Houve um episódio muito desagradável nesse hotel. Esqueci 2 pastas com toda documentação da viagem (reservas, passagens, etc) e um aparelho CELULAR. Quando percebi, voltei de Nice e passei no hotel para pegá-los. Para minha decepção, os meus pertences não foram localizados. Isso me causou muito transtornos.There was a very unpleasant episode in this hotel. I forgot 2 folders with all the trip documentation (reservations, tickets, etc) and a CELLULAR device. When I noticed it, I returned from Nice and stopped by the hotel to pick them up. To my disappointment, my attributes were not isolated. This caused me a lot of inconvenience.

Hotel excelente! Os quartos são confortáveis, com aquecimento central, o banheiro é ótimo com aquecedor. Possui amenidades nível 5 estrelas, como calçador e limpador de sapatos. Boa localização, perto da região turística da cidade. Fomos muito bem atendidos e recebidos pela gerente.

Avoid at all costs.Sleep on the street before you give these people even $1 of your money.Edit to address response from owner: I was unable to check in after the check-in window opened because my room was still being cleaned.40 minutes later after being told it was still being cleaned twice, i was told that they gave away my room and my only option was a worse room for which I received no refund or compensation vs the room i paid for but did not receive.In many countries this is a crime as money was taken but a different product was given.

Poor sound isolation of room, the sound from street disturbing the sleep. Music from bars (maybe) across the street keeps on after midnight. Complained to the hotel and they can do nothing.

NH Marseilla es un hotel con clase, desde donde puedes acceder andando al puerto o al centro de la ciudad, perdiéndote por sus callejuelas o disfrutando de un café en sus típicas terrazas. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, con un servicio de comidas y atención al cliente genial. Gracias al equipo Maxi, Morgane, Gregory y Susana. ¡Repetiré seguro!

Stayed 3 nights in what is actually a lovely property. Good central location with tram and bus stops round the corner. Well designed spacious room with exception of the bathroom. Not only is it small but the ventilation didn’t work at all.
The reception explained that the hotel has central air conditioning and that it is too cool outside for the air conditioning so only heating is possible. What this has to do with the bathroom ventilation is beyond me???
Every morning(3x) we told the reception our issue and everyday we are told that the technician will fix it. Never happened- all the technician did was turn up the heating system in the room !?! Language problem… maybe. But one always had the impression that the receptionist was irritated and not really interested in solving the problem! For 500€ (3 nights and was not a special offer booked directly with nh) one may not expect much but a functional ventilation and polite staff would have been nice!
Breakfast selection is average however if you come at 9am like most guests there was always a problem with the eggs (always almost empty trays - 3 mornings in a row ). You have to find a server who will then bring you 2 fried eggs! No staff actually walks around to fill up empty trays. Nh collection? I’ve definitely had better stays in this group.

Hotel was ok.But there’s a centralized heating system that effectively can’t be turned off in the rom. The set point is 22C, but it gets much hotter. Even when the thermostat is turned off, it resets itself at midnight back to blasting heat. Talked to the front desk staff multiple times, but it kept resetting itselfManagement should really investigate the thermostat issue. We barely slept during our stay because it got so hot at night.I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect control over the thermostat at a 4-star hotel

Great hotel, amazing location, friendly staff. If you are considering this hotel, don’t. Just book it you wont regret it. Breakfast is amazing rooms are clean. Highly recommended

Una Gran decepción. Cuando vas a un NH Collection, te esperas otra cosa. En este caso, una habitación premium (de 200 euros día) amplia y confortable, pero con graves fallos. Un baño ridículo (adjunto foto) en el que no cabían dos personas a la vez . Además para acceder al inodoro había que cerrar la puerta del baño. Por otro lado, las ventanas son antiguas y se oía todo el ruido de la calle (especialmente el fin de semana, con gritos de gente joven). y para acabar en el pasillo de acceso a la habitación olía a basura. El desayuno de calidad y abundante. El Hall del hotel, demasiado pequeño (sobre todo cuando llegaban grupos). En fin, una lastima y un hotel impropio de la cadena.

NH Collection Marseille tiene una excelente ubicación a tan solo unos minutos a pie del centro y, además, está bien conectado con la red de transporte público local (metro, bus, tram).Habitaciones muy confortables, bien insonorizadas y con máquina de café incluida. El desayuno buffet es muy completo y cuenta con un personal atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y recomendar buenos planes para disfrutar de la ciudad.¡Volveremos!

Me ha gustado mucho lo céntrico del hotel, la habitación fenomenal, la cama muy comoda y la atencion por parte del hotel fenomenal. Si algo puedo poner a mejorar, es el desayuno que lo he encontrado algo escaso con respecto a otros NH.

Good hotel with good location. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was vary varied. The only strange thing was the fact that during the stay here, they simply didn't have any hand soap to provide to be used in the rooms. Any attempt to get hand soap resulted in the reception desk simply giving out shower gel bottles, which seemed a bit odd.

Nuestra experiencia fue mejor imposible. El hotel es perfecto en cuanto a ubicación (zona tranquila y muy cerca tanto del puerto como de Le Panier), hotel con todas las facilidades, habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. Pero por encima de todo, un servicio magnífico por parte de todo el personal. Ponerse en sus manos es la mejor garantía de que tu estancia en Marsella será inolvidable.

Situación excelente, vistas muy buenas. Personal de recepción simpático y muy agradable, varios españoles. Habitación cómoda pero algo pequeña para ir con mascota, no se si será por eso. Desayuno excelente. Buena calidad-precio

Hotel excelente, céntrico, cerca del puerto nuevo y no muy retirado del casco antiguo y el puerto viejo y con parking público a pocos metros. Habitaciones espaciosas, bien decoradas, limpias, con vistas a la avenida principal y al tranvía. Destaco la amabilidad del personal de recepción que además hablan perfectamente español y el increíble buffet del desayuno con un montón de opciones. Además si quieres comer o cenar también tienen una pequeña carta e incluso puedes pedir que te lo suban a la habitación. Recomendadísimo.
