A atenção dos funcionários e do hotel foi boa. Só que a localização não foi muito do meu agrado pois ficava longe do meu destino, mas é bem central.

Por que eles me designaram um quarto no topo, sem vista para nenhum lugar. Reservei para 3 pessoas e me deram um quarto super pequeno, a atenção foi muito ruim. Eu pedi para ser trocado e eles argumentaram que estavam cheios. Não parece um bom lugar.

Por qué me asignaron una habitación hasta arriba, sin vista a ningún lado. Reserve para 3 personas y me dieron una habitación súper pequeña, la atención muy mala. Pedí que se me cambiara y argumentaron que estaban llenos. No me parece bien lugar.

Todo muy limpio agua al instante calientita todo muy limpio. La taza del baño no tan limpia y en la noche no sé si hagan limpiezapero hicieron ruido que fue lo que desconcentro mi sueño. De ahí todo muy bien 😃

The location is very good, next to the pink metro line and walking distance from a lot of cool places. The price is also very good, we paid around 110€ for 3 nights (AirBnb offer). But the rooms are not sound isolated between each other so you’ll hear everything happening on the same floor, people snoring, flushing their toilets, talking or coughing. They also leave the (super bright) lights of the corridors on all night long, which makes light into the room as the door has a big gap until the floor, and this despite advertising against electricity and water waste… maybe they could start by giving the good example themselves. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast, it is extremely fat and heavy, and pretty blunt in taste. A localização é muito boa, ao lado da linha rosa do metrô e a uma curta caminhada de muitos lugares legais. O preço também é muito bom, pagamos cerca de 110€ por 3 noites (oferta AirBnb). Mas os quartos não são isolados entre si, então você ouvirá tudo acontecendo no mesmo andar, pessoas roncando, dando descarga, conversando ou tossindo. Eles também deixam as luzes (super brilhantes) dos corredores acesas a noite toda, o que faz a luz entrar no quarto pois a porta tem um grande vão até o chão, e isso apesar da propaganda contra o desperdício de eletricidade e água… o próprio bom exemplo. Eu não recomendaria o café da manhã, é extremamente gordo e pesado, e muito sem graça no sabor.

Me encantó hospedarme en este hotel, la atención sin duda es la mejor, la habitación muy acogedora, desde que entras a recepción, muy sencillo, bonito y un excelente lugar para disfrutar el descanso después de pasear por toda la CDMX. Todos los lugares quedan muy muy cerca, el palacio de bellas artes esta a unos minutos caminando. Me volvería a hospedar sin duda alguna

Un lugar con buen precio-calidad, buena ubicación cerca de la Alameda, bellas artes, barrio chino y de estaciones de metro, las habitaciones limpias, me hospedé dos fines de semana seguidos, el desayuno fue suficiente y de buen sabor.

Location and Check-in are easy and good. Neighborhood is relatively safe. Good connection to the Metro.
The sound isolation to the outside is great, but within the building horrible. Every snore, door, talk, TV and even the elevator you'll hear. People can be quite loud, so resting is hard.
The bed was quite unstable and the pillows so big, that sleeping was extremly difficult.
We could store our bags for a day after check-out, which we felt very thankful for.
Staff only speaks Spanish.
We tried the breakfast of the Hotel that was not good. Wouldn't recommand, especially due to many good options close by.

Muito bom hotel, preços acessíveis e o mais importante é a sua localização no centro do CDMX. Excelente serviço ao cliente. Quartos muito limpos. Dou 4, porque as camas eram um pouco duras, mas o resto é excelente.

El hotel esta limpio y las instalaciones no están mal, lo malo para mi fue la cama, estaba súper sumida de los lados y no descansé para nada, salí mas cansado de lo que llegué otro punto de mejor es en recepción ya que el chavo que le atendió ayer en la noche se me hizo un tanto mal educado que ni saluda o contesta solo te da las cosas y ya de ese tipo que sienten que te hacen un favor y pues no la verdad

Muy bonito hotel, precios asequibles y lo más importante es su ubicación en el centro de CDMX. Muy buena atención al cliente. Habitaciones muy limpias. Le doy un 4, porque las camas me resultaron un poco rígidas, pero lo demás, excelente.

Me hospedei por uma noite no hotel e decidi ir para outro. Pensei que fosse mais próximo ao Zócalo (erro meu), mas a pé fica a cerca de 30 minutos. Reservei pelo booking e na descrição dizia que a cama era Queen-size, porém era uma cama viúva, o que pra duas pessoas é apertado.. no elevador sentia um cheiro de esgoto toda vez que entrava e o quarto não possui nem ventilador. Pontos positivos: funcionários atenciosos e café da manhã gostoso.

Charged my credit card twice and are refusing to reply. Not recommended to use this hotel, due to the many hours trying to correct this on my part.
My preferred hotel was fully booked.

Good location, affordable but if you get breakfast with the room, waiters don’t serve you well (differently). Not enough outlets in the room. Front desk is really nice!

It's a Good place , Easily accessible from cathedral & downtown. Nice and calm place. Had a good Stay. Stay Room and washroom are clean. Automated light sensor rooms for better power save. Didn't tried restaurant in hotel. Yet to provide some good Internet speed . If internet was good it will be 5*.

Do this price, you won't easily find these features and this atmosphere in the city. It's a clean hotel with a good restaurant, but since it's very popular, you'll have to wait a little to get your food if you order room service.It's frequent to run into groups of travelers, no matter the season and the design of the hotel makes it a very noisy one. It's easy to hear people outside coming and going.The staff at the front desk is nice, but the rest of the staff is noisy and they do not care much for people sleeping, if it's already morning.You'll have hot water fast and can enjoy it for a while, but the internet connection to a not so good, in case you must work from the hotel.They have a parking space that's generally sufficient, but you have to order a room does not have a window to the street.Those groups of travelers generally come by bus, and the driver's like to keep the engine running for a long time before boarding, and they are noisy, not to mention that they add to the smog smell in the area.

This is an amazing hotel and the automatic choice whenever I'm in town.The Price/quality ratio is outstanding!!The restaurant offers a wide choice of food and drinks at a very modest cost - and incredibly, no extra charge for room serviceThe staff is exceptionally nice and pleasant, and will always go the extra step or the extra mile.You really feel cared for, and it's absolutely a great hosting experience. Mucho recommended!!!
