My experience was worst experience in my life
Starting from reception as they ask for deposit visa or master and I don't have .although I told them take out mini bar and any service I asked charge first !! But no luck and forced me to use my friend master card 😒..
Second about room service first day I left room @ 9am and returned at 7 pm unfortunately they haven't clean my room !!!
Third about breakfast.. we have included breakfast package.. they have fixed menu breakfast fast and if don't like it and order different, they charge you !!!!
Also I asked them since you don't have open breakfast and it's order base , I want my breakfast to be delivered in my room as there is no use to have in restaurant and it is fixed menu.. unfortunately they refuse and asked for charge even if it is same orderi asked in the restaurant!!!!

The ambience is outstanding , I love the staff they are very nice and welcoming. For the food I recommend nigiri ( salmon nigiri was 5 stars ) , also the miso soup , shrimp tempura is delicious I gave 3,5 stars , Wagyu dumpling is very good ( I gave 4,5 stars ), don’t order rock shrimp tempura if you really love dynamite shrimp from Pf Chang ( it will broke your heart ) is not worth it for the price and so decent , we also order wagyu beef tersrloub antitucho this one is very tasty ( I gave 4 stars ) For the desert we try mochi ice cream , live the ice cream taste so smooth an creamy but the mochi is little bit hard ( I gave 3,5 stars ) .
For all experienced compared with the price I’m still expect more .. 😶

Lovely and welcoming staff with great atmosphere. The first thing you encounter is a warm welcome shout from all the service staff a really nice touch.
The menu is diverse and unique. The quality of ingredients is top notch. The sushi is perfect. Honestly this is the best sushi I had in Riyadh. Perfectly cooked grains of rice barley held together and topped with some quality fish.
Now the bad: the prices are insane. There is at least 6 other high end Japanese places in Riyadh but nobu is priced at another level for no reason.
Some dishes are not well executed. They are not bad but you had them executed better at some other place.
The staff was wonderful. The manager took care of my complaint in a really professional way.

First of all, I don't know why I couldn't find Nobu restaurant as a place instead of writing the review under Nobu Hotel. Second, it was a great experience and delicious food. I liked how the host and the other staff welcomed every guest loudly in Japanese. All the recommendations by the server were on spot, I liked the shrimp salad, sushi, wagu beef, and pop corn shrimp were very good. Comparing to Nobu in NYC and LA, I expected to have a more lively atmosphere.
