Fiz esta viagem às Maldivas graças a Gisella Zilembo-Eventi Danza e aos parceiros locais que apoiam a iniciativa do Seminário de Danças Bodu Bero, danças tradicionais das Maldivas. Uma estada turística / cultural nesta pérola do atol que é Huraa, onde também pude assistir a uma apresentação da Companhia Nacional de Dança Bodu Beru. Uma semana de sonho num excelente Boutique Hotel, com acesso directo ao mar a poucos metros da sala, pessoal muito simpático e sempre disponível, cozinha excelente, quartos muito espaçosos.Uma experiência mais do que positiva, portanto, que recomendo vivamente e gostaria de poder reviver!

Dança Bodu Beru nas Maldivas!Estive em Huraa como hóspede do excelente Boutique Hotel "Pearl Sands of Maldives" para estudar a dança típica das Maldivas Bodu Beru, num seminário organizado pela 'Eventi Danza Gisella Zilembo' e parceiros locais. Todo o evento foi tratado com o maior cuidado em cada detalhe e posso confirmar que o Pearl Sands das Maldivas é literalmente um pedaço do céu, como o título sugere. O excepcional acolhimento é gerido por uma equipa extremamente competente e amável, quartos muito limpos inseridos numa estrutura perfeitamente integrada na natureza. A cozinha é internacional e oferece uma vasta escolha de saborosos pratos típicos e tradicionais. Absolutamente amamos nossa estadia aqui! Todos os funcionários foram educados e simpáticos, os quartos eram de bom tamanho e eram acolhedores e encantadores. A praia é linda, os quartos têm uma vista muito boa da praia (primeiro andar) ou vão direto para eles (andar térreo). As pessoas locais na Ilha também são muito simpáticas. Há uma série de esportes aquáticos e atividades para fazer. Um lugar muito saudável em geral. Definitivamente recomendado.

Absolutely loved our stay here! All the staff were so polite and friendly, the rooms were a good size and felt warm and lovely. The beach is beautiful, the rooms either have a really good view of the beach (firstf floor) or step right into them (ground floor). The local people on the Island are very nice as well. There are a bunch of water sports and activities to do. A very wholesome place overall. Definitely recommended.

This is the first time I write a bad review, but I couldn´t hold it in. Stay away from this place if you wanna enjoy your vacation. The WIFI at this place is NOT WORKING AT ALL.We called early on to check if there is proper internet at the resort. They confirmed and said that if the internet is bad, a router can be arranged. When we arrived, they said that the router is already occupied by other guests and that we should just deal with it. After complaining that the wifi is not even enough to do basic tasks, they said they will maybe arrange a router. After following-up 10 times, I spoke to the manager, who did not even care the slightest and just told me that maybe my expectations for wifi are too high (at this point, the wifi was completely off and other guests were complaining as well) and I should just deal with the fact that they don´t have any unoccupied routers. I haven´t encoutered a more unprofessional situation with any resort manager so far. He basically did not care at all. It does reflect on the resort. Just ruins the stay.So much potential. It´s sad to because most of the staff is really trying to make your stay comfortable. For example, the Filipina girl, Chazz, is really nice and accommodating. Same with the front office manager. But I can´t deal with the attitude of the manager, especially not for the price we are paying.

Hotel está em um ótimo lugar e a praia é mantida muito limpa. você realmente se sente como se estivesse em seu próprio pequeno paraíso. Os funcionários são excelentes, muito simpáticos e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. A comida é variada nos menus todas as noites e gosto muito. (Eu e minha namorada somos vegetarianos e deu ao hotel um aviso sobre isso que eles foram mais do que acomodando) Quando chegamos, a equipe perguntou se havia algo especificamente que queríamos comer para perguntar. O único pedido que tínhamos era para Pizza, que foi feito fora em um ótimo ambiente e cozido no churrasco pelo próprio gerente geral (Norbert). Os funcionários são todos maldivianos locais, que ficaram felizes em ajudar e aconselhar sobre onde ir à aldeia. A aldeia é pequena e alguns restaurantes estiveram fechados devido ao COVID. No entanto, é bom ver uma verdadeira vila das Maldivas a cerca de 10 minutos a pé do hotel. Os quartos são de estilo boutique com uma vista excelente e duche exterior! eles também são mantidos muito limpos. O SPA foi excelente e recomendo vivamente uma massagem balinesa. 100% recomendariam a qualquer pessoa ir aqui.

Worst place you could possibly stay at. Please look at other options. The reservations are non-refundable. The beach is dirty. A lot of bugs on the beach. Food is awful. Nothing to do at the resort. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place.

We made a mistake booking dates for a nonrefundable reservation at Pearl Sands. We immediately reached out to the hotel to cancel within minutes after booking but the general manager Maria offered no flexability to refund the reservation. We tried explaining our situation to no avail. We now have two bookings for the same dates. It is the hotel's prerogative to do so but is not in alignment with the industry standard to accomodate mistake bookings if notified right away. Recommend checking your dates twice before booking this hotel to avoid our situation!

Hotel is in a great place and the beach is kept really clean. you really feel like you are in your own little paradise. The staff are excellent, very friendly and always happy to help. The food is varied on the menus each night and tastes great. (Myself and my girlfriend are vegetarians and gave the hotel a heads up about this to which they were more than accommodating to) When we arrived the staff asked if there was anything specifically we wanted to eat to ask. The only request we had was for Pizza to which this was done outside in a great setting and cooked on the BBQ by the General manager himself(Norbert). The staff are all local Maldivians, who were happy to help and advise on were to go in the village. The village is small and some restaurants were closed due to COVID. However it is nice to see a real Maldivian village within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. The rooms are of a boutique style with an excellent view and outdoor shower! they are also kept very clean. The SPA was excellent and I highly recommend a Balinese massage. Would 100% recommend to anyone to go here.

I’ve stayed for dour days with a friend of mine at this place. Regarding rooms, they are ok but a bit smaller than at the description I would say, actually whole place is small. Perfect for families, to do some aquatic sports or just to chill. We only missed a hair dryer at our room. Regarding stuff, it’s so helpful and careful. Regarding food, they always include some fish dishes which is expected from the local kitchen, they take care of the presentation and also of the quality. One night we got lack of food but the manager solved our complaint. Definitely they have the best restaurant on the island and the best diving center.

Bastante mediocre todo para el precio que se paga. Servicio regular y muyyy lento. Mantenimiento peorcaja de seguridad, ventilador de techo y llave electrónica de la habitación sin funcionar..comida de rancho muy escasa (creo que es lo peor, el precio de la bebida un horror😱😰!!! 4'5$ una cola). Se puede ir al pueblo donde las tiendas tienen un precio razonable y prácticamente de todo, pero cada vez que vas te cobran 5$ por el trayecto. Viniendo de otras islas y otros hoteles más baratos y con mejores prestaciones, este tipo de hoteles es para no volver....El snorkel para principiantes está muy bien, a pie de playa y con poca profundidad..en frente tiene al Club Med...como parte positiva las habitaciones están bastante bien.

Segundo día aquí y todo excelente, las habitaciones están bastante bien en cuanto a limpieza, comodidad y decoración y a pie de playa, el wifi va bien, mejor temprano, supongo que hay menos gente conectada. la comida deliciosa y el deayuno buenísimo, muy variado y abundante. A reseñar, las camas, suuuper cómodas, con 4 grandes almuadones. Además de tener aire acondicionado tienen ventilador de techo. Hoy probaré uno de los servicios del spa, a ver que tal. Lo incluyen en el pack de bienvenida por un precio módico.
