Eu tive várias reuniões no centro de Houston e este hotel está localizado a apenas 6 km de distância. Fiquei extremamente atordoado com os quartos de hotel no Palace Inn Gulfgate! Hotel muito moderno e de estilo boutique. A equipe foi extremamente hospitaleira e a localização fica muito perto de ótimos restaurantes e do aeroporto Hobby. Certamente virá ficar neste hotel na próxima vez que eu chegar a Houston.

Atendimento ao cliente 100% TERRÍVEL ... Sem sorrisos e personalidade incrivelmente mal-humorada, exigente e argumentativa ... Eu amo 4 de 5 hotéis em que fico, mas este foi tão desagradável principalmente devido à equipe hostil, imediatamente verifiquei outro hotel para ficar na área e evitar este. Eu estava tão cansado depois de viajar de volta do México quando fiz o check-in e a equipe foi tão rude que eu não conseguia acreditar ...Um rosto amigável e uma recepção calorosa em qualquer negócio é algo que consideramos natural ... É como se a equipe estivesse sendo treinada aqui para acreditar constantemente que o cliente é um inimigo. Você sempre pode dizer pela maneira como eles tratam quando você faz uma pergunta quando eles estão sendo ensinados a pensar que o cliente é um problema.

Customer service 100% TERRIBLE... No smiles and incredibly snappy, demanding and argumentative personality.... I love 4 out of 5 hotels i stay in, but this one was so unpleasant mainly due to unfriendly staff i immediately checked out and found another hotel to stay in the area, and avoid this one. I was so tired after traveling back all the way from mexico when i checked in and the staff was so rude i couldnt believe it...A friendly face and warm welcome in any business is something we take for granted... Its like the staff was being trained here to constantly believe the customer is an enemy. You can always tell by the way they address when you ask a question when they are being taught to think the customer is a problem.

I had several meetings in Downtown Houston and this hotel is located only 4 miles away. I was extremely stunned by the hotel rooms at Palace Inn Gulfgate! Very modern and boutique style hotel. The staff were extremely hospitable and the location is located very close to great restaurants and the Hobby airport. Will surely come stay at this hotel next time I come to Houston.

This was my favorite Hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was newly finished and everything was very clean and neat. Pricing was also very reasonable. This was the cheapest and nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Would absolutely go back next time.
