto,super limpio y confortable ,todo bien organizado ,el desayuno muy bueno.Sin dudas nos quedaremos a descanzar aquí siempre que viajemos.Realmente supero las espectativas pues nos costo menos de $80 y estubo genial .Lo recomiendo 100%.Y no puedo dejar de felicitar a las personas que se encargan de limpiar y manter este motel tan acogedor .FELICIDADES
