En primer lugar, el personal de la recepción fue muy agradable. Pero hubo varias cosas que me llevaron a dejar una reseña de dos estrellas. En primer lugar, la habitación no estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos. También usé el baño de abajo porque llegamos temprano y todavía no podíamos registrarnos y este baño estaba tan sucio y olía tan mal que me dieron ganas de vomitar. En segundo lugar, el baño era muy incómodo. El inodoro estaba justo al lado de la pared, por lo que no podías sentarte correctamente en el inodoro. Además, la ducha era muy pequeña, lo que normalmente no me hubiera importado, pero la cortina de la ducha seguía tocándome mientras me duchaba, así que la puse en el lavabo y todo el baño se convirtió en una piscina. La cabecera de la cama estaba suelta y las almohadas no eran almohadas en absoluto, más como bolas de algodón metidas dentro de una funda de almohada. En booking.com, a través de donde reservamos, decía que la habitación estaba insonorizada, bueno, no lo estaba. El hotel también está bastante lejos de todo, por lo que no diría que sea un hotel de buena calidad y precio. Así que, en general, fue un poco decepcionante.

Em primeiro lugar, o pessoal da recepção foi muito bom. Mas houve várias coisas que me levaram a deixar uma avaliação de duas estrelas. Em primeiro lugar, o quarto não estava muito limpo quando chegamos. Eu também usei o banheiro lá embaixo porque chegamos cedo e não podíamos fazer o check-in ainda e este banheiro estava tão sujo e cheirava tão mal que me deu vontade de vomitar. Em segundo lugar, o banheiro era tão inconveniente. O banheiro ficava bem próximo à parede, então você não conseguia sentar-se direito nele. Além disso, o chuveiro era muito pequeno, o que normalmente eu não teria me importado, mas a cortina do chuveiro continuou me tocando enquanto eu estava tomando banho, então eu coloquei na pia, o que resultou em todo o banheiro se tornando uma piscina. A cabeceira da cama estava solta e os travesseiros não eram travesseiros, mais como bolas de algodão enfiadas dentro de uma fronha. No booking.com, através de onde reservamos, dizia que o quarto era à prova de som, bem, não era. O hotel também fica muito longe de tudo, então eu não diria que é um hotel de boa qualidade e preço. Portanto, no geral foi um pouco decepcionante.

First off, the staff at the reception was really nice. But there were multiple things leading to me leaving a two star review. First off, the room wasn’t very clean when we arrived. I also used the toilet downstairs because we came early and couldn’t check in yet and this toilet was so dirty and smelled so bad it made me wanna throw up. Secondly the bathroom was so inconvenient. The toilet was right next to the wall so you couldn’t sit properly on the toilet. Also the shower was really small, which normally I wouldn’t have minded, but the shower curtain kept touching me while I was showering so I put it in the sink which resulted in the whole bathroom becoming a pool. The headboard of the bed was loose and the pillows were not pillows at all, more like balls of cotton stuffed inside a pillowcase. On booking.com, via where we booked, it said that the room was soundproof, well it wasn’t. The hotel also lies pretty far from everything so I wouldn’t say it is a good price quality hotel. So overall it was a bit disappointing.

En el dormitorio, no mires las alfombras que deben tener al menos 15 años y tener manchas de todo tipo. Un enchufe eléctrico que salió de la pared y finalmente la manija del baño que queda en mis manos. Cómodo somier en una cama cuyo pie estaba torcido y el marco destrozado. En definitiva, ¡nunca había visto un 2 estrellas de este nivel en todos los viajes que he podido hacer al extranjero incluidos! Y he viajado mucho. Si hubiera tenido que evaluar solo la bienvenida sería a partir de las 10, desafortunadamente mi experiencia no puede dejar de ir más allá del mostrador de recepción. Habitación bastante sucia y fría, baño pequeño y en muy malas condiciones. Al día siguiente no hubo limpieza de la habitación. Ubicacion conveniente.

Hotel sucio (la escalera con alfombra polvorienta), las sábanas con manchas negras a los pies de la cama, incluso el inodoro estaba incrustado. Salimos de la habitación a las 11 de la mañana y por la noche, nada más regresar, encontramos todo como estaba (cero limpieza de la habitación). Mucho frío a pesar de los radiadores (mientras los ponía al máximo, no se sentían en lo más mínimo.Nota positiva: la recepcionista muy agradable.La habitación estaba sucia (la escalera, la cama, incluso el inodoro). Very small room and bathroom. We had an extended room with a double bed and one single bed for our daughter. We could hardly walk in the room, every space was occupied by beds. 🤭 Breakfast was OK - not too much of choise, but for one weekend it was adorable. The place was also tidy and not too far from the city centre - we even can walk to it in 20-30min. Monmartre was also in walking distance. But we can always take a bus or tram to the city centre. The restaurants in the neighbourhood are also adorable.

Situado a 5 min a pie de la estación de Saint Lazare, y de ahí se enlaza con el metro. Al estar en zona 1, se pueden visitar todos los monumentos fácilmente. El precio del hotel (que yo catalogaría más como un hostal) no está mal teniendo en cuenta lo carísimo que es Paris y la zona en la que está. Los empleados son muy agradables.

Nice district location, approx. 7 min. from the Wagram metro station. The rooms are clean and the staff at the reception desk as well as in housekeeping is friendly and helpful. Free WiFi for the number of devices you may have with you. Would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before. The size of the hotel, the elevator and everything else is tiny. My room has a toilet that flushes and gets stuck, shower impossible to take a proper shower due the lack of space. There's stains all over the walls and a wall plug that was taped back with tons of plastic tape. The windows don't close completely, making the apartment noisy and cold at times. By the stairs it's easy to see that the hotel has leaks everywhere with buckets all around to hold the water. Staff is friendly, but not available all the time, which made me wait some time outside when arriving at the hotel as they lock the front door when there's no one around, making impossible to leave or enter the hotel. Apparently there's only one key to the room and it's necessary to leave the key with the concierge every time we left the hotel to make sure the housekeeper could enter.

The hotel is nice and well located. The staff is very friendly, they even let me do the check in 3 hours before the regular time since I arrived very early. The breakfast is good for the price. Rooms are a bit small but they’re clean. Recommended!

Very cheap so don't expect too much. Small rooms and even smaller bathrooms. Narrow corridors and tiny elevator. Not suitable for large people. Very friendly staff, close to subway, train and bus. Nice for a couple of days in Paris.

First of all this a very organised hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and they will help you in anything like how to reach places and many other things. The rooms are a bit tiny but they are very clean. The bathroom is not too big but not small either. The breakfast is also very good. After all, i reccomend this hotel to everyone. And a very perfect location.

The hotel was okay, for the lower price class in the middle of Paris. To walk to the Arc or Eifel Tour you needed about 40 minutes. The room was very basic and I have to say, that the bathroom wasn't really in a good condition. Though, the service was great. The only weird thing is, that you give your room key away when you leave the hotel and get it back when you come back. I've never had that before.
