Belos apartamentos, muito nice e equipe acolhedora. Excelente localização, a uma curta distância de todos os principais hotspots. Se chegar de carro, há uma garagem privada para estacionar por isso é muito conveniente! Altamente recomendado!

Este lugar é fantástico com serviço simpático e prestável. Quando chegamos em split nós aparecemos no Vestibule Hotel (por engano). Era meia-noite e houve uma tempestade. A portaria foi tão gentil, ela nos ofereceu água e até mesmo oferecido para nós para ficar na suíte do hotel para a noite para que ela pudesse organizar o seu carrinho de golfe para nos levar para a residência nas proximidades da manhã, agradecemos recusou e fez o nosso caminho para o apartamento da residência nas proximidades. A residência está em uma parte tranquila de Split cerca de 15min a pé da cidade velha. O apartamento era enorme e novo. Muito limpo, cama confortável, boa segurança, varanda e bom chuveiro com muita pressão da água. A equipe de residência foram maravilhosos e desde Great jantar e recomendações de passeios turísticos. Eles ainda organizados para o carrinho de golfe para nos levar a nossa balsa de partida. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente.

I cannot even express in words how happy we were staying here. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our family comfortable. It was so clean and in such a nice location. I would definitely stay here again.

Hermosos apartamentos, personal muy agradable y acogedor. Excelente ubicación, a poca distancia de los principales puntos de acceso. Si llega en coche, hay un garaje privado para estacionar, por lo que es muy conveniente. ¡Muy recomendable!

This place is fantastic with friendly and helpful service. When we arrived in split we turned up at the vestibule Hotel (by mistake). It was midnight and there was a thunderstorm. The concierge was so kind- she offered us water and even offered for us to stay at the hotel suite for the night so she could arrange their golf cart to take us to the nearby residence in the morning- we gratefully declined and made our way to the nearby residence apartment. The Residence is in a quiet part of Split about 15min walk to the old town. Apartment was huge and new. Very clean, comfy bed, good security, balcony, and good shower with plenty of water pressure. The residence staff were wonderful and provided Great dinner and sightseeing recommendation. They even arranged for the golf cart to take us to our departing ferry. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern quiet apartments just a short walk from old Split. Friendly staff, garage parking, and very safe. Rooms were clean and modern.

Beautiful apartments, very nice and welcoming staff. Excellent location, walking distance from all major hotspots. If arriving by car, there is a private garage to park so it is very convenient! Highly recommended!

From the moment we booked until the moment we left we were treated like royalty. A parking space was reserved for us upon our arrival. The staff, Ivan and margarita were both amazing. The gave excellent recommendations on food, places to visit, beaches, etc and really made poor our a fantastic one. The apartment itself was lovely, and fully kitted out. The centre of split was a five minute walk away.
The food we had was delicious and all well priced. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. One of my best holidays ever. Thanks Croatia and residence!
