Um hotel comum, sem negatividade, a equipe é gentil, bastante limpa, a cama é confortável, há muitas toalhas e elas são limpas, em pacotes, se isso acontecer novamente em segundo plano, eu escolherei isso ou Golden Tulip. Devido à coroa, o café da manhã é solicitado e não há buffet. Há cerveja e a preparação não é ruim.

Un hotel ordinario, sin negatividad, el personal es servicial, bastante limpio, la cama es cómoda, hay muchas toallas y están limpias, en paquetes, si vuelve a pasar en el fondo, elegiré este o Golden Tulip. Debido a la corona, los desayunos se ordenan, no hay buffet. Hay cerveza y la preparación no está mal.

It’s a small hotel in the middle of Zamalek, a lot of bars / restaurants around, they ve two hotels in the same name always ask for the new one, new clean rooms, but again it’s a small hotel, and they don’t allow visitors inside, I won’t say it the perfect spot to stay tho

This hotel is very well located and has a very nice restaurant with nice views of the city. The rooms are average, the food is average and it is over all a bit old. Colors a dim and furniture is old. The service is very good and the employees are very kind.

The staff were nice, rooms clean, new, and with everything You needed in a great neighborhood by cute places to eat. My only real complaint is that there wasn’t a deadbolt on the door which I really prefer to have. They even connected us with a great driver and tour guide Khaled for the day. Excellent English, and gave us a full 8 hours to go or do whatever we wanted for a SUPER reasons price. We started with a few interesting stops such as the papyrus store, then went to the pyramids before the PERFECT local lunch at a super popular roadside restaurant with fresh falafel and other amazing things. We were originally planning to go to the museum but then he offered to take us to this Coptic cave church if we wanted instead that was more off the beaten track and it was AMAZING!!! And to drive and see some of the neighborhoods and sweet shop and even mailed my postcard for me the next day. Highly recommend our guide!

Hi, I was there 1st time with my family of 5 on December! the place was good reasonable price and the staff very polite and quiet, the location not bad at all easy access, is very close to downtown! I will be there again if I stay on Cairo. Thanks Hany Hammad

The room I got was kind of unfinished. There's water leaking in the bathroom, so the floor is always wet. The thermostat didn't work so the room was way too cold. Staffs here are not very helpful. The most important thing is that there's contruction going on next to my room so it was so loud. I had to call the reception like 10 times. And the construction started since 6am!! They won't let me change the room. First they told me I can change to another room, later they keep telling that they only have a standard room left, but I booked for a deluxe room. They just told me that it won't happen, again. And it was better but I felt like it shouldn't happen at the first place. They shouldn't use the room if it's not ready :(

Muy limpio, habitaciones espaciosas y en la zona más céntrica de El Cairo. El baño está genial. Teníamos frío y nos prestaron un calentador. Lo único regular es la recepción que es muy pequeña y el desayuno que me parece muy caro y está en el otro edificio.

Cama confortável. Bons cafés da manhã das 6h às 10h. Sujo em alguns lugares, mas tudo bem para o Cairo. O pessoal é bastante relaxado, mas se solicitado, ajuda rapidamente. Você pode pedir um ferro. Precisa pedir para limpar o quarto e trocar as toalhas. Sem escovas de dentes ou pasta de dentes!Em geral, o serviço é discreto.

Good service and friendly accommodating staff, location was perfect for my meetings. However, toom floors felt dirty and under my feet were black with 1 minute walk... bring along slippers for room. Renovations were taking place and not always properly secured from guests
