Mamie Megève

The Residence Odalys Lune Argent is located 1.5 kilometres from the beautiful mountain town of Megeve in the Southern Alps. The town is famous for its picturesque streets, quaint pubs and cute shops. There is a pedestrian zone, and is therefore safe for families with children. There are several fine restaurants, serving a range of delicious and wholesome meals, just minutes away from the property. Megeve ski resort is one of the largest in France, and thus attracts many lovers of excellent and exciting winter sports. As well as the downhill ski slopes, one can also enjoy snow boarding, snow shoe walking, skating, and cross country skiing. In the summer months visitors can really admire the lovely scenery by hiking or cycling around the area. There are some unusual activities on offer, including curling and dog sledding, and the brave may like to try paragliding! People can soar like a bird and enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful surroundings. The property consists of two modern huts. There is a rich selection of different types of accommodation; there are rooms that can sleep two, three, or four people, studios for three or six guests, and apartments for between five and eight people. They are all equipped with kitchen facilities, which include a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all utensils. All have a bathroom and separate toilet. Each has satellite TV. Near to the property is spa centre with a relaxing sauna, which guests can enjoy for a surcharge. . There is a nice bar attached to the terrace, where one can relax with a glass of good wine or a delicious cocktail. Visitors should make sure they try some local French wines! The terrace is also great for catching some sun. Guests may also choose to relax in front of the fireplace in the lounge. A ski bus stops right outside the residence. There is wifi internet access in the buildings. There is underground parking available for an additional fee.
