Durante a nossa visita a Erfurt, recebemos a dica do hotel. No geral, ficamos satisfeitos. Uma excelente vista sobre a velha Erfurt. Mas havia algumas pequenas coisas que não cabiam em um hotel assim. Sempre havia problemas com os elevadores que simplesmente não funcionavam. A água correu por toda parte no chuveiro e inundou o banheiro inteiro. Ação corretiva foi tomada imediatamente. No geral, a equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. No café da manhã, entretanto, havia uma "senhora" que instruía sua equipe de maneira muito imperiosa. Ao fazer isso, ela mesma cometeu alguns grandes erros ao usá-lo. Em vez de andar ao redor da mesa, ela se inclinou sobre a mesa. Mesmo ao pôr as mesas, ela não segurava os talheres pelo cabo, mas pelo gume. Durante nuestra visita a Erfurt recibimos la propina para el hotel. En general, quedamos satisfechos. Una gran vista sobre la vieja Erfurt. Pero había algunas pequeñas cosas que no encajaban en un hotel así. Siempre había problemas con los ascensores que simplemente no funcionaban. El agua corría por todas partes en la ducha e inundó todo el baño. Se tomaron medidas correctivas de inmediato. En general, el personal fue muy amable y servicial. En el desayuno, sin embargo, había una "dama" que instruía a su personal de manera bastante imperiosa. Al hacerlo, ella misma cometió algunos errores graves al usarlo. Leider ist unser "normales" Doppelzimmer sehr klein. Kein Platz für die Koffer, nur ein Nachtschrank und das Bad ist winzig. Mein Kaffeefleck auf dem Nachtschrank hat die Zimmerreinigung am Vormittag überstanden. Preis und Leistung stimmen leider nicht überein. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber für uns perfekt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Cuatro estrellas por cuatro estrellas. Absolutamente bien, en una excelente ubicación. No estoy de acuerdo en que debas pagar más por una cama doble de cuerpo entero, pero bueno. Habitación no grande, pero funcional y bien decorada. Por lo demás limpio, moderno y agradable. Con mucho gusto otra vez.

Nenhum ar condicionado funcionando, sem água quente. Supostamente não poderia ser reparado no fim de semana. Mais tarde, descobriu-se que o problema já existia há muito tempo. No funciona el aire acondicionado, no hay agua caliente. Supuestamente no se pudo reparar durante el fin de semana. Más tarde resultó que el problema había existido durante mucho tiempo. Great room, well designed for the business road warriors. The chef must have been off one of the days I had a meal there, and the stand in took a perfectly good brazed pork and turned it into shoe leather. Wait staff and hotel staff are excellent.

Horrible at high temperature season. The hotel has no way to manage the temperature of the building. Once the outside hits 30 C the inside temperature becomes unbearable. This even extends to the water supply. After the shower hours in the morning the cold water supply turns into warm water in the afternoon. You can’t cool down with a shower.Further more: there isn’t an air condition. Just a small desk fan (which is loud). That fan can barely move enough air. Opening the windows does not have a big effect, because behind the windows is a big outside glass installation. It’s not sealed but let’s barely fresh air into the room. At 33 C during the day you can expect the room to cool down to levels where the noisy fan can be disabled around 2 a.m.The worst thing is, that the back of the room is significantly hotter. That is where the shower an toilet is. Also: the mattresses are in winter configuration. Take the blanket and sleep in the floor, the floor will cool you.BTW the fan blocks one of the power outlets. The other is needed for the hotel tablet.So: don’t visit the hotel on hot summer days. The very good breakfast and friendly staff does not compensate for that.

Great location and good breakfast but room was uncomfortable, the bathroom was unpractical and very badly designed with the leaf-shape bathtub in the middle minimizing the space and with hanging curtains surrounding it. The carpet was dirty and there were stains on the wall and some mold spots on the sink.

Apart from the clearly tired and grumpy receptionist we encountered on arrival everything else was really great! The rooms were very pretty, new, tidy and clean, and the beds slept really well!! Breakfast was great - good variety and the staff were very diligent and helpful. Overall a really great experience. Would recommend!
