Não muito feliz com este lugar. Os quartos/apartamentos são adoráveis e muito espaçosos. O resto é um exercício de corte de custos. Café da manhã: apenas uma senhora para gerenciá-lo, é quase impossível para ela lidar com tantos clientes! As frutas estavam mofadas, não havia café e não tínhamos pratos e canecas limpos. Quando pedi uma caneca para o meu café, ela me disse para despejar em uma tigela de flocos de milho. Muito pouca escolha em opções de café-da-manhã, também. Houve apagões aleatórios na primeira manhã. Sugiro que ligue com antecedência para verificar se as obras de reforma estão realmente finalizadas. A recepção é gerida por pessoas rudes. Sem sorriso, sem bom humor ao explicar pequenas questões ao cliente, e esta manhã um funcionário correu atrás de mim dizendo que eu não havia pago pelo meu quarto, enquanto eles haviam solicitado (e recebido) o pagamento assim que cheguei ao hotel o primeira noite. Éramos um grande grupo em viagem de negócios, acho que não voltaremos. Não é um lugar barato e não me apetece ser tratado assim.

Not very happy about this place. The rooms/apartments are lovely, and very spacious. The rest is a cost-cutting exercise.
Breakfast: only one lady to run it, it's almost impossible for her to deal with so many customers! The fruit was moldy, there was no coffee, and we had run out of clean plates and mugs. When I asked for a mug for my coffee, she told me to pour it into a cornflakes bowl. Very little choice in breakfast options, too.
There were random blackouts the first morning. I suggest you call in advance to verify whether the renovation works are actually finished.
The reception is run by rude people. No smile, no good mood while explaining small issues to the customer, and this morning an employee ran after me saying that I had not paid for my room, while they had requested (and received) payment as soon as I arrived at the hotel the first night.
We were a large group on a business trip, I don't think we'll be back. It's not a cheap place and I don't feel like being treated like this.

Boa estadia passou este verão em Cowool Cergy (ex Olivarius). Quartos espaçosos. Grande salão. Agradável jardim comum. Estacionamento grátis. Por outro lado, poeira direita e esquerda no apartamento. A geladeira não fechava completamente. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando. E o café da manhã não era tão bom quanto antes (ex. suco de laranja e leite guardados em garrafas sem tampa na geladeira, não tantas opções de suco como antes, etc.)

Apartamentos do sistema hoteleiro de vários tamanhos, o primeiro tamanho, uma área de 40 metros, um quarto, um hall, uma cozinha e uma casa de banho, 75 euros por dia, pagamento em dinheiro. O segundo tamanho é de 70 metros, duas salas principais, um hall e uma cozinha. 95 euros por dia de pagamento em dinheiro. Na cidade de Cergy, a 27 km de Paris. Serviço de quarto, limpeza semanal, e se quiser diariamente, o preço aumenta. Nota: Existe um parque de estacionamento na cave para os hóspedes do hotel e são permitidos cães.

Las habitaciones MUY SUCIAS. Los baños sin limpiar, con pelos y sucios. No hacen las habitaciones de una noche para otra. Así como mo dejes por la mañana te lo encuentras por la noche. NO TIENEN A/A en las habitaciones y si te dan una en la que pegue el sol, alucinas con el calor a las 8:00 de la mañana. El garaje está destrozado, con goteras ,pequeño y además, cuando hemos estado lo están utilizando de trastero para todos los muebles que están cambiando. Si vuelvo a la zona SEGURO QUE AQUÍ NO VOLVEMOS

We stayed here on route when cycling from Dieppe to Paris. It's very much a business hotel, the apartment was good was well equipped and it was easy to store our cycles in our room (they also have a secure locked room in their basement garage). I would imagine this is a good place to stay if you are on business in Cergy. However, not an ideal tourist stop off. A little expensive.

View of the lobby of this apart’hotel we were staying in. A decent breakfast spread and a very open plan dining that is an extension of the lobby. Despite the busy hour, you don’t get the impression of being rushed. The apartments are pretty functional and does cater to most needs. Pretty weird bath/toilet combo in the apartments though. Free parking is an added bonus. Helpful crew all through. 3 stars vs 4 stars is ONLY because of the bath/ toilet

Very nice hotel, with very spacious atrium ideal for children playing. There pool and ping pong to play for free, and a pleasant bar with umbrellas for seating outside. The rooms are very large with with all the amenities for extended stays. The surrounding parks make it an excellent hub for short vacations.

The hotel is quite and clean. room sizes vary alot. Services are good. Breakfast is very good. The location is not good. It is far away from city center and not so close to the nearst station. The hotel set some events that are good. There are some problems in the heating system in the hotel as well. The parking is free but the strange part is that it has only one entry point and it is the same point of exit.

I got really upset when I saw that there was only one elevator that isn't working ''smart'' (you have to wait several minutes sometime) and it's the only way to join the parking. The sound insolation is really bad however the rooms are big enough and the bathroom are really clean. Too bad that there's no AC especially In Summer. The breakfast was ok but if you want a chance to get more than just the rest, you better wake up around 7am, plus the hot water wasn't hot enough for a tea or a coffee On the other hand, the price is really good for the rooms and the services proposed.
