I confess that I spontaneously decided to relax for a few days in Sochi, I bought into the beautiful view from the terrace and publications on Instagram.
Based on my experience, I would like to conclude that the staff is qualified to earn money, not to give a five-star service. The staff is not aimed at doing well, the format is "it will do, they won't notice." I was pleased with the qualifications of a gastroenterologist, a coloproctologist, the rest of the specialists do not understand what philosophical wellness and healthy lifestyle are.
On the last day, my cup of patience burst from the paucity of thinking of the cooks and nurses.
I do not recommend to those who really respect their time and health.
