Amo este lugar. Pessoal acessível, limpo e amigável. Eles estão passando por reformas, mas ainda dão tempo para seus convidados. Os quartos são muito bons para o preço frigorífico grande e um fogão. QUE?? Eu amo isso. Eu definitivamente voltarei para mais estadias.

Love this place. Affordable, clean and friendly staff. They're undergoing renovation, but they still make time for their guests. The rooms are really nice for the price full sized fridge and a stove. WHAT?? I love it. I will definitely be going back for more stays.

I guess they are under new management! I can not believe my experience I had here. It was 15 minutes before checkout and they knocked on my door and I said one minute. (I was getting dressed) and the guy just opens the door! I was seriously in shock. I felt so violated. I tried to communicate with him and tell him how wrong it was for him to do that and he just said I don’t care and dismissed me like I was nothing. I have been coming to this hotel for over 3 years but after that I will not return. I really wish the previous guy was there because he was amazing and so kind. This guy has no respect or boundaries. It is very sad.

I VISITED HOUSTON FOR VALENTINES WEEKEND 2/14/2020 until the 16th. I BOOKED A ROOM@ HOWARD JOHNSON ARRIVED IT WAS CALLED OYO HOTEL... STAYED THE NIGHT WAS EXHAUSTED DRIVING LIKE 8HRS SOLO....SUNRISE I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO GET SOME OF MY MONEY BACK...I TRIED ALL KINDS OF DIFFERENT HOTELS EVERY HOTEL WAS CHECKING IN FOR 2pm OR LATER DO TO THE VALENTINES DAY BOOKINGS. I CALLED THE HOTEL THEY ONLY HAD A QUEEN SIZE I WENT CHECKED IN AND LEFT THE ENTIRE DAY FROM VISITING FAMILY RESTAURANT DIFFERENT BARS ETC. WENT BACK TO THE ROOM HOURS A WHOLE SHIFT LATER WAS LOCKED OUT THE LADY TOLD ME THE I NEEDED 35 MORE DOLLARS TO GO IN THE ROOM WAS ONLY RENTED FOR TWO HOURS I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE FOR THE HOTEL.... THANK GOODNESS THEY HAD A GLASS WINDOW... I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WOULD GO WRONG ANYTIME A HOTEL HAS A BULLET PROOF WINDOW@ THE FRONT DESK.... DONT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU A RIP-OFF HOTEL
